New Taxanes from Taxus chinensis

Two new taxane diterpenes, decinnamoyltaxagifine ( 3) and decinnanioyltaxagifine acetate ( 2), have been isolated from the leaves and stems of TAXUS CHINENSIS. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Their (13)C-NMR chemical shifts were assigned.     

Effect of the peroxisome proliferator perfluorodecanoic acid on growth and lipid metabolism in Sprague Dawley rats fed three dietary levels of selenium

The possible interrelationships between the effects of dietary selenium and perfluorodecanoic acid (PFDA) on growth and lipid metabolism were studied in the male Sprague Dawley rat. Rats were divided into groups and placed on diets containing three levels of selenium (0.04, 0.2, and 1.0 ppm as sodium selenite). Two weeks later, half the rats in each group received a single 35 mg/kg IP injection of PFDA in corn oil, while their pair-fed companion received only vehicle. Rats injected with PFDA stopped gaining weight, and weighed less than pair-fed controls, despite equal food intakes. Two weeks following PFDA administration the rats were killed and plasma cholesterol and triglycerides, and liver peroxisomal enzyme activities were quantified. In contrast to other peroxisome proliferators, PFDA increased plasma triglycerides while decreasing plasma cholesterol. The rate of peroxisomal fatty acid -oxidation was decreased, even though the activity of fatty acyl-CoA oxidase, the first enzyme in the peroxisomal fatty acid -oxidation pathway, was increased. Dietary selenium, other than increasing the liver to body weight ratio, did not alter growth or lipid metabolism. This study demonstrates, for the first time, the existence of a non-hypotriglyceridemic peroxisome proliferator-PFDA.     

人工破膜对诊断羊水过少的价值

目的 :探讨人工破膜在诊断羊水过少中的意义。方法 :观察组是根据人工破膜时所流出的羊水量判断羊水多少 ;对照组则用同期产前超声检查所见判断羊水多少。以产时所见羊水量作为最终诊断。结果 :人工破膜和超声诊断羊水过少的符合率分别是 79 73 %和 82 76 % ;两者无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;人工破膜漏诊率 2 84% ,超声是 6 15 % ,两者无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :人工破膜是诊断本病的一种有价值的方法 ,结合超声检查可作为诊断本病的依据     

B超对先天性输尿管狭窄的诊断价值

目的：研究超声诊断在先天性输尿管狭窄中的临床价值。方法：对33例输尿管狭窄病例行B超检测,并与X线、手术结果进行对比。结果：B超对输尿管梗阻定位率为93.9%,疾病诊断的符合率81.8%。结论：B超对先天性输尿管狭窄的诊断有较大的优越性和很好的临床价值。     

依那普利对原发性高血压患者血清胶原及透明质酸浓度的影响

目的　观察原发性高血压（ＥＨ）患者使用依那普利前后血清Ⅲ、Ⅳ型前胶原、透明质酸的浓度变化;探讨依那普利干预血清前胶原生成以及抑制左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）形成的作用。方法应用放免技术测定３７例ＥＨ患者及２１例体检正常者血清Ⅲ、Ⅳ型前胶原神经末端肽（ＰⅢＰ、ＰⅣＰ）及透明质酸（ＨＡ）浓度。ＥＨ患者口服依那普利治疗１２周后复测上述指标。结果治疗前ＥＨ组血清ＰⅢＰ、ＰⅣＰ、ＨＡ浓度显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）;依那普利治疗后ＥＨ组相应指标较治疗前明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论血清ＰⅢＰ、ＰⅣＰ、ＨＡ水平与血压升高密切相关;依那普利在降压的同时,降低血清ＰⅢＰ、ＰⅣＰ、ＨＡ的生成,具有抑制ＬＶＨ的作用。     

小脑梗死的临床研究现状

小脑动脉属椎、基底动脉的长旋支 ,供血范围主要包括小脑、脑干外侧部及被盖部。小脑梗死好发于 6 0～ 80岁男性 ,根据影像学改变可分为区域性和非区域性两大类。缺血机制不同 ,临床表现及预后差异较大。本文重点阐述小脑梗死的发病机制、各小脑动脉闭塞时的临床 -解剖相关性和预后。     

五味子和头孢氨苄对大肠埃希氏菌及金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用的实验研究

目的 :观察五味子和头孢氨苄对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。方法 :试管稀释法。结果 :五味子水煎剂 (1g/ml,pH =2 .8)对二株受试菌的MBC分别是 6 2 .5g/L和 31.2 5g/L ,而五味子水煎剂调pH为 7 0后 ,其MBC均大于 5 0 0g/L。头孢氨苄对大肠埃希氏菌的MIC和MBC分别是 4 88mg/L和 15 6 2 5mg/L ;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MBC分别是 2 44mg/L和 78 13mg/L。pH为 7 0的五味子联用头孢氨苄对大肠埃希氏菌的MBC分别为大于 2 5 0g/L和 15 6 2 5mg/L ,部分抑菌浓度指数为 1 5。结论 :pH为 2 8的五味子水煎剂有一定抑制致病菌作用 ;pH为 7 0的五味子水煎剂与头孢氨苄联用 ,两药呈现无关作用。
