鄂托克前旗马场井村改水降氟15年病情防治效果分析

目的：了解改水降氟后地氟病的防治效果。方法：水氟，尿氟测定均为电极法，氟斑牙诊断为Dean‘s法。结果：该村自1985年改饮低氟水，水氟含量由改水前的6.05mg/L降至改水后的0.48mg/L。改水后未出现新的氟骨症患者，8-12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率呈逐年下降趋势，改水后7-15年间氟斑牙病率均已稳定，表明病情得到有效控制，且达到稳定控制状态，结论：坚持长年饮用低氟水，地方性氟中毒就能得到有效控制。     

山楂治疗伤科疾病185例

笔者在临床中用山楂治疗踝关节、指关节、腕关节扭伤及无名原因红肿热痛等效果较好，介绍如下。     

Practical value of a new serum digitoxin assay

The purpose of this study was to evaluate a new fluorescence polarization immunoassay, TDx, for digitoxin by comparing the results of this assay with those of a radioimmunoassay (RIA). Thirty-three serum samples were obtained from 15 patients during, and for 4 weeks after, a 4-week course of digitoxin therapy. Each sample was separated by centrifugation, coded, and frozen until analysis. At the time of analysis, each sample was divided and analyzed simultaneously by TDx and RIA. Nine samples yielded results less than 2 ng/ml (limit of assay sensitivity) by one or both methods and were excluded from further data analysis. Linear regression analysis of the results of the remaining 24 paired samples (x = TDx, y = RIA) revealed a strong correlation coefficient of r2 = 0.95, slope = 0.95, and a y intercept of -0.99 (y = -0.99 + 0.95x). Additionally, the TDx results were lower than the RIA values in only five of 33 paired samples; and these occurred in four patients who had a significantly lower mean estimated creatinine clearance than that of the other 11 patients (39.0 +/- 9.1 ml/min/1.73 m2 vs. 63.3 +/- 11.8 ml/min/1.73 m2, p less than 0.01). The TDx system is a comparable alternative to the RIA method, but differences in specificity and sensitivity may exist and should be evaluated more thoroughly.     

2001年我所性病疫情分析

为全面了解性罪错人员(简称学员)性传播疾病(STD)发病情况,我所于2001年共收容学员541人。其中女性308人,男性233人,对541名学员进行了STD发病情况调查,现报告如下:     

Screening Mouse Genes Related to Blastocyst Implantation by Using PCR Subtraction

Objective To identify genes that may be related to embryo implantation Materials & Methods The PCR subtraction technique was applied at implantation and inter-plantation sites on day 4. 5 of pregnancy in mice. Two novel Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs ), EST8 and EST81 were identified; their expression in tissues was analyzed by Northern blotting, and their full-length cDNAs were synthesized by PCR.Results We found that these two novel ESTs (EST8and EST81) were noticeably expressed in implantation site in the mouse on day 4. 5 of pregnancy. EST8 was expressed at high level in livers and implantation sites of the mice, while at low level in ovaries and inter-plantation sites. EST81 was predominantly expressed in implantation site and ovary, and at low level in all other tissues. Their complete cDNAs, 1 665bp and 1 264 bp respectively, were synthesized by using PCR.Conclusion The two full-length cDNAs were responsible for embryo implantation,and their functions need to be further studied.

教育测量学是在本世纪发展起来的一门教育分支学科，应用教育测量学原理和数理统计方法对考试结果进行分析，是目前各类学校提高教学质量所采取的必要措施之一。由于试卷统计分析的工作量非常大，手工计算近乎不可能，以往常应用SPSS、SAS等专业统计分析软件计算，但是这类软件在应用时还存在着普及性差、价格昂贵、使用复杂、英文界面、数据格式通用性低等缺点，无法大规模应用，     

小剂量低LET辐射对人淋巴细胞SCE的影响

本文用磷酸盐Giemsa法观察了小剂量X射线照射对人离体外周血淋巴细胞SCE的影响。其结果照射组各剂量点均不明显地高于对照组,证实了SCE对电离辐射不敏感,说明染色体结构畸变和SCE的发生是彼此独立的两个不同事件。     

183例老年人骨密度检测分析

目的 :研究老年人不同疾病时骨密度 (BMD)的分布情况。方法 :用DXADAS 6 0 0EX型骨密度仪对183例老年患者进行左侧远程桡骨加尺骨BMD检测。结果 :内分泌疾病组、消化道疾病组和其它疾病组的患病率分别为 72 7% ,2 0 6 %和 31 4 %。T值比较 :三组差异明显 (P <0 0 0 1)。累积骨丢失率 (ABLR)比较 :前一组明显高于后两组病人 (P <0 0 1)。BMD比较中 ,内分泌和其它疾病组明显低于消化道疾病组 (P <0 0 0 1)。相关分析显示 ,内分泌和消化道疾病组的年龄变化与BMD呈正相关 (r =0 5 19P <0 0 0 1和r =0 5 89P <0 0 0 1) ,内分泌疾病组和其它疾病组的体重变化与BMD呈正相关 (r=0 918P <0 0 0 1和r =0 338P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :老年人骨质疏松 (OP)患病率以内分泌疾病组最高 ,消化道疾病组较低 ;随年龄和体重增加 ,BMD降低加重。     

Prof. Ye Chuanhui''s Experience in Treating Nephritic Proteinuria

In the occurrence and development of glomerulonephritis, proteinuria is themain manifestation, which is easily recurrent but not easily got rid of in a short period of time. It may remain even after disappearance of the general symptoms. In some patients, there are no symptoms and signs at all in the initial stage, except proteinuria, the only distinct manifestation. Prof. Ye Chuanhui, from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has accumulated rich experience for treating this disorder, which is introduced in the following.
