仿SOD催化剂的合成及其清除氧自由基作用

合成了一种钢配合物[Cu_2(C_(34)H_(32)N_(10)(Br)_3)Br·2H_2O作为仿Cu·Zn-SOD催化剂,用核黄素-蛋氨酸光照法等证实它有清除的作用;ESR等证实它还有清除,OH的作用;大鼠心脏缺血再灌注实验表明此铜配合物能降低活性氧自由基(和·OH)对心肌的损伤程度,对再灌注损伤心肌有保护作用。     

β—环糊精高聚物对芳香类化合物包络吸附性能研究

选择酚类和芳香胺类化合物作为底物分子，研究了一类新型的β－环糊精高聚物（ＰＳ－ＰＧＭＡ－βＣＤ）对它们的包络吸附性能．结果表明．β－环糊精高聚物依据β－环糊精分子的包络作用，可以选择性地识别位置异构体．吸附容量与β－环糊精固载容量有关．     

应用气相色谱法鉴别海南省大劣按蚊

大劣按蚊是海南省疟疾的主要传播媒介。本文应用气相色谱法,分析海南省不同地区、不同季节大劣按蚊的皮质烃类。经统计学分析,它们的成分无显著性差异。应用聚类分析法,它们的距离系数很接近。提示海南省的大劣按蚊很可能是同一种。     

脑干区占位病变的手术入路

本文报告了1990年5月以来脑干区大型、复杂占位病变15例.其中,位于脑干内3例,脚间窝2例,岩尖部4例,全岩骨区1例,全斜坡区2例,第四脑室内3例.本组采用以扩大了的岩骨入路为主的联合入路,行肿瘤全切除8例,次全切除5例.2例仅作了活检加减压术.除1例死亡外,均恢复良好.本文结合文献,对脑干区手术入路进行了讨论.     

Penetration of Schistosoma japonicum cercaria into host skin.

The anterior part of Schistosoma japonicum cercaria is a specialized head organ which can slightly stretch out and retract. There are three different types of large unicellular glands in cercarial body, consisting of one head gland, 2 pairs of pre- and 3 pairs of postacetabular glands. These glands differ in position, gross feature, histochemistry and functions. Both polysaccharase and protease activities are demonstrated in the secretions from these glands. Mode of cercarial penetration is described in detail and the penetration is effected by a combination of lytic secretions and mechanical movements. The schematic representation of the process of cercarial penetration is presented. The dynamic distributions of schistosomula in skin at different time intervals after skin penetration in various mammalian hosts are shown. Some newly transformed schistosomula die while penetrating into the skin of 7 mammalian species and the mortality rate varies with the host species, and that can also be affected by the age of cercariae following emergence from the snail. Some physiological aspects between cercariae and newly transformed schistosomula are compared. In contrast to cercariae, schistosomula are saline-adapted and water-intolerant. They were modified histochemically and antigenically.

     

人头发自由基检测在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤诊断中的意义

作者应用电子自旋共振技术（ＥＳＲ）分别对正常人、口腔颌面部良恶性肿瘤、口腔粘膜病患者共３２４例的头发进行自由基测定，并与病理诊断相对照。结果表明，它们的阳性率分别为５．９％，６．１％，８４．５２％及９．１％。其中恶性肿瘤与正常人及良性肿瘤相比较，差别均较显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。部分恶性肿瘤患者经治疗后，ＥＳＲ饱和功率点后移，上升到临界水准以上（＞１０．０ｍＷ），ＥＳＲ转阴。表明用ＥＳＲ早期诊断恶性肿瘤、追踪疗效具有一定临床价值。作者还结合检测资料对ＥＳＲ在监测肿瘤复发、监视白斑癌变等方面的意义进行了讨论。     

Characterization of a progesterone-binding, three-domain antibody fragment (VH/K) expressed in Escherichia coli.

The heavy chain variable region (VH) and the kappa light chain of the anti-progesterone monoclonal antibody (mAb) DB3, have been expressed as a single-chain three-domain polypeptide, designated VH/K, and secreted into the periplasmic space of Escherichia coli (E. coli). The linker sequence was derived from the VH-CH1 elbow region. The C kappa domain provides a sensitive detection tail for Western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Periplasmic extracts of transformed E. coli contained material that bound progesterone and related steroids with similar specificity and affinity to DB3, and displayed the DB3 idiotype and kappa chain epitopes. Reference to the crystal structure of DB3 suggests that all the characteristics of the combining site interaction with steroids are retained in the bacterially expressed material. Western blotting demonstrated material with a molecular weight equivalent to three domains after reduction, but six domains in the unreduced state, suggesting that the VH/K polypeptide is assembled in the periplasm as a disulphide-bridged dimer. The VH/K construct provides a novel route to expression of antibody combining sites in E. coli for antibody engineering.     

化学试剂行业钼盐产品作业工人职业性眼病的研究

本文对化学试剂厂从事钼盐产品专业厂的１０５名职工详细询问了病史，并进行了眼科全面检查。受检者分为接触组８３人和对照组２２人。接触毒物主要为钼盐类。检查结果表明２组受检者在眼部症状、眼病史、外眼病发生率、角膜知觉、调节近点、辐辏近点诸方面有显著性差异。角膜染色２组间无显著性，但２组与正常人群比较均有显著性，说明钼盐类化学物质对作业工人眼部有一定的影响。本文并提出相应的防护措施。     

△Np63、p21~(WAF1)及MDM2基因蛋白在鼻咽癌组织表达的研究

目的 :探讨鼻咽癌组织中△Np6 3、p2 1WAF1 和MDM2蛋白的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化方法研究△Np6 3、p2 1WAF1 和MDM2蛋白在 6 0例鼻咽癌活检组织的表达 ,6 0例鼻咽癌的组织类型包括角化性鳞癌 3例 ;非角化性癌 5 7例 ,其中含未分化癌 12例。结果 :6 0例鼻咽癌抗△Np6 3染色成不同程度阳性反应 ,表现为细胞核棕黄色。其中角化性鳞癌呈弱阳性表达 ,癌巢周边基底样细胞阳性略呈环状分布 ,或弥散分布 ;非角化性癌多呈强阳性反应 ,染色深 ,呈弥漫或片状分布 ,癌旁粘膜及正常鼻咽粘膜仅基底层和上基层细胞呈阳性表达。p2 1WAF1 在鼻咽癌、癌旁上皮及正常粘膜上皮的阳性率分别为 2 6 %、15 %、7% ,在三组的表达无显著性差异 ;MDM2在鼻咽癌、癌旁上皮及正常粘膜上皮的阳性率分别为 19%、5 %、4 % ,在癌组和非癌组表达有显著性差异。结论 :△Np6 3蛋白在鼻咽非角化性癌中高表达 ,表明与细胞恶性增生密切相关 ,可能在癌细胞多相性退分化中起作用 ,是鼻咽非角化性癌有价值的诊断指标。MDM2在鼻咽癌组的表达显著高于对照组 ,起癌基因作用。△Np6 3和MDM2均抑制p5 3转录活性 ,使NPC中p5 3虽然无突变却缺乏失活。p5 3活性低则不能上调p2 1WAF1 ,G1 关卡失去功能 ,形同虚设。△Np6 3及MDM2高表达和p2 1WAF1 低表     

重组人表皮生长因子对促进Ⅱ度烧伤愈合的作用

目的 探讨重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对促进Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的作用。方法 采用自身对照研究方法,选取46例Ⅱ度烧伤患者观察最适治疗浓度创面局部应用的治疗效果及不良反应。结果 在浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面,观察组的愈合时间为(8.7±2.1)天,对照组为(12.2±2.4)天,而深Ⅱ度烧伤创面观察组的愈合时间是(13.4±2.6)天,对照组为(19.2±3.2)天。与对照组相比,观察组创面愈合时间均有明显缩短(P<0.01),结论 rhEGF对Ⅱ度烧伤创面均可有效地促进组织修复,加快创面愈合速度,有良好的促进愈合作用,而药物反应极轻微。
