NO对兔急性局灶脑缺血后脑水肿和缺血灶的保护作用

本文在兔MCAO局灶脑缺血模型基础上，利用外源性NO前体物质L-精氨酸和NO合成酶抑制剂L-NNA研究NO对脑缺血后脑水肿和脑缺血灶的影响、结果提示NO对脑缺血脑水肿具有保护作用，而L-NNA则会扩大脑缺血灶的范围。     

Motor performance in five-year-old extracorporeal membrane oxygenation survivors: a population-based study

Introduction  

Veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) is a cardio-pulmonary bypass technique to provide life support in acute reversible cardio-respiratory failure when conventional management is not successful. Most neonates receiving ECMO suffer from meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS), congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), sepsis or persistent pulmonary hypertension (PPH). In five-year-old children who underwent VA-ECMO therapy as neonates, we assessed motor performance related to growth, intelligence and behaviour, and the association with the primary diagnosis.     

Flowing cerebrospinal fluid in normal and hydrocephalic states: appearance on MR images

The signal intensity of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the cerebral aqueduct and lateral ventricles on magnetic resonance (MR) images was evaluated in 16 healthy individuals and in 32 patients with various forms of hydrocephalus (20 with chronic normal pressure hydrocephalus [NPH], seven with acute communicating hydrocephalus, and five with hydrocephalus ex vacuo [atrophy]). The low signal intensity frequently observed in the cerebral aqueduct is believed to reflect the pulsatile motion of CSF, which is related to the cardiac cycle. While this "aqueductal flow void phenomenon" can be observed in healthy individuals, it is most pronounced in patients with chronic, communicating NPH; is less evident in patients with acute, communicating hydrocephalus; and is least evident in patients with atrophy. Ventricular compliance is known to be essentially normal in atrophy; mildly decreased in acute, communicating hydrocephalus; and severely decreased in NPH. The degree of aqueductal signal loss is believed to reflect the velocity of the pulsatile CSF motion, which in turn depends on the relative ventricular compliance and surface area.

靶向给药系统——甲氨蝶呤肝动脉栓塞微球特征及其对大鼠肝癌的实验治疗

本文介绍用乳化—冻凝技术制备甲氨蝶吟—明胶微球的方法。实验结果证实,包裹在微球内的MTX对~(60)钻幅射、温度和光照射是稳定的。微球的体外溶出试验、明胶微球在介质中不同时间的溶胀度试验也在文中介绍。微球肝动脉栓塞实验治疗用大鼠移植性肝癌进行,结果表明MTX微球治疗组的大鼠在肿瘤抑制率、促使肿瘤坏死程度以及延长荷瘤动物存活期方面比肝动脉灌注生理盐水、MTX溶液和明胶微球为佳.由于MTX微球具有阻断肿瘤血供和在其局部缓释化疗药物等双重功用,故治疗肝癌的效果明显优于动脉化疗或单纯栓塞方法。     

乙酰丹酚酸A对血小板功能的影响

乙酰丹酚酸以A(ASAA)是丹参有效成分衍生物。体外实验表明,ASAA对ADP、胶原、AA和凝血酶诱导的大鼠和兔血小板聚集有明显抑制作用。在半体内实验中,ASAA对多种诱导剂所致血小板聚集也有显著抑制作用,且持续时间达2h以上。此外,在抑制血小板聚集的同时,ASAA对胶原诱导的血小板5-HT释放也有显著抑制作用。上述结果提示,ASAA可能是一作用广泛的血小板功能抑制剂。
