目的 采用HPCE法拆分伯胺类药物对映异构体。方法 缓冲液 2 0mmol/LTris 0 .1%H3 PO4(v/v)(pH 2 .0 6 ) +18 冠 6 四甲酸 (18C6H4) ;检测波长 2 10nm。结果  8种伯胺类药物得以拆分。结论 缓冲液中添加手性冠醚的HPCE法能较好地拆分伯胺类药物。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between segmental hyperintensity of the liver on T1-weighted images and segmental cholestasis in patients with obstructive jaundice. T1-weighted and T2-weighted MR images were obtained of 73 patients with obstructive jaundice caused by various diseases. Fat-suppressed T1-weighted images were also obtained of 10 patients. Eleven patients with segmental intra-hepatic bile duct dilatation (cholestasis) showed segmental hyperintensity on T1-weighted images and/or fat-suppressed T1-weighted images and no signal intensity difference on T2-weighted images. Sixty-two patients with widespread intrahepatic bile duct dilatation showed no intensity difference on T1-weighted and T2-weighted images (P < .01). Segmental hyperintensity on T1-weighted images was correlated with intrahepatic cholestasis.  相似文献

Abstract: Studies on the circadian rhythm of urine excretion in healthy men have demonstrated that the maximal urine flow occurs in the early afternoon and the minimal around midnight. In this study, an abnormality in the variation of urine volume was found in parkinsonian patients. Urine samples were collected during daytime (9:00–21:00) and nighttime (21:00–9:00). Fifteen healthy control subjects were examined and found to excrete 60% during the daytime and 40% during the nighttime of the total urine volume. Sixteen parkinsonian patients excreted 43% during the daytime and 57% during the nighttime. In contrast to the control subjects, the parkinsonian patients excreted a smaller volume of their urine during the daytime than during the nighttime. This finding might be related to the degeneration of dopaminergic and/or nondopaminergic neurons in the brain which control urinary excretion.  相似文献

6例肺癌患者接受了大剂量卡铂并自体骨髓移植治疗 ,卡铂剂量从 5 60~ 1375 mg/ m2 ,5例加用 VP~ 1630 0 mg,1例并用 MMC6mg和 VCR2 mg;主要毒性反应为白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板减少和脱发 ( WHO毒性反应 ~ 级 )其次是贫血、皮肤粘膜出血、呕吐和可逆性肝功能损害 ,口腔粘膜溃疡及轻度发烧各 2例 ,一过性蛋白尿、室上性心动过速和便秘各 1例 ,尿素氮和肌酐未见升高 ;全部患者骨髓均获解救 ,从自体骨髓回输到骨髓造血功能重建成功平均 2 6.67( 17~ 32 )天  相似文献

慢性硬膜下血肿(chronic subdural hematoma,CSDH)为受伤3W后出现硬膜下的血肿,是中老年患者轻微颅脑损伤后最为常见的颅内病变。约占颅内血肿的10%,起病隐匿,且临床表现无特征。虽然CSDH的治疗方法多种多样,但单孔钻颅闭式引流方法简单,操作容易,已成为神经外科医师普遍采用的方法。我们近3年来采用单孔钻颅闭式引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿80例,效果满意,现报告如下。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the cervical plexus and the accessory nerve to the function of the trapezius muscle. STUDY DESIGN AND SETTING: Eighteen adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups. The neurotomies were performed in the left sides and the right sides served as within-subject controls. In group A, the accessory nerve was transected. The C2-5 were transected in group B, and both of the accessory nerve and C2-5 were cut in group C. The electrophysiologic, myophysiologic, and histologic changes of the muscles were measured. RESULTS: There were significant differences (P < 0.05) between the three groups in the recovery rates of the transverse area of the muscles. The CMAP recorded from the experimental sides in group B were similar to the control sides. The values of the maximum tension of the tetanus contraction between the two sides showed no differences either (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: The accessory nerve supplies the most important motor input to the trapezius. Motor innervations of the cervical plexus are not very significant.  相似文献

异体皮肤移植后MIP-3α的表达及其抗体延长存活的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的 研究异体皮肤移植后表皮MIP 3α的表达及其抗体延长移植皮肤存活的作用。方法 进行同种异体小鼠皮肤移植 ,免疫组化测定移植皮肤组织内MIP 3α的表达 ;局部应用MIP 3α抗体 ,观察其对移植皮肤存活的影响。结果 移植术后表皮MIP 3α表达增加 ,分别于术后 2 4h及第五天出现两个高峰 ,真皮及其皮下组织未见MIP 3α的表达 ;异体皮肤平均存活时间为 (7 5± 0 9)d ,MIP 3α单抗局部注射 1μg/ml治疗组存活 (8 3± 1 2 )d ,与对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;10 μg/ml组与 5 0 μg/ml组分别为 (15 3± 2 3 )d与 (2 1 8± 1 6)d ,二者均显著延长移植皮肤的存活时间 (P <0 0 1)。结论 异体皮肤移植后表皮MIP 3α分泌增加 ,促进郎格罕细胞的迁移以进行抗原递呈 ,是移植排斥反应启动与进展的重要因素 ;应用MIP 3α抗体可有效延长异体移植皮肤的存活  相似文献

A 36-year-old man was admitted to a hospital with complaints of fever, polyarthralgia and dyspnea. Erythema was observed on his face, extensor surface of the fingers and extremities, and a chest X-ray revealed massive bilateral pleural effusion. He had no sign of myopathy at this point. Pleural fluid was proved to be exudative and contained extremely high levels of hyaluronic acid. He was also complicated with interstitial pneumonitis and was given a pulse therapy with methyl prednisolone followed by daily administration of 55 mg prednisolone (PSL). Twenty days after the commencement of the therapy, pleural effusion decreased but muscle weakness gradually appeared, accompanied by elevation of myogenic enzymes. Myogenic changes on electromyogram, and irregularity of the muscle fibers with slight inflammatory cell infiltrates in a biopsy specimen were demonstrated. He was transferred to our hospital, and a diagnosis of dermatomyositis was made. Later, pleural effusion waxed and waned depending on the dosage of PSL, but no other causative disorder was demonstrated by extensive examinations. This case indicates that the pleuritis could be one of the vasculitic manifestations of dermatomyositis.  相似文献

The effects of beta 1- and beta 1 + beta 2-antagonists on the myocardial adaptation to exercise training were investigated in male Sprague-Dawley rats randomly divided into trained (treadmill, 1 hr/day, 5 days/week for 10 weeks at 27 m/min, 15% grade) without drug (TC), sedentary without drug (SC), trained treated with atenolol (TA) (10 mg/kg body wt, i.p.), trained treated with propranolol (TP, 30 mg/kg body wt, i.p.), and sedentary propranolol. Doses of both beta-antagonists were titrated to decrease the exercise heart rate by 25% compared to the controls. The heart weight and heart/body weight ratio were significantly greater in TC (1.28 +/- 0.07 g (P less than 0.01); 296 +/- 12 mg/100 g body wt (P less than 0.05) respectively) than in SC (1.09 +/- 0.04 g and 268 +/- 11 mg/100 g body wt), or in TP and TA. Myocardial mitochondrial protein was unchanged by training or beta-blockade. Citrate synthase and beta-hydroxyacyl CoA dehydrogenase activities were not altered. Carnitine palmitoyltransferase activity was increased in SP compared to SC. Training increased hexokinase activity only in TC (5.22 +/- 0.12 vs 4.26 +/- 0.23 mumol/min/g wet wt, P less than 0.01). Lactate dehydrogenase activity increased significantly (P less than 0.01) in both TC (383 +/- 14 mumol/min/g wet wt) and TA (372 +/- 14 mumol/min/g wet wt) compared to SC (276 +/- 14 mumol/min/g wet wt), but not in TP versus SP. These data indicate that (1) beta-adrenergic blockade prevents training-induced cardiac hypertrophy; (2) beta-antagonists have little effect on the myocardial oxidative capacity; and (3) while the training induction of myocardial hexokinase is inhibited by both beta 1- and beta 1 + beta 2-antagonists, myocardium may increase its ability to utilize lactate during exercise with training despite beta 1-blockade.  相似文献
