下颌管的走行及解剖结构的研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
目的 研究下颌管的位置及解剖结构 ,为种植牙提供解剖依据。方法 选 15具成人有牙下颌骨标本在特定截面上测量下颌管纵横径和四壁厚度 ,观察 4具动脉灌注新鲜标本的下颌管内血管神经之间的关系。结果 下颌管在下颌骨体部走行中偏舌侧 ,并近下颌骨下缘 ;管内血管位于神经之上。结论 牙种植术中按正常解剖方位钻孔 ,可避免损伤下牙槽神经。如术中下颌管内突然涌出大量新鲜血 ,则提示继续手术可能损伤下牙槽神经  相似文献

目的探讨先天性腭裂患者的腭帆提肌肌纤维型组成和分布,借以了解先天性腭裂患者肌纤维特点。方法对2008年1月至2008年7月于青岛大学医学院附属医院口腔颌面外科就诊的先天性腭裂患者20名,取其腭帆提肌组织进行冰冻切片,采用肌球蛋白ATP酶组织化学染色法,对其进行肌纤维分型研究。结果先天性腭裂患者腭帆提肌经肌球蛋白ATP酶组织化学染色后可分出两种肌纤维型,其中Ⅰ型纤维占(26.4±3.1)%,Ⅱ型纤维占(73.6±6.3)%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义。结论先天性腭裂患者的腭帆提肌肌纤维以Ⅱ型纤维为主。  相似文献

目的 探讨外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对成年大白兔下牙槽神经挤压伤后再生的影响。方法 30只成年新西兰大白兔,下牙槽神经挤压伤后,随机分成2组,即对照组和用药组,对二组的再生有髓神经纤维传导速度、数目、直径和髓鞘厚度作比较。结果 NGF能使理生有髓神经纤维数目、直径、髓鞘厚度增加;术后相同时间NGF组神经传导速度大于对照组。。结论 外源性神经生长因子能够促进下牙槽神经损伤后再生及功能的恢复。  相似文献

Objective To measure the bone mineral density(BMD)of mandible and investigate the relationship between mandible and the whole body skeleton BMD.Methods Healthy volunteers were recruited in north China,which were divided into 6 groups by age:≥20,≥30,≥40,≥50,≥60 and ≥70 years older,10 male and 10 female in each group.Dual-energy X-ray absoptiometery(DXA)was used to measure the BMD of the lumbar spine,the mentum of mandible and the mandibular angle.The results were analyzed statistically.Results The mineral density(MD )of the mentum was(1.310 9 ±0.035 5)g/cm2,the left mandibular angle(1.048 9 ± 0.013 7)g/cm2,the right mandibular angle (1.0547 ±0.014 1)g/cm2,the lumbar spine(L2-L4)(1.121 1±0.017 2)g/cm2.There was a significant difference in mandibular angle and lumbar MD between men and women(P<0.05).The MD of mandibular angle and lumbar spine decreased significantly after 50 years of age.Conclusions The normal BMD of the mandibular mentum,mandibular angles and lumbar spine is obtained.The BMD of the mandibular angles is closely related to that of the lumbar spine.Mandible can be an appropriate measurement site in the evaluation of skeleton BMD status for the forecast of osteoporosis.  相似文献

目的:单侧唇裂红唇修复中唇红三角瓣的设计进行术前数据的定量分析,及通过术后数据的定量分析对术后效果进行评价。方法:青岛大学附属医院26例单侧唇裂患儿,手术前后进行健患侧各项数据的测量,术前数据包括健患侧唇长、干唇长、唇红三角瓣边长及底长;利用医学统计学方法得出术前数据的相关性并进行唇红三角瓣的设计,为单侧唇裂唇红修复时三角瓣的设计提供理论参考。术后测量数据包括健患侧唇长、干唇高度及唇高,运用医学统计学分析健患侧有无差异,从主观及客观两方面分析术后唇红部形态、对称性及患儿上唇唇红部形态等,综合评价手术中设计唇红三角瓣的效果。结果:唇裂裂隙程度与唇红三角瓣底长有明显的相关性,术前健侧与裂隙缘唇峰干唇的高度差和红唇三角瓣底长呈正相关(P<0.05);26例唇红修复主观评价项平均得分均大于4分,客观评价术后健患侧干唇高度、唇高、唇长均无差异,整复效果令人满意。结论:依照本文设计唇红三角瓣的方法修复单侧唇裂可使上唇唇红获得良好形态效果。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Tissue-engineered bone scaffold fabricated by 3D-bioprinting technique has good controllability in morphology and structure. However, construction of tissue-engineered bone/cell growth factor complex and time-dose effect of sustained-release factors are needed to be further researched.  OBJECTIVE: To fabricate a sustained-release composite of polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA)/nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA) scaffold carrying bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) using 3D-bioprinting technique, and test the biological properties of the PLGA/n-HA scaffold carrying BMP-2 and the sustained-release properties, thereby to discuss its feasibility as the tissue-engineered bone scaffold composite.  METHODS: Temperature-sensitive chitosan hydrogel was prepared using chitosan and β-glycerophosphate to construct a sustained-release composite, chitosan nanoparticles carrying BMP-2 . 3D-bioprinting technique was utilized to fabricate the PLGA/n-HA scaffold carrying BMP-2. Biological features of the scaffold composite were tested, and time-dose effect of BMP-2 sustained-release was observed.  RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The average pore size of the scaffold-cytokine composite was (431.31±18.40) μm, and the porosity was (73.64±1.82)%. The cumulative release rate of BMP-2 from the scaffold-cytokine composite that effectively controlled the burst release during 48 hours and 30 days were suitable for the physiological needs. 目的:评价自控镇静术在拔除阻生牙中的应用价值。方法:22例患者的双侧阻生下颌第三磨牙,分别在单纯局麻(L组)或自控镇静术联合局麻(PCS组)下拔除,观察两种麻醉的镇静效果和对呼吸循环的影响。结果:¹PCS 组和L组患者血压、心律稳定;两组患者脉搏氧饱和度均维持在97%以上,镇静评分小于或等于3分(Ramsy评分)。 ºPCS组术中和术后患者满意度、手术医师满意度都明显比L组高(P<0105)。结论:自控镇静术能提供安全有效的拔牙术中镇静,是一种具有应用价值的术中镇静方法。  相似文献
