Survivin和Bcl-2在尖锐湿疣中的表达

目的:测定survivin和Bcl-2在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达并探讨两者表达的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶方法(SP法)分别检测60例CA组织及10例正常包皮组织中survivin、Bcl-2基因的表达。在镜下观察切片并计算阳性细胞百分比。结果:CA组织中survivin的表达率为86.67%,显著高于正常包皮的表达率20%(P<0.01)。其中棘层的表达率85.00%显著高于基底层的表达率70.00%和颗粒层的表达率66.67%(P<0.05),基底层与颗粒层的表达率之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Bcl-2在CA的表达率为66.67%,正常包皮组织中未见Bcl-2蛋白表达。survivin在CA中的表达与Bcl-2呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:本实验检测出survivin基因在CA组织中有异常表达,提示survivin蛋白引起的细胞凋亡抑制在CA的发生中起到重要的作用。survivin与Bcl-2在CA的发生发展过程中起到协同作用。     

Use of the Arndt wire-guided endobronchial blocker via nasal for one-lung ventilation in patient with anticipated restricted mouth opening for esophagectomy.

Functional separation of the lungs may be accomplished by several methods. Patient with restricted mouth opening has limited options for one-lung ventilation. We report the use of wire-guided endobronchial blockade, a new tool for achieving one-lung ventilation in a patient with restricted mouth opening requiring nasotracheal, fiberoptic intubation for esophagectomy and reconstruction with gastric tube substitution.     

Study on hemostatic mechanism of fully soluble hemostatic fiber.

Fully soluble hemostatic fiber (FHF) is made from cotton yarn through a series of chemical reactions with NaOH and chloroacetic acid. The major component of FHF is carboxymethylcellulose. FHF is a kind of biodegradation macromolecule material that can disassociate into a low-molecular-weight compound or a simple substance by hydrolytic and enzymatic courses. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the hemostatic mechanism of FHF. The study indicated that FHF can stop bleeding by physical, chemical and physiological routes. In the physical route, expansion of carboxymethylcellulose in FHF stops bleeding by forming a mechanical clog after contacting with the blood. In the chemical route, the platelets can quickly aggregate around FHF and stimulate releasing and disaggregating reactions, after contacting with the rough surface of FHF, producing thrombus and hemostasis. In the physiological route, gluey particles with negative charges can activate intrinsic coagulation systems by activating the blood coagulation factor XII after FHF dissolution.     

会计电算化的安全策略初探

近年来，许多企事业单位如医院等都实现了会计电算化，从而大大提高了工作效率，减轻了财务人员的负担，提高了会计信息质量，但随着会计人员对计算机及财务软件的依赖性越来越强，其安全性也日益令人关注，笔者就此提出会计电算化的安全策略。     

两种不同方法测定低水平压力支持通气时气道阻断压与自主呼吸时常规方法测定值的相关性分析

目的 拟比较以两种不同方法测定低水平压力支持通气（pressure support ventilation，PSV）病人的气道阻断压（P0．1）与自主呼吸时常规方法测定值的相关性。方法 12例机械通气病人，断开呼吸机自主呼吸时以常规方法测定P0．1得到P0．1-SB：在PSV水平为5cmH20，以常规方法和按压呼气末暂停键测定P0．1分别得到P0．1-PSV5和P0．1-PSV5eeo．分析后二者与前者之间的相关性。结果 P0．1-SB与P0．1-PSV5之间差异无显著性，P0．1-PSV5ee0分别小于P0．1-SB与P0．1-PSV5，差异有显著性；P0．1-PSV5eeo与P0．1-PSV5和P0．1-SB之间的相关系数均为0．97。结论 按压呼气末暂停键测定PSV水平为5cmH2O的P0．1值与常规方法测定的PSV水平为5cmH2O以及自主呼吸时的测定值相比，其值偏小,但前者与后二者之间具有良好的相关性。     

水面长航舰载保存血液生化指标的实验研究

目的探讨和观察经水面长航舰载保存血液出海前后对生化指标的影响与变化。方法随机采集和制备WB、AS-RBC和LP-RBC各18人份(200ml)。每份血液各等分为4袋,配对设计为实验组(A区、B区和C区)与对照组。分别于长航前和长航后进行血液生化指标检测。结果①K+和P3+浓度在三种血液制品的实验组与对照组各观察点的结果均随保存血液时间的延长而增高(P<0.05或P<0.01);Na+浓度由长航前的水平而逐步降低(P<0.01);P3+、Mg2+实验组和对照组较长航前增高,Cl-、Ca2+的含量与长航前没有显著变化;②LDH、AST、CKP和HBDH结果实验组和对照组均呈递增趋势,AKP结果实验组和对照组均呈下降表现,ALT与GGT结果在长航前后变化不明显;③Glu指标减低,UA呈上升趋势。结论长航对血液保存有一定的影响,但总的变化趋势与常规(4±2)℃血库冰箱保存相似。此项研究对于我们进一步探索海上血液保障与运输以及血液海上救护均具有十分重要的实用和军事价值。     

Production and characterization of high affinity monoclonal antibodies to cyclic anti-depressant molecules

A procedure is reported by which high levels of the tricyclic molecule desipramine was modified and conjugated at high density to the carrier molecules keyhole limpet hemocyanin and bovine serum albumin so that these could be used as immunogens in Balb/c mice. Such conjugates generated immune responses with high levels of antibody with specificity for the tricyclic. B cell hybridomas generated by fusion of immune Balb/c splenocytes to NS-1 cells which secreted monoclonal antibodies with specificity for the tricyclic were selected in a standard ELISA. In this report, we show that the binding constants of these monoclonal antibodies with various haptens can be assessed accurately by measuring fluorescence polarization, that a high degree of cross-reactivity between the monoclonals and various tricyclics exists, and that this procedure can be used to generate monoclonal antibodies of high binding constants.     

“肠梗”治疗粘连性肠梗阻425例

本文对采用自行研制的中草药浓缩剂“肠梗”治疗的粘连性肠梗阻４２５例进行临床分析。根据不同的病理及临床特征将其分为三种类型，其中广泛粘连型是“肠梗”治疗的最佳适应症，粘连扭转型是其禁忌证。并对中转手术的指征、时间等问题进行了讨论。认为该方法具有简单易行、安全可靠、成功率高的特点，是一种易于推广的治疗粘连性肠梗阻的有效方法，具有较高的临床实际应用价值     

特异性荧光偏振免疫法监测521例肾移植后环孢素A全血浓度3275次

目的通过监测肾移植后病人环孢素A(CsA)全血浓度 ,提出CsA在三联免疫抑制用药方案中的理想治疗窗。方法用特异性荧光偏振免疫法测定CsA全血浓度 ,对521例病人监测3275次 ,按术后时间及临床表现分组比较。结果肾移植后<1 ,、1～3、3～6、6～12个月、1～2和>2年的CsA全血谷浓度的理想治疗窗应分别为250～450、200～400、150～300、100～250、100～200和100～180μg/L。结论CsA全血浓度在上述范围内 ,中毒反应和排异反应明显减少
