This paper proposes a flexible and highly sensitive carbon nanotube buckypaper as a sensing layer embedded within a composite for cure monitoring applications. The buckypaper was fabricated with mono-dispersion of multi-wall carbon nanotubes by a spray-vacuum filtration method. Six different curing conditions (with maximum heating temperatures of 120 °C, 108 °C, 95 °C, 90 °C, 85 °C and 75 °C) were designed to characterize and analyze the electromechanical response of the BP sensor to the composite structure, and the results indicated that the temperature coefficient of resistance of buckypaper is associated to the resin curing behavior. The critical value (−7.18 × 10−4 °C−1) of the temperature coefficient of resistance was determined. Experimental results also show that a stable three-dimensional network of resin molecular chains is formed and that the polymer presents a glassy state when the value of the temperature coefficient of resistance is greater than the critical value. Based on this relationship, a hypothesis was raised that for the complete curing of the resin, the temperature coefficient of resistance of the buckypaper sensor should meet the critical value condition, which was also consistent with the differential scanning calorimetry testing of the curing degree. The buckypaper sensor was found to be sensitive to the curing degree of the resin, and has a promising future in applications in composite manufacturing processes. Moreover, the properties of composite components are indeed able to be improved via the monitoring and optimization of the curing parameters.

A three-component particle-dynamics anemometer was used to measure the characteristics of two-phase gas-particle flows in a primary air nozzle using a gas/particle two-phase test facility. The jet trajectory of primary air velocities, Reynolds stress and particle concentration profiles were obtained. Based on this, the advantages and disadvantages of increasing the offset angle were analyzed to optimize performance. The results show that gas-particle slippage is not noticeable in the furnace, even though the mid-secondary air offset angle changes. Within the jet''s free developing zone, the location of the peak concentration does not change with the mid-secondary air offset angles. Properly enlarging the offset angle of mid-secondary air nozzles will delay the mixing of the secondary air into the primary-air-and-coal mixture and realize horizontal-staged combustion in a furnace. It also can enhance the stability of airflow and form a better blended jet tail, meanwhile reducing the vortex at the back-fire side and avoiding a short circuiting of the airflow. It is favorable for increasing combustion efficiency and preventing slagging and high-temperature corrosion.

NaGdF4:Yb3+/Er3+ nanoparticles were synthesized via a modified hydrothermal route. The dependence of structure and morphology on the dosage of sodium polyacrylate was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The as-prepared nanoparticles could be used for T2 weighted magnetic resonance imaging due to the paramagnetism of Gd3+. cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum (CDDP) could be loaded onto NaGdF4:Yb3+/Er3+ nanoparticles through binding carboxyl in the form of Pt–O bonds, and doxorubicin (DOX) could be loaded via hydrogen bonding. DOX could also be loaded onto the NaGdF4–CDDP composite in the same manner, and the loading efficiency of both drugs remained unchanged. Three as-prepared drug delivery systems were used for tumor inhibition both in vitro and in vivo, and the results indicated that NaGdF4–CDDP–DOX displayed the greatest inhibitory capacity.

目的:建立款冬花总生物碱含量测定方法,并对款冬花生品和炮制品的含量进行比较研究。方法:采用酸性染料比色法,检测波长:417.5 nm。结果:款冬花总生物碱在6.75~135.00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:y=85.228x-0.0401(r=0.9995)。款冬花生品样品中总生物碱平均含量为0.1070mg·g-1,蜜炙品样品中总生物碱平均含量为0.1633 mg·g-1,甘草炙品样品中总生物碱平均含量为0.0861 mg·g-1。结论:该方法经方法学验证可用于款冬花中总生物碱含量的测定。款冬花生品经炮制后,总生物碱含量发生变化,且炮制方法不同,总生物碱含量变化不同。蜜炙品的总生物碱含量最高,生品次之,甘草炙品最低。  相似文献

目的:研究药物性肝损伤临床特点及病因,为临床防治提供资料。方法:回顾性分析我院儿童药物性肝损伤患儿服药史、临床表现、服药基础疾病、治疗及转归等。结果:29例患儿中,男21例,女8例,以纳差、恶心呕吐、尿黄、乏力等为主要临床表现,有48.27%患儿仅以肝功能异常就诊。分型以肝细胞损伤型为主20例,混合型5例,胆汁淤积型4例;肝细胞损伤组ALT值最高,胆汁淤积组AST和TB值最高。导致肝损伤的药物类别主要有抗感染药(38.77%)、抗肿瘤药(28.57%)、中药(10.2%)、激素(8.16%)等;服药基础疾病为肿瘤11例、感染性疾病10例、发热3例、腹泻2例、感冒2例、抽动症1例。经治疗19例治愈,8例好转,1例进行肝移植,1例自动出院。结论:儿童药物性肝损伤仅肝功能指标异常者比例较大,需警惕误诊漏诊;引起儿童肝损伤药物以抗肿瘤药和抗感染药为主,其中布洛芬引起后果较严重,需关注其安全性;患者多数转归较好。  相似文献
