密闭式吸痰管在机械通气病人气道护理中的应用

用循证医学的方法探索密闭式吸痰管应用在机械通气病人气道护理中的利弊.提出临床问题后,用主题"Endotracheal and Closed suction"检索Cochrane CDSR,ACP Journal Club,DARE,CCTR(OVID平台)、Medline、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)获得相关证据.吸痰时使用密闭式吸痰管,可明显减轻由吸痰引起的并发症症状,从而降低病人对吸痰的恐惧程度,避免由吸痰导致的不良事件的发生.     

剖宫产术后并发下肢静脉栓塞的护理及预防

通过对20例剖宫产术后并发下肢静脉栓塞病人的观察,分析了发生静脉栓塞的原因,提出了相应的护理、观察、预防等一系列措施.     

丹参对持续癫痫幼鼠脑损伤保护作用的实验研究

目的 探讨丹参对持续癫痫发作诱发幼鼠脑神经元损伤是否具有保护作用。方法 皮下及腹腔注射贝美格针诱发健康幼龄鼠癫痫持续状态发作。光镜下观察神经元病变情况；电镜观察海马神经元超微结构的改变。结果 持续癫痴组幼鼠脑组织光镜下可见明显的神经元病变。电镜下可见海马区神经元的超微结构病变。丹参治疗组神经元病变均轻于持续癫痴组；而正常对照组未见类似病变。结论 丹参在组织、细胞和亚细胞水平对持续癫病幼鼠脑神经元损伤具有一定的保护作用，为临床有效防治小儿惊厥性脑损伤提供了可靠的实验依据。     

Recombinant AAV-mediated HSVtk gene transfer with direct intratumoral injections and Tet-On regulation for implanted human breast cancer

Background  

HSVtk/ganciclovir (GCV) gene therapy has been extensively studied in tumors and relies largely on the gene expression of HSVtk. Most studies, however, have failed to demonstrate any significant benefit of a controlled gene expression strategy in cancer treatment. The Tet-On system is commonly used to regulate gene expression following Dox induction. We have evaluated the antitumor effect of HSVtk/ganciclovir gene therapy under Tet-On regulation by means of adeno-associated virus-2 (AAV-2)-mediated HSVtk gene transfer with direct intratumoral injections in mice bearing breast cancer tumors.     

低剂量石英对大鼠肺泡灌洗液的早期影响

用支气管肺泡灌洗法研究低剂量石英对大鼠肺脏的影响。大鼠分别注尘2、10mg观察1、7、21天。结果表明低剂量石英可使灌洗液中细胞总数、有核细胞/红细胞比值、肺泡巨噬细胞显著增高,特别是泡沫型肺泡巨噬细胞随时间延长而明显增高。染尘动物灌洗液中蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶呈一过性升高,酸性磷酸酶在2mg石英组呈一过性升高,但在10mg石英组却持续上升。实验结果表明,肺泡巨噬细胞及其溶酶体膜的破坏在矽肺发生早期可能起一定的作用。     

心肌造影超声心动图评估心肌缺血程度的实验研究

本实验制作不同程度心肌缺血的动物模型，以声处理５％人血白蛋白为超声造影剂进行心肌灌注造影，探讨ＭＣＥ时间－强度曲线各指标与心肌缺血程度间的关系。结果表明：心肌显影的峰值强度和曲线下面积均与缺血程度呈显著负相关（相关系数分别为ｒ＝－０．９８，Ｐ值＜０．００５；ｒ＝－０．９４，Ｐ值＜０．０５），且能区分轻度、中度和重度三种程度的心肌缺血；而三项时间指标与心肌缺血程度间未发现显著性差异。本实验的初步结果表明，ＭＣＥ是一项活体评估局部心肌血流灌注的有效方法。     

Effects of Applying Acupuncture Therapy at Baihui （GV 20） and Zusanli （ST 36） on the Behave of Mice and Rats in the Depression Model （Abstract）

Objective: To study the effects of acupuncture therapy on the behave of depression model.     

Expression of measles virus nucleocapsid protein in osteoclasts induces Paget's disease-like bone lesions in mice.

We targeted the MVNP gene to the OCL lineage in transgenic mice. These mice developed abnormal OCLs and bone lesions similar to those found in Paget's patients. These results show that persistent expression of MVNP in OCLs can induce pagetic-like bone lesions in vivo. INTRODUCTION: Paget's disease (PD) of bone is the second most common bone disease. Both genetic and viral factors have been implicated in its pathogenesis, but their exact roles in vivo are unclear. We previously reported that transfection of normal human osteoclast (OCL) precursors with the measles virus nucleocapsid (MVNP) or measles virus (MV) infection of bone marrow cells from transgenic mice expressing a MV receptor results in formation of pagetic-like OCLs. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Based on these in vitro studies, we determined if the MVNP gene from either an Edmonston-related strain of MV or a MVNP gene sequence derived from a patient with PD (P-MVNP), when targeted to cells in the OCL lineage of transgenic mice with the TRACP promoter (TRACP/MVNP mice), induced changes in bone similar to those found in PD. RESULTS: Bone marrow culture studies and histomorphometric analysis of bones from these mice showed that their OCLs displayed many of the features of pagetic OCLs and that they developed bone lesions that were similar to those in patients with PD. Furthermore, IL-6 seemed to be required for the development of the pagetic phenotype in OCLs from TRACP/MVNP mice. CONCLUSIONS: These results show that persistent expression of the MVNP gene in cells of the OCL lineage can induce pagetic-like bone lesions in vivo.     

免疫荧光检测人乳头状瘤病毒新技术

利用过氧化氢的氧化作用参与抗原抗体反应,使细胞的膜通透性增强,利于荧光标记抗体染液渗入,从而更快速、广泛地接触抗原,更有效的抗原抗体的嵌合交联。新技术的应用,增强了染色效果,缩短了实验时间,简化了操作,提高了阳性检出率,使实验准确性提高,为临床确诊、疗效观察及预后提供了可靠依据。     

成人阴茎的三维数字化图像分析

目的对成人阴茎进行三维数字化图像分析,为阴茎整形修复获得手术前后形变参数及手术方案的选择,提供精确的形态学数据。方法采用Angel数字快速测量诊断系统,分别测量200例正常成人阴茎安静状态和勃起时的长度、周长、以及勃起时角度与阴茎长度、周径的关系。结果随着年龄和身高增长,阴茎也随之增长;身高与阴茎长度不成正比;阴茎勃起时随着角度的增加硬度增强,但勃起硬度变化时阴茎体积无明显变化。结论从不同径线不同角度对阴茎进行计算机三维测量分析,为阴茎整形修复术前设计、术后效果评价提供重要的量化指标。
