7种中草药粗提液对肺成纤维细胞增殖抑制作用的比较研究

目的观察7种中草药粗提液对肺成纤维细胞增殖的作用,为中药治疗肺纤维化筛选苗头药物.方法根据肺纤维化的病理机制,确定赤芍、毛冬青、莲子心、瑞香狼毒、猫眼草、千金子、蒲公英粗提物为备筛药物,利用大鼠原代培养肺成纤维细胞,加入不同浓度的提取液,采用细胞形态学观察、MTT比色法,比较其对细胞增殖的抑制作用,并以乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）的测定来观察其细胞毒性.结果莲子心、狼毒、千金子对大鼠肺成纤维细胞有显著的抑制作用,其中效果最佳、细胞毒作用最小的为莲子心提取物.结论莲子心是一种有希望的治疗肺纤维化的苗头药物.     

Highly selective cross-coupling reactions of 1,1-dibromoethylenes with alkynylaluminums for the synthesis of aryl substituted conjugated enediynes and unsymmetrical 1,3-diynes

A highly efficient method for the synthesis of aryl substituted conjugated enediynes and unsymmetrical 1,3-diynes via selective cross-coupling reactions of 1,1-dibromoethylenes with alkynylaluminums using the Pd(OAc)₂–DPPE and Pd₂(dba)₃–TFP complexes as catalysts, respectively, has been successfully developed. Though the alkyl substituted conjugated enediynes and unsymmetrical 1,3-diynes were not obtained, this case is also remarkable as the same starting materials could selectively produce either aryl substituted conjugated enediynes or unsymmetrical 1,3-diynes in moderate to excellent yields (up to 99%) in the different Pd–phosphine catalytic systems.

A highly efficient method for the synthesis of aryl substituted conjugated enediynes and unsymmetrical 1,3-diynes via selective cross-coupling reactions of 1,1-dibromoethylenes with alkynylaluminums has been successfully developed.

结合电视教材《登革热及其防治》的创作过程,从选题、总体设计、稿本编写、素材收集和整理、动画制作、前期拍摄,以及后期编辑等各方面阐述了制作体会,同时探讨了如何促进和完善电视教材的设计与创作。     

综合心理干预在本科护理专业学生心理健康中的应用效果分析

目的：通过固定量表和自我设计的问卷调查本科护理专业学生心理健康状况。方法分析影响心理健康相关因素,对筛选阳性的学生实施综合心理干预,评价干预效果。结果462人中,有66名筛选阳性的学生,占14.29%。 SCL-90量表躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性等9个因子得分均低于大学生常模,在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性8个维度组间具有统计学差异;多元线性回归显示：心理健康状况影响因素有：锻炼、恋爱史、就业压力、同学关系、上网、学习压力、经济压力、家庭状况、心理素质、大学生活适应程度、一年住院、遇到困难诉说、同母亲关系、睡眠、家庭幸福程度、学习成绩排名、最近两周患病、身体素质、大学日常生活;针对影响因素的综合心理干预效果良好。结论在此次调查中学生心理健康总体水平检测阳性检测率为14.29%,提示我们更应关注本科护理专业学生心理健康水平,对阳性筛检的学生应实施综合心理干预措施。     

Influence of Varying Tensile Stress on Domain Motion

Magnetic domain motion has been widely studied in the fields of spintronics, nanowires, and thin films. However, there is a lack of such studies on industrial steels, especially for domain motion under the action of varying stress. Understanding domain motion under stress is helpful for the improvement of evaluation accuracy and the establishment of theoretical models of passive, nondestructive testing technology. This paper presents the influence of varying tensile stresses on the magnetic domain motion of silicon steel sheets. Magnetic domain rotation and domain wall displacement were characterized using magnetic domain images, and their motion mechanisms under elastic and plastic stresses are presented. The results show that the domain rotation under stress involves reversible and irreversible changes. The effect of material rearrangement on domain rotation and domain wall displacement after plastic deformation is discussed. Based on the motion mechanism, a threshold stress value (TSV) required for the complete disappearance of the supplementary domains in the elastic range is proposed, enabling the classification of the elastic stress ranges in which the reversible and irreversible domain rotations occur. In addition, the effect of microstructure on TSV is also discussed, and the results show that the regions far away from the grain boundary need larger stresses to complete an irreversible domain rotation. Additionally, the domain width and orientation also affect the TSV. These findings regarding the domain motion mechanism and TSV can help to explain the sequence of domain rotation under stress and modify the stress assessment under dynamic loads in electromagnetic nondestructive evaluation, especially in the magnetic memory method.

CT与肿瘤标记物对非小细胞型肺癌N2淋巴结转移的预测作用探讨

目的：回顾性地探讨CT与肿瘤标记物结合能否提高对非小细胞性肺癌N2淋巴结转移的诊断率。方法：将1996～1999年支气管肺癌、CT诊断为N0-1淋巴结转移并行手术治疗的病人，术后根据病理结果重新分期为N0-1和N2；根据两组中血清β2-MG、CEA水平变化进行对照分析；结果：肿瘤的大小、β2-MG、CEA对CT诊断有一定的补充作用；结论：CT扫描对N2淋巴结转移有较高的预测作用，当不能确认N2转移时，肿瘤的大小、β2-MG、CEA是一种有效的补充。     

Effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma: a case report and literature review

Gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma (GHAC) is a highly aggressive histological subtype of gastric cancer (GC) with similar tissue morphology to hepatocellular carcinoma. GHAC frequently produces alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and has a poor prognosis; however, standardized treatment remains elusive. We report a male patient in his early 60s with GHAC who received immunotherapy, and the curative effect was evaluated. He was admitted because of progressive fatigue and dizziness for 2 months. He had experienced spontaneous epigastric pain with muscular defense of the epigastrium and accompanying tenderness 1 year earlier and underwent radical gastrectomy. Immunohistochemistry showed that hepatocyte-specific marker (Hep) was highly-expressed, indicating probable GHAC. Additionally, imaging suggested GC recurrence or gastric stump cancer. Radioimmunoassay indicated an AFP level of >1210.00 µg/L, and liver biopsy was performed following abdominal contrast-enhanced computed tomography. Pathology showed a few hepatocytes and proliferative fibrous connective tissue. The patient received three cycles of chemotherapy, with no obvious improvement. The possibility of surgical treatment was excluded, and immunotherapy or palliative treatment was selected. He received 11 cycles of a programed death-1 (PD-1) monoclonal antibody, and the effect of treatment was satisfactory. The mechanism of action of immunotherapy in GHAC warrants further investigation.     

植物多糖对S_（180）细胞膜脂肪酸组成的影响

为了进一步探讨植物多糖与膜磷脂的关系，采用毛细管柱气相色谱法观察到在茯苓多糖（ＰＰＳ），刺五加多糖（ＡＳＰＳ）与Ｓ＿１８０细胞一同温育２４ｈ后，Ｓ＿１８０细胞膜中性脂的脂肪酸组成和不饱和性均未有明显变化。磷脂的脂肪酸组成发生明显改变，花生四烯酸（Ｃ＿（２０∶４），Ｐ＜０．０５）和豆蔻酸（Ｃ＿（１４∶０），Ｐ＜０．０１）的含量降低。上述结果与氨甲喋呤作用相似。讨论了膜磷脂脂肪酸组成变化的意义，认为在ＰＰＳ、ＡＳＰＳ的抗肿瘤机理中，细胞膜磷脂生化特性的改变是重要环节。     

美国FDA要求对用于睡眠障碍治疗的所有药品说明书进行更改

对已上市药品安全的管理工作是政府药品监管部门的重要工作,药品安全性信息的披露则是药品安全管理的重要工作内容。美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)(以下简称FDA)于2004年11月宣布了启动"药品安全行动计划(Drug Safety Initiative)",加强对已上市药品的临床应用安全性管理,并对出现的临床安全性问题进行评估,及时对药品说明书、药品安全性信息进行修订和补充,是其中一项重要举措。
