化学发光免疫法检测粒细胞抗体IgG的研究

作者以ＡＢＥＩ－ＣｏＣｌ＿２－Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２作为化学发光指示系统，用固相竞争法检测５８例白细胞减少症患者、４１例无白细胞减少症患者及３２例正常人等的粒细胞抗体ＩｇＧ。判断标准采用正常人血清化学发光强度指数法。实验结果表明，白细胞减少症患者血清中粒细胞抗体阳性率明显高于无白细胞减少症患者（Ｐ＜０．００５）。本法敏感性为４３．１％，特异性为９０．２％，准确性为６２．６％，是一种灵敏而准确的方法，能将粒细胞包被试管在室温下较长时间保存，以供临床监测粒细胞抗体，大大缩短检测时间。     

Assessment of exposure to arsenic among smelter workers: A five-year follow-up

In a group of 43 smelter workers exposed to inorganic arsenic dust for 13-45 years, nerve conduction velocities (NCVs) were significantly lower in two peripheral nerves as compared with matching referents. With multivariate data analysis, a significant negative correlation was found between cumulative absorption of arsenic and NCV in four examined nerves and the sural amplitude. Clinical symptoms of neuropathy and other symptoms related to arsenic exposure were moderate, though the difference between the groups was significant. The mean total absorption of arsenic was calculated to be less than 5 g, and the maximal absorption about 20 g. These data indicate that the adverse effect of arsenic on the peripheral nerves is dependent on long-term exposure rather than on short-term fluctuations in exposure levels. © 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.     

胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术手术入路的探讨

目的 探讨为胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤(TAD)行腔内隔绝术(EVE)选择合适的导入动脉。方法 以彩超，CTA或MRA为检查手段，评估导入动脉(股动脉、髂总动脉、腹主动脉下段等)的直径大小(≥8mm)、有否硬化斑块、狭窄、是否被夹层累及、有否扭曲及其程度，从而选择具体的手术入路。结果 本组37例TAD行EVE术所选择经股动脉手术入路23例、经髂总动脉手术入路14例。未选择经腹主动脉下段手术入路。即时操作成功率为100％。结论 合理的选择导入动脉作为手术入路，是EVE手术治疗TAD顺利完成的要点。     

主动吸入药物烟对大鼠一氧化氮的影响

目的　探讨主动吸入药物烟对大鼠NO的影响。方法　制备大鼠主动吸烟模型 ,采用硝酸还原酶法测定各组大鼠血清、肺、心肌及脑组织的NO含量。结果　非药物烟组大鼠血清、肺、心肌及脑组织中NO含量明显低于非给烟对照组 ,药物烟高、中剂量组NO含量明显高于非药物烟组 ,接近非给烟对照组。结论　吸烟对大鼠血液、肺、心肌及脑组织有不同程度的损伤作用 ,使NO含量降低 ;药物烟具有一定的保护和防止NO含量降低的作用。     

慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者前列腺液中炎症因子差异表达的临床意义

Objective To investigate the role of inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CAP/CPPS) patients. Methods The 38 cases with CAP/CPPS patients (18 cases of CAP and 20 cases of CPPS) and 20 cases of healthy controls were selected. The differential expressions of 40 kinds of inflammatory cytokines were detec-ted by antibody arrays in prostate fluid. Results The inflammatory cytokines which increased more than 1.5 times expression have been found. There were seven kinds in CAP including monocyte che-moattractant protein (MCP)-1, solution tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ(s TNF R Ⅱ), platelet-de-rived growth faetor-BB (PDGF-BB), interleukin (IL)-β, IL-11、IL-6、MCP-2 and five kinds in CPPS groups including MCP-1、PDGF-BB、MCP-2、s TNF R Ⅱ、It-11 respectively, compared with healthy control group. The cluster analysis results showed that protein expression of Monocyte chemoattrac-tant protein 1 (MCP-1)and platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) were significantly increased in CAP (3.47 and 2.07 times) and CPPS (2.25 and 2.19 times) compared with healthy control group and were the final polymerization of inflammatory cytokines. The protein expression of interleukin 1 β (IL-1 β), MCP-1 and soluble tumor necrosis factor Ⅱ (s TNF R Ⅱ) in CAP group was increased more than 1.85,1.55,1.67 times compared with CPPS group. Conclusions Elevated expression of inflammatory cytokines may play an important role in the course of CAP/CPPS disease. The extent of the inflammatory response of CAP was higher than CPPS. The inflammatory factors of MCP-1 and PDGF-BB could serve as a novel diagnostic marker.     

大鼠体外循环模型的建立与应用

由于操作简便、节省人力物力，大鼠体外循环模型的应用愈加广泛。大鼠在小型呼吸机辅助下，应用颈静脉插管入右心房引流血液至贮血瓶，在蠕动移液泵作用下，经膜式氧合器氧合、变温器变温，通过股动脉或尾动脉插管注入动脉系统，建立体外循环回路。有血预充、减少总预充量和维持足够的转流流量是建立大鼠体外循环模型的关键。     

撬拨复位植骨椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折

[目的]椎体撬拨植骨成形加椎弓根螺钉固定治疗早期胸腰椎爆裂性骨折,预防术后形成“空心椎”引起的钉松动、断钉及伤椎再塌陷、后凸畸形等并发症。[方法及结果]收治胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者28例,行椎弓根螺钉内固定后,用神经根探子撬拨压缩下陷的伤椎上终板和前中柱,使之复位,经伤椎通过椎弓根植骨成形。术后随访6~18个月,全部获得骨性愈合(100%)。脊柱后凸Cobb's角度术前平均23.6°(n=23)矫正至术后平均4.4°(n=23),随访角度5.3°;椎体前缘高度压缩比由术前平均45%恢复至术后97%,随访时95%;伤椎椎管内矢状径术前平均7.6 mm,术后17.5 mm,随访矢状径17.1 mm,无明显狭窄。无内固定松动、断裂或弯曲。[结论]椎体撬拨植骨成形加椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折,手术安全性高,经植骨均获得骨性愈合,恢复了伤椎的强度和刚度,减少了内固定的应力,防止后凸畸形,降低并发症出现。     

Loss of cables, a novel gene on chromosome 18q, in ovarian cancer.

Cables, a cyclin-dependent kinase (cdk) interacting protein, has recently been identified and mapped to human chromosome 18q11. Cables appears to be primarily involved in cell cycle regulation and cell proliferation. Overexpression of Cables in Hela and other cell lines inhibits cell proliferation and tumor formation. We hypothesize that loss of Cables expression is associated with ovarian cancer. To test our hypothesis, we examined Cables expression in the four most common subtypes of ovarian carcinomas: serous, endometrioid, mucinous, and clear cell. In addition, mucinous and serous borderline tumors were also included. Loss of Cables expression was observed at high frequency in ovarian serous (11 of 14 cases, 79%) and endometrioid (5 of 10 cases, 50%) carcinomas. In contrast, strong Cables staining was detected in all clear cell carcinomas (10 cases) and mucinous tumors (5 carcinomas and 5 borderline tumors). The majority of serous borderline tumors (11 of 14 cases, 79%) showed positive Cables staining, with the rest showing focal loss of Cables expression. Furthermore, RT-PCR revealed the lack of Cables mRNA in a human ovarian cancer xenograft. No correlation was noted between loss of Cables and histologic grade, tumor stage, and survival. In conclusion, our results indicate that loss of Cables is common in ovarian serous and endometrioid carcinomas and imply that Cables may be involved in the pathogenesis of these two types of ovarian carcinomas.     

颞叶癫痫大鼠海马CA1区Sema3C、Np1的表达变化研究

目的探讨颞叶癫痫的发病机制。方法取健康雄性SD大鼠制成颞叶癫痫模型，用免疫组织化学和原位杂交技术对匹罗卡品致痫后不同时间点CA1区的Sema3C mRNA、Np1 mRNA和蛋白表达进行分析。结果在匹罗卡品致痫后7d，实验组CA1区Sema3C、Np1的表达明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论CA1区Sema3C、Np1的表达下凋可能参与了海马CA1区内的轴突出芽机制。
