REGULATING FUNCTION OF COENZYMIZATION AND DECOENZYMIZATION OF THE LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE ISOZYMES IN THE MOUSE TISSUES DURING HYPOXIA

Objective. To study the characteristics of changes of LDH enzyme patterns of mice under slight hypoxia.Methods. Mice treated with artificial hypoxia, various tissues were made for the test of LDH enzymatic activity by the specific staining technique. LDH (1 -5) relative percentage enzymatic activity (RPEA) were measured with CS-910 dual-wavelength thin layer chromatography scanner.Results. The RPEA of LDH isozymes of various tissues after slight hypoxia shifted to the isozymes LDH1 and LDH2, whose principal subunits are H subunits, and the RPEA of LDH,(H4), LDH2(H3M) increased, while RPEA of LDH5(M4) in various tissues decreased prominently except the cardiac muscle, and that of LDH4(HM3) decreased as well. After polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) of the hypoxia treated cardiac muscle specimen was made, activity subbands originated regularly in the isozyme patterns of LDH, with the regularity of LDH1 (0 subband), LDH2 (0-1 subbands), LDH3 (0-2 subbands), LDH4 (1-3 subbands), LDH5 (2-4 subbands).

淫羊藿苷对家兔阴茎海绵体的舒张作用及机制

目的　观察淫羊藿苷 (ICA)对家兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌的舒张效应及机制。方法　采用离体平滑肌张力记录法。结果　①淫羊藿苷、西地那非 (sildenafil,Sil)、罂粟碱 (Pap)及氨力农 (amrinone ,Amr)均可浓度依赖性地引起舒张效应 ,EC50 分别为 0 2 ,11 2 ,31 6和 5 0 1μmol/L。②NO合酶抑制剂N 硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯 (L NAME ) 5μmol/L可将ICA引起的最大舒张效应由 6 0 %降低到 9% ,而NO前体左旋精氨酸 (L Arginine) 2 0 μmol/L ,可部分恢复ICA的最大舒张效应到 4 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。③ICA (1,10 μmol/L)增强Ach引起的舒张效应 ,最大效应由 6 0 %分别升高到 6 7%和 80 % (P <0 0 5 )。④ICA (3,10 μmol/L)能使高K (2 0～ 12 0mmol/L)去极化引起的最大收缩反应分别降低到 88%和 81% (P <0 0 5 )。⑤在经 1μmol/L阿托品和 5 μmol/L胍乙啶预先处理的标本上 ,电场刺激可以引起海绵体平滑肌频率依赖性的舒张效应。ICA (1、 10 μmol/L)能增强电场刺激引起的舒张效应 ,最大效应由对照水平的4 1%分别升高到 5 9%和 6 3% (P <0 0 5 )。结论　ICA可以直接舒张阴茎海绵体平滑肌 ,其壮阳作用机制与影响NO cGMP信号通路有关。     

神经生长因子基因转染联合强化铁营养防治豚鼠爆震性聋的实验研究

Objective To study the protective effects of adenovirus-mediated human beta-nerve growth factor gene (hNGFβ) transfer combined with iron fortified nutrition on blast hearing damage in guinea pigs. Methods Deafness was induced by blast (172dB SPL) in 35 healthy guinea pigs. Seven days after noise exposure, 10 guinea pigs were inoculated with adenovirus-mediated hNGFβ (Ad-hNGFβ) into the perilymphatic space (the gene group), another 10 guinea pigs were given hNGFβ combined with iron fortified nutritional diet (the combination group), still another 10 guinea pigs were inoculated with artificial perilymphatic fluid (APF), and 5 guinea pigs served as control, given neither medicine nor noise exposure. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) threshold shifts were monitored in the guinea pigs before blast exposure and after gene transfer. Changes in cochlear morphology were examined with immunohistochemical and HE staining. Results One week after successful inoculation of hNGFβ, it was noted that Ad-hNGFβ protein was expressed in each turn of the cochlea, and its intensity was almost equal. After gene transfer in the combination group and the gene group, ABR threshold shifts at week 1 and 4 were significantly smaller than those of the APF group. HE staining showed that the number of the spiral ganglion cells in the combination group and the Ad-hNGFβ group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks (P<0.01). Conclusions Ad-hNGFβ combined with iron fortified nutritional diet was effective in the prevention and treatment of blast hearing damage of cochlear hair cells.     

颈前部皮神经构筑研究

目的　为研究皮肤疾病和损伤提供皮神经构筑资料。方法　用S 10 0蛋白免疫组化染色法研究正常成人颈前部胸锁乳突肌前、后缘皮肤各层内皮神经的数量、分布及构筑特点。结果　 ( 1)皮肤乳头层内皮神经的小分支多分布在皮突下和乳头内血管丛附近。 ( 2 )真皮网状层内神经多位于小血管附近和汗腺、皮脂腺以及毛囊周围 ,神经分支呈串珠状或波纹形。 ( 3 )皮下组织内神经干和神经网同时存在。结论　皮肤内感觉神经树的分布及构筑特点与血管树相似。     

开放复位可塑形钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折33例

目的 评价开放复位可塑形钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法 对33例(37足)以后关节突移位为主的跟骨骨折,行跟骨外侧入路、开放性复位可塑形钛板螺钉内固定,必要时行植骨术(18例)。结果 平均随访11.5个月,参照Mary—land food score评分,对患足是否疼痛、步态、距下关节及踝关节活动度、是否支架辅助、术后X线摄片等加以评估,19足疗效为优,17足为良,1足可。其中钛板断裂1例,手术切口皮缘坏死1例,换药后自愈。结论 跟骨外侧入路开放复位可塑形钛板螺钉内固定,必要时植骨术是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。     

颈内动脉接近完全闭塞时的处理

目的由于卒中风险随着狭窄严重程度的增加而升高，因此认为颈内动脉（ICA）接近闭塞患者的卒中风险很高。在现有的随机试验中，还没有专门针对这种情况进行探讨，因此其处理尚存在争汶。方法：对相关文献进行系统评价。结果：对ICA接近闭塞患者的处理还存在争议：一些学者支持进行干预，而另一些学者则认为存在风险或没有益处而反对进行干预。在ICA接近闭塞的有症状患者中进行一项比较外科治疗与最佳内科治疗的多中心前瞻性随机试验似乎非常困难，因为这类研究需要大量的患者。尽管如此，基于目前的证据，似乎很难拒绝手术治疗。结论：由于目前对ICA接近闭塞患者的最佳处理方案仍存在着争议，因此需要前瞻性观察性研究以证实其在有症状和无症状人群中的患病率以及相关的卒中风险。基于目前的证据，大多数医疗中心选择手术治疗，但它相对干内科治疗的特粱尚右待证章．     

90例慢性牙周炎临床分析

目的评价不同治疗方法对慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法对90例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分成三组:龈上洁治术 抗生素组(A组),单纯龈上洁治术组(B组)和单纯抗生素组(C组)。分别给予不同的治疗,在治疗后1周、2周和4周记录牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)、探诊附着水平(PAL)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果治疗1周和2周后各指标显著减轻(P<0.05),2周比1周减轻更明显(P<0.05),4周与2周比较无明显差异(P>0.05),A组各指标减轻比B组显著(P<0.05);B组比C组疗效显著(P<0.05)。结论A组作用优于B组(P<0.05),B组优于C组(P<0.05)。     

支气管结核在纤维支气管镜下治疗方法的探讨

目的 :探讨支气管结核在纤维支气管镜下治疗的方法及价值。方法 :对 2 5例支气管结核病人 ,在全身抗结核治疗的同时分别实施镜下注药治疗、微波接触式辐射治疗和球囊扩张术 局部注药治疗。结果 :在全身抗结核治疗的同时运用上述几种镜下治疗方法 ,支气管局部病灶较镜下治疗前均有明显好转。结论 :利用纤维支气管镜对支气管结核病人进行局部治疗 ,可加快病灶的吸收和症状的改善 ,值得推广应用
