宫颈柱状上皮异位患者支原体及衣原体感染情况分析

目的探讨解脲支原体（UU）、人型支原体（MH）和沙眼衣原体（CT）单一或混合感染对宫颈柱状上皮异位的影响。方法采用免疫法和培养法检测378例宫颈柱状上皮异位患者UU、MH和CT。结果378例宫颈柱状上皮异位患者中有219例感染UU、MH、CT或UU＋MH、UU＋CT、MH＋CT、UU＋MH＋CT，感染率为57．94％，症状以白带增多、伴接触性出血为多，伴细菌性阴道炎多见，宫颈其他情况伴随裂伤、外翻居多。结论有症状、有宫颈损伤的宫颈柱状上皮异位，应常规检测UU、MH和CT，以便能使宫颈柱状上皮异位得到正确的治疗。

A study of bile kinetics and flow pattern of human gallbladder in vivo

Based on the principle of fluid mechanics a mathematical model of the oval gallbladder'smoving boundaries was obtained by CT,radio contrast radiography and B mode echography.Weadopted for the first time in this field,the finite element method to calculate the transient flow fieldwithin the human gallbladder in vivo and successfully made out the distribution of bile flow withinthe cyst,known as Newtonian fluid and axisymmetric flow.Thus we completed the poineering ofthe bile flow study within the gallbladder,and confirmed the way of the cholelithogenesis withinthe cyst.Theoretically the vortex flow is proved to be the mechanical factor in the formation ofgallbladder stone and several conclusions were drawn from this study:(1)near the axis of thecontacting gallbladder exists an accelerated bile out-flow column;(2)near the central cross-section ofthe flow field there exist two opposed vortex areas,the one which near the axis rotatescounterwise and flows faster;(3)a gross similarity exists between the law of attenuation of bile flowvelocity and the gallbladder contraction;(4)chololithogenesis within the cyst is related to the vortex inthe flow field.

血管性痴呆的治疗进展

血管性痴呆（Vascular dementia，VD）是因脑血管疾病所致的智能及认知功能障碍、情感障碍的临床综合症，是最常见的老年痴呆类型之一。由于VD早期干预治疗具有可逆性，这使其成为当前国内外研究热点。VD发病机制较为复杂，存在多种学说，目前尚无特殊有效的治疗方法，治疗思路以改善临床症状、延缓病程为主。本文就VD目前有关的治疗进展进行综述。     

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF URINE FERRITIN DETERMINATION IN UROLOGIC MALIGNANCIES

Urine and serum ferritin levels were measured by a double-antibody radio-immunoassay in 96 normal adults and 57 patients with urologic malignancies. In the 96 adults, the urine ferritin level ranged from O to 28ng / ml. Elevated urine ferritin levels were observed in all 7 patients with renal pelvic carcinoma, 4 0f 13 patients with renal carcinoma, 1 0f 13 patients with well-differentiated (Grade I) bladder carcinoma, 8 0f 19 patients with mcdian-differentiated (Grade Ⅱ) bladder carcinoma, and all 5 patients with poorly-dif- fcrentiated (Grades III, IV) bladder carcinoma. These results indicated that urine ferritin assay was helpful in discriminating well-diffcrentiated bladder carcinoma from the poorly-differentiated (P相似文献   

骨科护理领域中的隐患与防范对策

交通发达，高速公路增多，车祸所致的损害也随之倍增，常合并多发伤。患者及家属一般认为只要治好骨折即可，没有想到骨折所致的严重并发症，如脂肪栓塞、骨筋膜室综合征、深静脉血栓、肢体坏死、脏器衰竭等危及生命或致残致瘫致畸的情况发生。一旦发生并发症，患者、家属常常无法理解及接受而将医院送上被告席，耗费了医护人员的精力、时间，增加了心理负担，影响工作正常进行。为把纠纷降到最低限度，我们分析总结近几年来护理工作方面的隐患及防范对策，现报告如下。     

三维重建技术在胸腔镜肺癌根治手术中的应用价值

目的 探究三维重建技术在肺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺段切除手术的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2019年3月至2022年3月因肺部高危结节在安吉县人民医院行肺段切除的患者共60例，包含30例对照组和30例三维重建组患者。收集所有患者的临床资料，分析其两组手术时长、术中出血量、术后引流量、引流管拔除时间、术后住院时间及围手术期并发症差异。结果 两组的患者的基本资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。与对照组相比，三维重建组手术时长缩小，术中出血量减少，差异具有统计学意义。两组患者的术后引流量、引流管拔除时间、术后住院时间及围术期并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 三维重建技术有助于缩短肺癌手术时间的术中出血量，值得临床推广应用。
