用荧光分光光度法测定姜黄胶囊制剂中的姜黄素。以四氢呋喃为溶剂,姜黄素的激发波长和发射波长分别为Ex=442nm,Em=475nm。姜黄素标准曲线的线性范围为0.010~0.40fg/ml。最低检测浓度5ng/ml;回收率100.00%±0.28%;RSD<1%。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏,适用于姜黄制剂中姜黄素的含量。  相似文献

CD4(+) T-cell entry to the intestinal mucosa is central to the generation of mucosal immunity as well as chronic intestinal inflammation, yet the mechanisms regulating this process remain poorly defined. Here we show that murine small intestinal CD4(+) lamina propria lymphocytes express a heterogeneous but restricted array of chemokine receptors including CCR5, CCR6, CCR9, CXCR3, and CXCR6. CD4(+) T-cell receptor transgenic OT-II cells activated in mesenteric lymph nodes acquired a distinct chemokine receptor profile, including expression of CCR6, CCR9, and CXCR3 that was only partially reproduced in vitro after priming with mesenteric lymph node dendritic cells. A subset of these effector CD4(+) T cells, expressing CD69 and alpha(4)beta(7), entered the intestinal lamina propria and the majority of these cells expressed CCR9. CCR9(-/-) OT-II cells were disadvantaged in their ability to localize to the intestinal lamina propria; however, they were readily detected at this site and expressed alpha(4)beta(7), but little CCR2, CCR5, CCR6, CCR8, CCR10, CXCR3, or CXCR6. Thus, whereas CD4(+) T cells activated in gut-associated lymphoid tissue express a restricted chemokine receptor profile, including CCR9, targeting both CCR9-dependent and CCR9-independent entry mechanisms is likely to be important to maximally inhibit accumulation of these cells within the small intestinal mucosa.  相似文献

Escherichia coli stimulates neutrophil migration across human uroepithelial cell layers. This study investigated the role of the neutrophil chemokine interleukin-8 (IL-8) in this process. E. coli and IL-1alpha stimulated urinary tract epithelial layers to secrete IL-8 and induced transepithelial neutrophil migration. Anti-IL-8 antibody reduced neutrophil migration across epithelial cell layers, indicating a central role for this chemokine in the migration process. Furthermore, addition of recombinant IL-8 to unstimulated cell layers was sufficient to induce migration. The IL-8 dependence of neutrophil migration was maintained after removal of soluble IL-8 by washing of the cell layers. Flow cytometry analysis with fluorescein isothiocyanate-labelled IL-8 confirmed IL-8's ability to bind to the epithelial cell surface. Indirect immunofluorescence with confocal laser scanning microscopy showed that IL-8 associated with the epithelial cell layers. Prior incubation of neutrophils with antibodies to IL-8 receptor A (IL-8RA) reduced neutrophil migration. Anti-IL-8 RB antibody had no effect on neutrophil migration. These results demonstrate that IL-8 plays a key role in E. coli- or IL-1alpha-induced transuroepithelial migration and suggest that epithelial cell-produced IL-8 interacts with IL-8RA on the neutrophil surface.  相似文献

Intratemporal vascular tumors: detection with CT and MR imaging   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The diagnostic contributions of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging were compared in 12 patients with benign intratemporal vascular tumors (hemangioma or vascular malformation). The tumors included six in the internal acoustic canal and six in the geniculate ganglion region. Clinical and histologic correlations were made. Two of the six patients with tumors in the internal acoustic canal underwent CT, and both required gas cisternography to show the tumor. Five patients in that group underwent MR imaging, and all five studies showed the tumor. All six patients with geniculate ganglion tumors underwent CT. Results in one study were questionable, and five showed the tumor. Five patients in this group underwent MR imaging, but the MR findings were positive in only two cases. MR imaging should therefore be performed before CT in the evaluation of facial nerve dysfunction, as it demonstrated all tumors in the internal acoustic canal and some in the geniculate ganglion region. If MR findings are negative, CT should then be performed to rule out a possible geniculate ganglion lesion.  相似文献

The glenohumeral joint is inherently unstable because the large humeral head articulates with the small shadow glenoid fossa. Traumatic anterior dislocation of the shoulder is a relatively common athletic injury, and the high frequency of recurrent instability in young athletes after shoulder dislocation is discouraging to both the patient and the treating physician. Management of primary traumatic shoulder dislocation remains controversial. Traditionally, treatment involves initial immobilisation for 4–6 weeks, followed by functional rehabilitation. However, in view of the high recurrence rates associated with this traditional approach, there has been an escalating interest in determining whether immediate surgical intervention can lower the rate of recurrent shoulder dislocation, improving the patient’s quality of life. This review article aims to provide an overview of the nature and pathogenesis of first-time primary anterior shoulder dislocations, the widely accepted management modalities, and the efficacy of primary surgical intervention in first-time primary anterior shoulder dislocations.  相似文献

Background  

There is a need for a new cardiovascular disease model that includes a wider range of relevant risk factors, in particular lifestyle factors, to aid targeting of interventions and improve population models of the impact of cardiovascular disease and preventive strategies. The model needs to be applicable to a wider population including different ethnic groups, different countries and to those with and without cardiovascular disease. This paper describes the construction of the Cardiovascular Health Improvement Model that aims to meet these requirements.  相似文献

The authors retrospectively reviewed the clinical, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings in seven patients with pathologically proved Rathke cleft cysts. All the cysts were located in the anterior sella turcica or the anterior suprasellar cistern. Five cysts had both intra- and suprasellar components, one was entirely intrasellar, and the other was predominantly suprasellar in location. The size of the cysts ranged from 8 to 20 mm. CT scans demonstrated low-density homogeneous lesions in four cases. On MR images of three of these four cases, the cysts had the same intensity as cerebrospinal fluid on T1- and T2-weighted images, while in the fourth case, the cyst was hyperintense on the T1-weighted images. In the remaining three cases, CT showed slight hyperdensity relative to brain parenchyma, suggestive of contrast enhancement. MR showed signal heterogeneity of these lesions with focal components of diminished signal intensity of T2-weighted images. These same foci appeared iso- to slightly hyperintense on T1-weighted images.  相似文献
