目的 探究多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿的遗传学病因、影像学表现及妊娠结局。方法 回顾性分析2017年5月—2023年5月扬州大学附属淮安市妇幼保健院收治的80例多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿的临床资料,分析其遗传学病因、影像学表现及妊娠结局。结果 80例多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿中检出11例(13.75%)染色体异常,其中染色体数目异常1例(1.25%),10例(12.50%)存在染色体拷贝数变异(CNV)。80例多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿中,39例(48.75%)为左侧多囊性发育不良肾,37例(46.25%)为右侧多囊性发育不良肾,剩余4例(5.00%)为双侧多囊性发育不良肾;单纯泌尿系统异常64例(80.00%),合并其他系统异常16例(20.00%),以心血管系统异常(8例)、肢体骨骼异常(3例)和、神经系统异常(3例)最常见。单纯性泌尿系统异常胎儿、合并其他系统异常胎儿的致病性CNV检出率分别为10.94%(7/64)和12.50%(2/16),差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。单纯性泌尿系统异常胎儿中,单侧多囊性发育不良胎儿、双侧多囊性发育不良胎儿的致病性CNV检出率分别为9.84%(6/61)和33.33%(1/3),差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。对80例多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿进行随访,失访8例(10.00%),人工终止妊娠31例(38.75%),胎死宫内0例(0.00%),活产41例(51.25%),其中产后死亡1例(1.25%)。结论 多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿采用染色体微阵列分析技术可提高遗传学检出率,影像学检查在多囊性肾脏发育不良诊断中具有一定价值,可为多囊性肾脏发育不良胎儿的产前诊断、遗传咨询、预后评估提供依据。  相似文献

目的 探讨血清骨膜蛋白(PN)和骨硬化蛋白(SOST)与老年 2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者骨密度的关系。方法 选取2020年8月—2022年3月海南医学院第二附属医院收治的192例老年T2DM患者作为研究对象,依据骨密度值分为骨量正常组、骨量减少组及骨质疏松组,每组64例。比较3组患者的临床资料,血清PN、SOST、25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]、骨钙素(OST)及I型胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)水平。多因素Logistic回归分析影响老年T2DM患者骨质疏松发生的危险因素。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,以ROC曲线下面积(AUC)评价血清PN、SOST及两者联合对老年T2DM患者骨质疏松的诊断价值。结果 骨量正常组、骨量减少组及骨质疏松组HbA1c、HDL-C、PN、SOST、25(OH)D3、OST及PINP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),骨质疏松组HbA1c、PN、SOST、OST及PINP水平高于骨量正常组和骨量减少组(P <0.05),骨质疏松组HDL-C、25(OH)D  相似文献

The effect of three different intrauterine devices on the DNA content in human endometrial cells has been studied in 29 women before and after the insertion of an IUD; a stainless steel ring (9 subjects), Copper-T220 (11 subjects) and a medicated IUD releasing levonorgestrel at a rate of 2 micrograms/day (9 subjects). The material was grouped into "bleeders" (having more than 8 days of bleeding and spotting per month) and "non-bleeders" (having less than 8 days of bleeding and spotting per month). The DNA content was assessed on isolated endometrial cells smeared from thin biopsies and the amount of DNA per cell nucleus was measured by means of a Feulgen microspectrophotometric method. No significant difference was found between the "bleeders" and the "non-bleeders" as to the DNA content. Nevertheless, when the total number of subjects were pooled together, a significant increase in the DNA content was found in the post-insertion specimens in the groups of women using the SS and the T-Cu IUDs. Furthermore, a significant decrease in the DNA content was also found when the specimens obtained after the insertion of the LNG IUD were compared with those obtained after 24 months' use of the stainless steel ring and the Copper-T220 device (p less than 0.01 and p less than 0.002, respectively). It is concluded that the insertion of an inert IUD or an T-Cu IUD, induces significant alterations in the DNA content of the human endometrium adjacent to the device, whereas the use of the LNG device does not significantly modify the DNA synthesis when used for 3-10 months. No correlation was found between the DNA content per cell and the number of days of bleeding and spotting.  相似文献

Using humoral immunity (gamma-globulin 18 cases, IgG, IgA, IgM each 30 cases, CH50, C3, C4 each 29 cases and CIC 31 cases), cellular immunity (E-RFC 68 cases, As 30 cases, SmIg, SmIgG each 18 cases, IMIT 30 cases) and immunopathological manifestations (light microscope, fluorescence microscope, transmitted electron microscope each 7 cases) as indices, we studied the immunological changes of "progressing", "remittent" and "stabilized" groups of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) in different stages. Humoral immunity indicated that gamma-globulin, immune complex and IgG were all increased; cellular immunity indicated that the rate of T cells and suppressor cells was declined, while that of B cells was elevated. Immunopathologically, under light microscope all the layers of involved vessels were infiltrated with neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes; under fluorescence and electron microscope, immune complexes were found in the involved vessel walls. Our preliminary results suggest that TAO is an autoimmune disease relevant to antigen-antibody complex.  相似文献

The proliferation of L 1210 cells ceased rapidly after they were exposed to homoharringtonine (HH) 1 microgram/ml during exponential growth phase. However, 25.3% of the cells were still able to form colonies in soft agar if HH was removed after 24 h of incubation (the colony-forming efficiency for control cells was 62.5%). The clonogenic cells survived from the treatment were still sensitive to HH-continuous exposure. The IC50 of the treated and control cells were 15 and 20 ng/ml, respectively. Yet, the sensitivity of the treated cells to cytarabine decreased enormously. For instance, the survival rate of HH-treated cells remained at 100% level after they were exposed to cytarabine 4-8 micrograms/ml for 1 h, but only 40% control cells survived from the same treatment. When cells were continuously exposed to HH 0.4 micrograms/ml, the colony-forming efficiency decreased exponentially as a function of exposure time. The T1/2 of the clonogenic cells was about 18 h. The DNA contents in L 1210 cells was measured with a flow-cytometer. The results showed that the cell-cycle progress in all cells was interrupted by HH, regardless which phase they belonged to. So the cells seemed to be in a "frozen" state and the histogram unchanged.  相似文献

To determine whether neural precursor cells have region-specific growth properties, we compared the proliferation, mitogenicity, and differentiation of these cells isolated from the embryonic day 16 rat forebrain and spinal cord. Neural precursor cells isolated from both regions were cultured in growth medium supplemented with epidermal growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, or epidermal growth factor+basic fibroblast growth factor. Under all three conditions, both neural precursor cell populations proliferated for multiple passages. While spinal cord-derived neural precursor cells proliferated moderately faster in epidermal growth factor-enriched growth medium, brain-derived cells proliferated much faster in basic fibroblast growth factor-enriched growth medium. When exposed to both epidermal growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor, the two neural precursor cell populations expanded and proliferated more rapidly than when exposed to a single factor, with brain-derived neural precursor cells expanding significantly faster than spinal cord-derived ones (P<0.0001). Differentiation studies showed that both neural precursor cell populations were multi-potent giving rise to neurons, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes. However, neuronal differentiation from brain-derived neural precursor cells was greater than spinal cord-derived ones (11.95+/-5.00% vs 1.92+/-1.13%; passage 2). Further, the two neural precursor cell populations differentiated into a similar percentage of oligodendrocytes (brain: 8.66+/-5.85%; spinal cord: 7.69+/-3.91%; passage 2). Immunofluorescence and Western blot studies showed that neural precursor cells derived from both regions expressed receptors for basic fibroblast growth factor and epidermal growth factor. However, brain-derived neural precursor cells expressed higher levels of the two receptors than spinal cord-derived ones in growth medium containing epidermal growth factor+basic fibroblast growth factor. Thus, our results showed that neural precursor cells isolated from the two regions of the CNS have distinct properties and growth requirements. Identifying phenotypic differences between these neural precursor cell populations and their growth requirements should provide new insights into the development of cell therapies for region-specific neurological degenerative diseases.  相似文献
