脐血抗—HPCA—2和Tük3标记的CD34阳性细胞的流式细胞仪比较分析

在标记脐血造血祖细胞表面抗原（ＨＰＣＡ），ＣＤ３４中，比较抗－ＨＰＣＡ－２－ＦＩＴＣ和Ｔｋ３（纯抗体）标记的ＣＤ（３４＋）细胞在流式细胞仪分析中的荧光特征及两种单抗标记的ＣＤ（３４＋）细胞与体外培养的粒单细胞集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ），红系爆发形成单位（ＢＦＵ－Ｅ），和混合集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ）的相关性。结果发现脐血有核细胞中，抗ＨＰＣＡ－２阳性细胞占１．０５±０．７２％（ｎ＝１３），Ｔｋ３阳性细胞占２．０６±１．２５％（ｎ＝８），差别显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。每毫升脐血两种抗体标记的细胞分别为９６．５６±５６．６４和２３１．４０±１６３．９３（Ｐ＜０．０５）。尽管ＨＰＣＡ－２阳性细胞与Ｔｋ３阳性细胞数量呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．８７５，Ｐ＜０．０１），前者与ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ，ＢＦＵＥ，ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ及集落总数ＣＦＵｓ均呈正相关，而后者仅与ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ，ＣＦＵｓ相关。研究提示在检测造血祖细胞时，用抗－ＨＰＣＡ－２－ＦＩＴＣ代替Ｔｋ３可降低假阳性，获得较好的ＯＤ（３４＋）细胞与ＣＦＵ间的线性关系。     

自行下体负压训练器的研制

目的 研制一种自行下体负压训练器。方法 自行下体负压训练器由若干环形钢圈及涂胶布材料构成的密闭完整的空腔壳体，可上下随意伸缩。上表面安装有单向排气阀门、可调进气阀门、把手及肩带。沿筒体纵轴进行屈／伸膝关节运动，使之被动扩张产生负压。结果 进气阀门完全关闭、打开1／4、1／2至完全打开时，训练器负压峰值逐渐降低，分别为-58、-46、-38和-26mmHg。结论 自行下体负压训练器集体育锻炼和下体负压于一体，安全可靠，使用方便，可望应用于对抗失重生理影响和飞行员抗荷生理训练。     

参芪胶囊的鉴别与含量测定方法研究

对参区胶囊中黄芪、人参、当归、知母、黄连等味药进行了薄层鉴别。并对黄连中小檗碱进行了薄层光密度法测定，方法灵敏，重现性好，回收率１００％，相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ％＝２．０（ｎ＝６）。     

Antibacterials. synthesis and structure-activity studies of 3-aryl-2-oxooxazolidines. 4. Multiply-substituted aryl derivatives.

The synthesis and structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies of the effect of different polysubstitution patterns in the aromatic ring of 5-(acetamidomethyl)oxazolidinone antibacterials (I) on antibacterial activity are presented. Compounds I were prepared by the six-step synthesis described previously (Gregory, W. A.; et al. J. Med. Chem. [formula: see text] 1989, 32, 1673), electrophilic aromatic substitution reactions of 3-substituted compounds, and functional-group interchange reactions of 3,4-disubstituted compounds. Antibacterial evaluation of compounds I against Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis gave the following results. The 2,4- and 2,5-disubstituted derivatives have weak or no antibacterial activity. Antibacterial activities of 3,4-disubstituted compounds are comparable to those of the 4-monosubstituted analogues for small 3-substituents (smaller than Br), but decline rapidly for larger 3-substituents. 3,4-Annulated derivatives are comparable in activity to their open-chain analogues. 3,5-Disubstituted and 3,4,5- and 2,4,6-trisubstituted derivatives are devoid of antibacterial activity.     

40例胃占位病变的X线及超声诊断

分析了经病理证实的４０例胃占位病变的Ｘ线及超声资料，旨在探讨超声及其与Ｘ线结合在胃占位病变中的价值。结果提示，超声和Ｘ线各有优缺点，二者结合使用，可互相取长补短，对提高胃占位病变的诊断质量，帮助临床制定合理的治疗方案有肯定价值。     

Electron bolus design for radiotherapy treatment planning: bolus design algorithms.

Computer algorithms to design bolus for electron beam radiotherapy treatment planning were investigated. Because of the significant electron multiple scatter, there is no unique solution to the problem of bolus design. However, using a sequence of operators, a bolus can be designed that attempts to meet three important criteria: adequate dose delivery to the target volume, avoidance of critical structures, and dose homogeneity within the target volume. Initial calculation of bolus shape was based upon creation operators forcing either the physical or the effective depths of the distal surface of the target volume to a specified value. Modification operators were then applied to the bolus to alter the shape to better meet the design criteria. Because the operators each address a single dosimetric issue, they can often adversely affect some other attribute of the dose distribution. In addition, an extension operator is used to design the bolus thickness outside the target volume. Application of these operators is therefore carried out in certain sequences and each may be used more than once in the design of a particular bolus. The effects of these operators on both the bolus and the resulting dose distribution are investigated for test geometries and patient geometries in the nose, parotid, and paraspinal region.     

战伤绿脓杆菌感染源及防治研究

本文对云南老山前、后方医院环境及战伤感染标本中绿脓杆菌(简称PA)进行调查,对所分离的333株PA进行血清学分型及药物敏感性测定。结果可看出除炸伤时创口易被泥土中PA污染外,前、后方医院环境也是感染源之一。提示各级医疗单位在战伤救治中对PA的监控十分重要。本文结果直接有益于前、后方医院对战创伤PA的防治。     

肝癌及癌旁组织中丙型肝炎病毒基因负链的研究

运用巢式聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）等方法检测了５例丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸（ＨＣＶ—ＲＮＡ）阳性患者的肝癌、癌旁组织和周围血清中ＨＣＶ—ＲＮＡ正链和负链，其中男４例，女１例。结果，正链检测：血清及癌旁组织全部阳性，癌组织中３例阳性。负链检测：血清中均阴性，癌组织３例阳性，癌旁组织５例均阳性。本组５例患者肝脏ＨＣＶ—ＲＮＡ负链阳性，推测ＨＣＶ以ＨＣＶ—ＲＮＡ负链作为模板在感染的肝脏组织中复制，ＨＣＶ持续存在于肝脏组织中对肝癌的发生起了一定的作用。     

国人心壁内血管系统的研究——左心室壁心外膜区微血管形态计量学研究

为探察人左心室壁心外膜区微血管的三维空间构型和形态计量学指标。本研究应用微血管腐蚀铸型/扫描电子显微镜技术和酶组化(碱性磷酸酶反应)染色方法,观察10例心脏标本,得出心外膜区的毛细血管直径为7.2±1.9μm(±S.D),微血管密度是3484.44/mm~2。获得左心室壁心外膜区从微动脉-动脉端毛细血管-毛细血管网-静脉端毛细血管-“萝卜根样”微静脉这个微循环单位的三维空间构型资料。
