目的:通过对老年人进行血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸的筛检,从而认识血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸在血栓预防中的作用。方法:对2004-04/07期间的1657名和2005-04/07期间的1748名离休干部进行血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸含量测定,并对溶血磷脂酸>3.0μmol/L和磷脂酸>5.0μmol/L的阳性人员进行药物干预。同时,选择2004年溶血磷脂酸和/或磷脂酸阳性人员119人,随机分为两组:①干预组(n=72):男63人,女9人,平均年龄78岁。口服阿司匹林100mg/d,持续1个月。②对照组(n=47):男42人,女5人,平均年龄76岁。干预后,测定两组血浆中溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸的含量。结果:纳入对象全部进入结果分析。2005年磷脂酸及血浆溶血磷脂酸 磷脂酸阳性率均明显低于2004年(P<0.01),尤其是磷脂酸的阳性率降低的更为明显。2005年血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸的平均值均明显低于2004年(P<0.01)。干预组干预后血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸明显低于干预前及对照组(P<0.01)。结论:①血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸的测定可作为血栓预警和了解抗血栓药物疗效的一种手段。②阿司匹林干预后,血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸的含量均降低,可作为一种降低缺血性疾病发生率的有效途径。  相似文献

Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and its G protein-coupled receptors, VPAC(1)R and VPAC(2)R, are prominent in the immune system and regulate many aspects of T cell-dependent immunity. In mouse T cells, VPAC(1)R is expressed constitutively, whereas VPAC(2)R is induced by immune stimuli. VPAC(2)R-null (VPAC(2)R(-/-)) mice on a C57BL/6 background are shown here to have normal basic immune characteristics, including serum Ig concentrations, blood levels of all leukocytes, and spleen number of total T cells (CD3(+)) and T cells bearing CD4, CD8, and CD28. Hapten-evoked cutaneous delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) was significantly enhanced in VPAC(2)R-null mice compared with age- and sex-matched wild-type mice. In contrast, generation of IgE anti-hapten antibodies and active cutaneous anaphylaxis were > or =70% lower in VPAC(2)R-null mice than in wild-type controls. Cytokine production by splenic CD4(+) T cells, stimulated with adherent anti-CD3 plus anti-CD28 antibodies, revealed higher levels of IL-2 (mean = 3-fold) and IFN-gamma (mean = 3-fold), and lower levels of IL-4 (mean = one-fifth) in VPAC(2)R-null mice than wild-type controls. Loss of VIP-VPAC(2)R maintenance of the normal ratio of Th2/Th1 cytokines thus leads to a state of enhanced DTH and depressed immediate-type hypersensitivity, which may alter both host defense and susceptibility to immune-mediated diseases.  相似文献

BACKGROUND & AIMS: Screening for colonic polyps is desirable. A new concept based on cross-sectional and endoscopic analysis of a magnetic resonance (MR) data set is presented. METHODS: Ex vivo autopsy colonic specimens, containing artificially placed polyps, were obtained and filled with a gadolinium-containing solution. Forty-four thin-section MR images were obtained in a 1.5-T MR scanner in 28 seconds. A three- dimensional endoscopic fly-through of these images was rendered. Fly- throughs and two-dimensional cross-sectional images were analyzed by two observers for the presence of polyps. RESULTS: The average sensitivity and specificity for the detection of polyps based on three- dimensional endoscopic MR colon imaging were 87% and 96%, respectively. Analysis of cross-sectional images showed an overall sensitivity and specificity of merely 57% and 84%, respectively. The difference in the interpretation of three-dimensional MR colonoscopy and two-dimensional cross-sections was statistically significant (P < 0.001). With three- dimensional MR colonoscopy, overall sensitivity for detection of polyps measuring < or =5 mm in length and diameter was 70%; for larger polyps, it increased to 95% (P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The feasibility of an MR- based endoluminal assessment of the colon is shown. Minimal invasiveness, lack of radiation exposure, and high in vitro diagnostic accuracy warrant further investigation of this novel concept. (Gastroenterology 1997 Jun;112(6):1863-70)  相似文献

Cytogenetic studies of 68 patients who developed secondary leukemia (SL)/dysmyelopoietic syndrome (DMS) after extensive chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy as well as patients who developed SL/DMS without such treatment showed that those patients who received radiation alone or with chemotherapy had more extensive numerical and structural abnormalities than those who received only chemotherapy. In terms of the specific chromosomal abnormalities, there are no differences between the various treatment groups. Hypodiploidy is the most common form of aneuploidy in these patients, with the most common numerical abnormality being the loss of chromosome 7. The most common structural abnormalities involved chromosomes 3 and 5. When compared with patients with de novo leukemia and DMS, the chromosomal abnormalities in these patients are more complex and extensive. Serial studies revealed that cytogenetic abnormalities do not precede the development of hematologic changes by significant time periods.  相似文献

Magnetic resonance urography (MRU) after i.v. injection of gadolinium-DTPA(0.1 mmol/kg bodyweight) was performed in a patient with transplantdysfunction after renal allograft transplantation. Renal replacementtherapy was accomplished by means of peritoneal dialysis. Gadolinium–DTPAconcentrations in urine and dialysate were measured repeatedlyduring a 48-h period with inductively coupled plasma atomicemission spectrometry. The total 24-h creatinine clearance was10.8 ml/min on day 1 and 13.7 ml/min on day 2. The correspondingtotal gadolinium clearance was 12.8 ml/min and 15.8 ml/min respectively.Gadolinium–DTPA was removed from the body through peritonealdialysis at a mean clearance rate of 5.13 ml/min. Plasma half-lifeof gadolinium–DTPA was prolonged to 9 h. No side-effectsdue to gadolinium–DTPA were noted. MRU provided a bettervisualization of the morphology of the urinary tract than scintigraphicstudies. By measuring the changes of signal intensity, the gadoliniumexcretion could be calculated.  相似文献
