胎骨移植治疗骨肿瘤缺损：附10例报告

近3年来，用制备的胎骨充填良性骨肿瘤及病样病变术后骨缺损，经观察10例效果良好。胎骨因其自身组织学和生理学特点，具有抗原性小、诱导成骨活性高，利于“爬行各代”等优点。而且来源丰富、采制简单、储存容易、费用低度，是一种良好的植骨材料，特别适于儿童及年老体弱患者自身取骨困难的骨缺损植骨需要。但其为异体骨，有一定免疫原性，抗支撑强度略差，应注意严格无菌操作、消除免疫原性、配合使用内、外固定等措施。     

Emphysematous cystitis.

Emphysematous cystitis is characterized by gas collection within the bladder wall and lumen. We report two cases of emphysematous cystitis of the urinary bladder in a 67-year-old and a 63-year-old women. They presented with bladder irritation symptoms such as dysuria, hematuria and frequency. Urinalysis showed pyuria. Cystoscopic examination revealed that bladder mucosa was studded with vesicles varying in size and arranged in clumps. CT scans of the pelvis showed mottled gas bubbles within the bladder. They were treated with antibiotics. Four days after the treatment, the symptoms subsided and plain abdominal film showed no evidence of gas shadows in the pelvic cavity.     

Analysis of clonality by X chromosome inactivation in uterine cervix cancer.

The determination of a unicellular or a multicellular origin of a tumor is an important due for understanding its etiology. To investigate this issue, we performed clonality assay of cervix cancer using polymerase chain reaction based on highly polymorphic locus of the androgen receptor gene, in which methylation of DNA correlates with inactivation of X chromosome. DNA samples were obtained from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue of 20 invasive epidermoid carcinomas and 10 carcinoma in situ. Seven of ten carcinoma in situ, heterozygous for the androgen receptor locus, were monoclonal pattern. Among twenty invasive epidermoid carcinomas, eighteen of which showed heterozygous, twelve were monoclonal pattern and six were polyclonal pattern. We conclude that carcinoma in situ arises from a single cell. In invasive epidermoid carcinoma, most cases were monoclonal, although some cases were polyclonal. These suggest that invasive carcinoma of the cervix does not always arise from a single cell, but may arise from several cells with different mechanisms.     

Neurogenic bladder after operation of rectal cancer

Of the patients who had had a urodynamic examination during the five year period from 1982 to 1987 in our clinic, 48 patients underwent operations for rectal cancer prior to the study. In 35 of them, the operation mode was known. If the pelvic nerve is damaged by operative modes for rectal cancer, urinary disturbances of severe kinds may occur. In spite of such disturbances, 71.4% of those who had had excision of the low anterior part and 51.9% of those with Miles' operation could be weaned from the clean intermittent self-catheterization and take up spontaneous urination. Even in patients who developed severe dysuria, if catheterized at an early stage, many of them could urinate by abdominal pressure with in several months after operation, without the aid of a catheter. This transition took place mostly within one year after operation. When a patient develops dysuria after radical surgery for rectum cancer, treatment mainly with self-catheterization is an effective method at present.     

Epoxyalkanoyls as novel ACE inhibitors

The epoxyalkanoyl derivatives were designed and synthesized as ACE inhibitors. Coupling of unsaturated carboxylic acids with amino acids and following epoxidation with dimethyldioxirane gave the epoxyalkanoyls with high yield. The inhibitory activity of synthesized compounds on angiotensin converting enzyme was IC₅₀ values of 0.06≈5.5 μM.     

蜂王浆冻干粉对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用

目的研究蜂王浆冻干粉对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用.方法按每公斤体重0g、0.25g、0.50g、0.75g设对照及低、中、高3个剂量组,经口给予蜂王浆冻干粉30d后,接种小鼠肉瘤180(S180)和艾氏癌腹水型(EAC)两个瘤种.结果在两次重复的小鼠S180和EAC抑瘤试验中发现中剂量组瘤重明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),抑制率可达34%;中剂量组荷瘤小鼠平均生存时间均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论蜂王浆冻干粉具有抑制肿瘤的作用.     

房间隔入路的解剖学研究及临床应用

对３３具尸体的房间隔的大小、构成及周围重要组织结构进行观察和测量。提出房间隔切开时的正确方向、安全长度及可能发生的危险。结合４６６例临床应用，讨论了避免切口合并症发生及发生后的正确处理方法。     

转人GM—CSF基因人膀胱癌细胞株的建立及体外生物学特性

经逆转录病毒载体将人GM-CSF基因导入人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87细胞中,建立了转基因细胞株BIU/GM。经流式细胞仪行细胞DNA周期分析表明GM-CSF基因的导人及表达对BIU-87细胞的增长无影响。免疫荧光测定发现转GM-CSF基因及表达不能促进BIU-87细胞表面HLA-ABC、DR、DQ抗原的表达。转基因瘤细胞株经6000rad X射线照射灭活后,丧失增殖能力,逐步死亡,但能维持一定水平的GM-CSF分泌活性达两周以上。从而为制备灭活的转基因瘤苗提供了初步经验。     

高龄初产妊高征孕妇过氧化反应的研究

目的：探讨高龄初产妊高征孕妇体内过氧化反应。方法：测定正常初产妇、妊高征孕妇妊娠晚期母血过氧化脂质（LPO）、超氧化物歧化酶（DOD）的含量。结果：1．高龄初产妇母血LPO较非高龄初产妇明显升高，SOD明显下降，P＜0．05。孕妇年龄与母血LPO呈明显正相关，与SOD呈明显负相关，P均＜0．05。2．妊高征孕妇LPO较正常孕妇显著增高，SOD显著下降，P＜0．05，并随病情加重LPO水平升高、SOD水平下降更为显著，P＜0．05。3．高龄初产妊高征孕妇母血LPO含量较非高龄初产妊高征孕妇明显增高，P＜0．05，而SOD则无显著变化，P＞0．05。4.妊高征孕妇胎儿宫内生长发育迟缓（IUGR）发生率较正常孕妇显著升高，P＜0．025，各组脐血清LPO、SOD含量无显著差异，P＜0．05。结论：高龄初产妊高征孕妇体内过氧化作用明显增强，LPO水平的升高可能为高龄初产妇妊高征发生率及IUGR发生率增加的原因之一。     

人酪氨酸羟化酶基因真核表达载体的构建及在哺乳动物细胞中的表达

用限制性内切酶EcoRI从pKS(-)HTH_1切下全长为1.9 kb的人酪氨酸羟化酶基因,在T_4DNA连接酶的作用下连接在真核表达载体pCDNA_3的EcoR Ⅰ位点,构建成重组质粒pcD-NA_3HTH_1,该质粒转染COS-7细胞,免疫荧光组织化学染色证实酪氨酸羟化酶在其中的表达。
