融入环境的山地医院——武当山旅游经济特区医院设计

当建筑师遇到一块山区建筑用地时,往往会醉心于其周围的环境,并乐于迎接其特殊的地形地貌所带来的挑战,但山区用地对于医疗建筑而言并非理想用地,怎样做到医疗功能合理、地尽其用,并做到建筑与环境的自然融合,还原大自然的诊疗效应,是建筑师入手的关键。武当山旅游经济特区医院(以下简称武当山医院)就是众多山地医院中的一个。     

新形势下中医医院文化建设的实践与思考

新形势下,中医药事业发展对中医医院文化建设提出了新要求,人民群众对中医医院健康服务提出了新需求,医药卫生体制改革的不断推进为中医医院发展带来了新变化。中医医院文化建设必须立足当下,创新思路、深挖内涵,在时代的要求下推动中医医院核心价值观建设,一要在价值共识上求突破,二要在认知认同上求突破,三要在融入贯穿上求突破,四要在践行转化上求突破,从而使中医医院文化建设更好的促进中医医院科学发展。     

二烯丙基二硫下调DJ-1抑制人白血病HL-60细胞增殖及诱导分化

目的研究二烯丙基二硫(DADS)通过下调DJ-1对人白血病细胞系HL-60增殖抑制及诱导分化的影响。方法通过细胞形态法观察细胞分化;Western blot及免疫细胞化学检测DADS对HL-60细胞DJ-1表达的影响;针对DJ-1mRNA序列设计合成siRNA转染人白血病细胞HL-60,Western blot检测基因干扰效果;利用MTT法及间接免疫荧光检测DADS及DJ-1沉默对HL-60细胞的生长及细胞分化的影响。结果 DADS可以诱导HL-60细胞向成熟粒细胞系样分化。DADS呈时间依赖性抑制DJ-1的表达(P<0.05),DJ-1干扰组细胞生长减慢(P<0.05),与DADS共同作用后可诱导HL-60细胞分化。检测细胞生长情况发现干扰组细胞生长减慢(P<0.05)。结论 DADS通过下调DJ-1抑制细胞增殖并诱导HL-60细胞分化;干扰DJ-1基因可以增强DADS对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制诱导分化作用。     

Adsorption characteristics of metal–organic framework MIL-101(Cr) towards sulfamethoxazole and its persulfate oxidation regeneration

A metal–organic framework, MIL-101(Cr), was used to adsorb sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) in water and activated persulfate (PS) oxidation was investigated to regenerate SMZ-saturated MIL-101(Cr). Adsorption and oxidation were combined in this study. MIL-101(Cr) was characterized by SEM, BET, XPS and FT-IR analyses. Effects of various operating parameters on adsorption efficiency were studied. The dosages of persulfate for SMZ desorption and oxidation were investigated. The results showed that the recommended pH was 6–8 for SMZ adsorption and optimum MIL-101(Cr) dosage was 0.1 g L⁻¹. SMZ adsorption by MIL-101(Cr) was a spontaneous process and nearly exothermic. Saturation adsorption capacity was achieved in 180 s and the adsorption followed the pseudo-second-order model. The maximum adsorption amount of MIL-101(Cr) to SMZ was 181.82 mg g⁻¹ (Langmuir). MIL-101(Cr) also showed good adsorption capacities for sulfachloropyridazine (SCP), sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), and sulfadimethoxine (SDM). Persulfate was helpful for SMZ desorption from the surface of saturated MIL-101(Cr) and sufficient persulfate could simultaneously oxidize the SMZ. XPS analysis showed that the structure of MIL-101(Cr) was stable after the persulfate oxidation process. Regenerated MIL-101(Cr) had the same level of adsorption capacity as fresh MIL-101(Cr). An adsorption–oxidation combined process may be set up based on the results. This study provides basic data for the deep treatment of organic micropollutants in urban water bodies.

建立同时测定大鼠血浆中丹参素钠与原儿茶醛和咖啡酸、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸A含量的液质联用方法

目的建立HPLC-MS/MS法测定丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸A在大鼠血浆中浓度的方法。方法用乙腈蛋白沉淀法处理血浆样本,色谱柱为Synergi Hydro-RP 80 A(150 mm×2 mm,4μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,0~2 min,10%~60%乙腈;2~3 min,60%~95%乙腈;3~6.5 min,95%乙腈;6.5~7 min,95%~10%乙腈;7~12 min,10%乙腈,流速为0.4 m L·min-1;电喷雾电离(ESI)离子源离子化,采用多重反应监测(MRM)方式进行负离子检测。结果丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸A的线性范围分别为10~1000,5~500,2~200,5~500,10~1000ng·m L-1;定量下限分别为10,5,2,5,10 ng·m L-1。日内精密度(RSD)均小于8.31%,日间RSD均小于12.73%,提取回收率均大于50%。结论本检测方法专属性高,操作简便,稳定性好,可以同时准确地检测丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸A的血药浓度。

卡马西平相关性药疹文献分析

目的:探讨卡马西平致药疹的临床特点,为临床鉴别诊断提供参考。方法:检索2000—2013年国内医药期刊报道卡马西平相关性药疹的文献,查阅到相关文献49篇,共计55例患者。对患者因素和用药因素进行统计分析。结果:55例患者中,重症药疹患者47例,重症药疹发生率达85.45%;药疹合并症可累及多个器官和(或)系统,临床表现中,发热所占比例最高,为45例次,占总例次数(137例次)的32.85%;患者平均住院时间16.24 d,24 h内停药治疗有利于缩短住院时间,合并多器官功能严重损伤者可导致死亡。结论:临床医师应充分了解卡马西平不良反应的特征,做到早发现、早停药、早治疗。
