抗消化性溃疡病药物杂环甲醛缩氨(硫)脲和酰胺的合成和构效分析

呋喃唑酮是我国临床上发现并使用的抗消化道溃疡药物。为优化其活性,对呋喃唑酮分子中的硝基呋喃环和噁唑酮环进行了结构修饰和改造。合成的28个化合物的生物活性表明,用呋喃、噻吩、吡咯或甲基吡咯代替硝基呋喃环,用氮脲、氨硫脲和芳酰肼等结构片断替代噁唑酮环,均可引起活性和毒性的变化。构效关系分析表明,化合物的水溶解性和羰基的电荷密度是影响化合物活性的重要因素。     

A code of ethics for the medical dosimetrist - The American Association of Medical Dosimetrists Experience

The Committee on Protocol and Ethics of the American Assoclation of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD) has developed a Code of Ethics for a radiation oncology society of medical dosimetrists. The purpose of the code of ethics is fourfold: (1) Establish an ideal of professional conduct specific to the medical dosimetry profession; (2) Develop a statement of the moral values and commitment of the AAMD; (3) Recognize professional relationships and obligations; and (4) Define goals to which the medical dosimetrist should aspire. The Code of Ethics was adopted as AAMD policy in October 1995.     

消旋(15R)-15甲基PGE2甲酯(PG6E)对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的保护作用

用实验性胃溃疡模型研究了PG₆E的抗溃疡作用,结果表明PG₆E有抗胃酸分泌作用,而对胃肠运动无明显影响;PG₆E在剂量为10～80μg·kg^-1时,对无水乙醇型、盐酸型、消炎痛型、慢性醋酸型和幽门结扎型胃溃疡有明显保护作用,并能显著减少幽门结扎大鼠的胃液体积、胃酸分泌、胃蛋白酶活性和DNA含量。小鼠poPG₆E30～60μg·kg^-1,3d后粘膜氨基己糖含量显著增加。研究结果提示PG₆E能抑制对胃粘膜的攻击性因素,增加保护性因素的作用,可望成为一种新型抗胃溃疡药。

Localized bullous pemphigoid in a patient with B-cell lymphoma

Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an immunobullous disease characterized by circulating IgG antibodies directed towards cutaneous basement zone antigens. We report the case of a patient who had BP localized to a stoma site. At initial examination, a nodule was noted on the temple, which proved to be a large cell lymphoma, B-cell phenotype. On Western immunoblot, the patient's serum showed circulating IgG antibodies reactive with the 230 kDa BP antigen and the 97 kDa linear IgA bullous dermatosis antigen. The co-incident onset of the two diseases suggest that this may represent a case of paraneoplastic BP.     

吡咯-2-甲醛缩N4-(4-甲氧基苯基)氨基脲抗实验性大鼠溃疡作用

化合物Ⅰ具有与呋喃唑酮相似的抗实验性大鼠溃疡活性,但小鼠口服急性毒性较后者小。化合物Ⅰ在剂量为40～100 mg/kg时对五种大鼠溃疡模型(消炎痛型、幽门结扎型、慢性醋酸型、和无水乙醇引起的大鼠溃疡模型)均有较好保护作用,但对水拘急性应激型溃疡无效。对胃酸分泌无明显影响,对胃蛋白酶分泌有轻度抑制作用;具有“细胞保护”样作用,对HCl和无水乙醇引起的大鼠溃疡显示出较好的保护作用;增加幽门结扎大鼠胃液中氨基己糖的含量,降低DNA含量。     

Dramatically different phenotypes in mouse models of human Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff diseases

We have generated mouse models of human Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff diseases by targeted disruption of the Hexa (alpha subunit) or Hexb (beta subunit) genes, respectively, encoding lysosomal beta-hexosaminidase A (structure, alpha) and B (structure, beta beta). Both mutant mice accumulate GM2 ganglioside in brain, much more so in Hexb -/- mice, and the latter also accumulate glycolipid GA2. Hexa -/- mice suffer no obvious behavioral or neurological deficit, while Hexb -/- mice develop a fatal neurodegenerative disease, with spasticity, muscle weakness, rigidity, tremor and ataxia. The Hexb -/- but not the Hexa -/- mice have massive depletion of spinal cord axons as an apparent consequence of neuronal storage of GM2. We propose that Hexa -/- mice escape disease through partial catabolism of accumulated GM2 via GA2 (asialo- GM2) through the combined action of sialidase and beta-hexosaminidase B.
