ACTINOMYCOSIS is a rare chronic granulomatous disease caused by anaerobic filamentous gram-positive bacteria, the most common of which is Actinomyces israelii. Actinomycetes are commensal inhabitants of the oral cavity and gastrointestinal tract, but they may become pathogenic through invasion of breached or necrotic tissue. Pelviabdominal ACTINOMYCOSIS is uncommon and can mimic a variety of disease processes, including abdominal mass mimicking malignancy, acute abdomen, asthenia, and weight loss. We describe a 38-year-old woman who presented with acute abdominal pain and tenderness, as well as constitutional manifestations and elevated inflammatory markers. On initial computerized tomography (CT) and MRI, a large fluid collection underlining the anterior abdominal wall at the false pelvic cavity, as well as parietal peritoneal enhancement and smudging of the mesenteric fat and a bulky fibroid uterus with an implanted IUD, were identified. The ultrasound guided aspiration and anaerobic culture revealed positive growth for Actinomyces bacteria. An exploratory laparoscopy revealed extensive adhesions between the abdominal wall and the small intestine, as well as hyperemic and thickened peritoneum, and peritoneal biopsy confirmed ACTINOMYCOSIS. After the diagnosis was established, the IUD was removed and the patient was given Ceftriaxone 2 gm once daily for 6 weeks before switching to oral doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for another 3 months. A significant regression of the suprapubic fluid collection, and peritoneal-mesenteric changes were confirmed on follow-up. The use of MnO2/MgFe-layered double hydroxide (MnO2/MgFe-LDH) and MnO2/MgFe-layered double oxide (MnO2/MgFe-LDO400 °C) for arsenic immobilization from the aqueous medium is the subject of this research. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterise MnO2/MgFe-LDH and MnO2/MgFe-LDO400 °C. Based on our developed method, MnO2 was spread on the clay composites'' surfaces in the form of a chemical bond. The clay composite exhibited a good adsorption effect on arsenic. The experimental findings fit the pseudo-second-order model well, indicating that the chemisorption mechanism played a significant role in the adsorption process. Furthermore, the Freundlich model suited the adsorption isotherm data of all adsorbents well. The recycling experiment showed that MnO2/MgFe-LDH and MnO2/MgFe-LDO400 °C exhibited good stability and reusability. In summary, MnO2/MgFe-LDH and MnO2/MgFe-LDO400 °C are promising for developing processes for efficient control of the pollutant arsenic.Fabrication of materials and the adsorption of arsenic. 相似文献

Retraction of ‘Design of 1-methylimidazolium tricyanomethanide as the first nanostructured molten salt and its catalytic application in the condensation reaction of various aromatic aldehydes, amides and β-naphthol compared with tin dioxide nanoparticles’ by Mohammad Ali Zolfigol et al., RSC Adv., 2015, 5, 45027–45037, https://doi.org/10.1039/C5RA02718G.The Royal Society of Chemistry hereby wholly retracts this RSC Advances article as the synthesis of 1-methylimidazolium tricyanomethanide reported in the article, whereby tricyanomethane is used as a starting material, is not reproducible. The authors stated that they did not report the synthesis of tricyanomethane in the published paper as they purchased this compound from a commercial center and used it in the synthesis of ionic liquids, molten salts and various kinds of catalysts. The authors thought the reaction between tricyanomethane and organic bases is a simple acid–base reaction, therefore they did not cite the previously reported literature and its related history for the preparation of tricyanomethane. However, according to papers by Banert et al.,1,2 and based on their obtained analysis of the chemical sold to them as tricyanomethane, it became clear to the authors that this purchased compound was not tricyanomethane as there were differences in the 1H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shift between the purchased compound and the reports of Banert et al.1 According to these documents, the authors believe that the compound sold to them as tricyanomethane was fake. While the authors have now re-prepared 1-methylimadazolium tricyanomethanide, by synthesising potassium tricyanomethanide as a starting material for the synthesis,3–5 the synthesis reported in this article is not accurate. 目的:γ-氨基丁酸A受体(GABAAR)作为脑内最重要的抑制性受体在脑功能中起重要作用。该实验通过研究新生期反复惊厥对大鼠脑内GABAAR α1和β2亚单位表达的短期影响,探讨其与发育中脑损伤的关系。方法:生后7 d的Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分成两组,每组32只,惊厥组每日吸入三氟乙醚诱导惊厥发作1 次,每次持续30 min,连续6 d;对照组同样操作但不吸入三氟乙醚。分别于反复惊厥后1 d和7 d每组各处死16只大鼠,每个时间点分别采用免疫组化方法和Western blot方法观察大鼠大脑皮层及海马GABAAR α1和β2亚单位表达的变化。结果:反复惊厥后1 d时,在惊厥组大鼠顶叶及海马齿状核、CA3和CA4区GABAAR α1亚单位免疫化学累积光密度(AOD)较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),反复惊厥后7 d时,在惊厥组大鼠顶叶及海马齿状核、CA1至CA4区GABAAR α1亚单位免疫化学AOD较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),反复惊厥后1 d和7 d时,在惊厥组大鼠大脑皮层和海马区GABAAR α1亚单位蛋白表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。反复惊厥后7 d时,在惊厥组大鼠海马CA1、CA2区GABAAR β2亚单位免疫化学AOD明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在丘脑区明显低于对照组(P<0.05),惊厥组大鼠海马区GABAAR β2亚单位蛋白表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生大鼠反复惊厥造成脑内GABAAR α1和β2亚单位表达的短期改变,这种改变可能参与发育期惊厥性脑损伤。 相似文献

目的:观察功能锻炼配合青鹏膏外用治疗轻度肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法:将200例轻度肩周炎患者,随机分为功能锻炼配合青鹏膏外用治疗组和单纯功能锻炼对照组各100例。治疗组在局部外用青鹏膏后,进行双手爬墙、挽背健手拉患手及前屈患手摸对侧耳朵锻炼,2次/d,每次以上3个锻炼动作各作10次,30d为1个疗程。对照组单纯进行锻炼,疗程同治疗组。采用肩关节周围炎疗效评定量表观察治疗前后2组患者的肩关节疼痛评分、肩关节日常活动评分及日常生活能力评分。结果:2组患者肩关节疼痛评分、肩关节活功能评分及日常生活能力评分治疗后均较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义(治疗组P〈0.01,对照组P〈0.05),治疗后组间比较,治疗组较对照组提高更明显,差异亦具有统计学意义(肩关节疼痛评分P〈0.01,肩关节活动功能及日常生活能力评分P〈0.05)。结论:功能锻炼配合青鹏膏外用治疗轻度肩关节周围炎疗效显著。 相似文献

目的研究阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者的动态血压参数特征。方法选取老年高血压患者114例,其中阴虚阳亢型50例,非阴虚阳亢型64例;对所有患者进行24 h动态血压监测,比较两组患者动态血压参数的差异。结果 (1)阴虚阳亢组SBP及脑梗死患病率均高于非阴虚阳亢组(P0.05),两组血脂、血糖及肝肾功能差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)组间24 h平均收缩压(24 hA SBP)、白天平均收缩压(dASBP)、24 h平均脉压(24 hMPP)、白天平均脉压(dhMPP)、白天平均动脉压(dMAP)、24 h收缩压变异性(24 hSBPV)、24 h舒张压变异性(24 hD BPV)、白天收缩压变异性(dSBPV)、24 h收缩压负荷(24 hSBPL)、24 h舒张压负荷(24 hDBPL)、白天收缩压负荷(dSBPL)、血压晨峰(MBPP)值比较,阴虚阳亢组大于非阴虚阳亢组(P0.05)。(3)组间血压昼夜节律比较,阴虚阳亢组杓型构成比大于非阴虚阳亢组(P0.05),反杓型构成比小于非阴虚阳亢组(P0.05)。(4)Spearman相关性分析结果显示,SBP、合并脑梗死、24 hA SBP、dASBP、24 hMPP、dhMPP、dMAP、24 hSBPV、24 hD BPV、dSBPV、24 hSBPL、24 hDBPL、dSBPL、MBPP、nS BP下降率,与阴虚阳亢证存在相关性(P0.05)。(5)二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,dASBP为阴虚阳亢型老年高血压的独立影响因素。结论 (1)阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者动态血压参数变化以收缩压参数升高为主,舒张压参数变化不大,同时伴有血压变异性大、血压负荷增大、晨峰突出及昼夜节律的紊乱。(2)在所有差异因素中,dASBP与老年高血压患者阴虚阳亢证关系最为密切,或可作为老年高血压阴虚阳亢证的特征性指标;临证应重视阴虚阳亢型患者的动态血压监测,实行辨证论治和个体化治疗,以减少并发症和靶器官损害,提高临床疗效和改善患者的生活质量。 相似文献

目的:探讨术前给予常规剂量的阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)病人围手术期心肌损伤的影响。方法:将323例欲行PCI的急性冠状动脉综合征病人随机分为对照组(162例)和试验组(161例)。对照组给予常规剂量阿托伐他汀钙片(20 mg/次,1次/晚),试验组给予常规剂量阿托伐他汀钙片加服盐酸曲美他嗪(20 mg/次,tid),治疗3 d;随后分别行PCI。测定PCI术前及术后24 h的血清肌酸激酶-MB同工酶(CK-MB)、心脏肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性,随访PCI后4周时病人的左室射血分数。结果:试验组病人PCI术后24 h的cTnI水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MPO活性升高值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组病人在术后24 h的CK-MB活性和hs-CRP水平变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:术前3 d给予常规剂量的阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪联合治疗,对PCI围手术期病人的心肌损伤具有一定的保护作用。 相似文献

Coumarin and benzothiazole scaffolds can be found in a number of natural or synthetic antioxidants. In an effort to develop a novel radical scavenger and potential antioxidant, a series of coumarin derivatives containing 2‐methylbenzothiazoline motif and related compounds was synthesized and evaluated for their DPPH (1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS?+ (2,2′‐azinobis(3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid) radicals scavenging activities. Among them, 7‐hydroxy‐3‐(2‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydrobenzo[d]thiazol‐2‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one ( 3e ) has shown a significant free radical scavenging activity. From the structure–activity point of view, it was found that phenolic coumarin ring and benzothiazoline moiety in target compounds may contribute to the scavenging activity against free radicals. 相似文献
