胰腺癌细胞的增殖同膜脂质饱和度,膜胰岛素受体的关系

外源性表皮生长因子(或生长抑素)能促进(或抑制)胰腺癌细胞的增殖。胰腺癌细胞增殖速率的高低与细胞膜脂质饱和度的降、升;与膜胰岛素受体数量的增减密切相关。测定细胞膜脂质饱和度和胰岛素受体数量,是判断胰腺癌增殖状态的灵敏指标,有一定临床价值。     

Subclinical hepatic encephalopathy: relationship between neuropsychological deficits and standard laboratory tests assessing hepatic status.

A multivariate analysis of the relationship between biochemical measures of hepatic function and neuropsychological assessments of specific cognitive domains was performed on data obtained from 74 patients with chronic liver disease and subclinical hepatic encephalopathy. Biochemical tests of hepatic protein synthesis correlated significantly with measures of impaired language efficiency, perceptual speed, and psychomotor efficiency. Biochemical indices of impaired processing of nitrogenous compounds correlated with visuopractic deficits. Hepatic blood flow indices correlated with language inefficiency. Interestingly, biochemical measures of hepatic injury did not demonstrate a significant association with any neuropsychological parameter assessed. These results suggest that subclinical hepatic encephalopathy is the consequence of a multifactorial hepatic dysfunction, and that acute hepatic injury, as assessed by elevation of aminotransferases, does not appear to be involved in the pathogenesis of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy.     

传染病研究40年（1955～1995年）

本文综述本校传染病学教研室１９５５～１９９５年间所取得的科研成果。内容包括１０余种传染病与寄生虫病的临床和基础研究，其中以华支睾吸虫病、恙虫病等有广东特色的传染病以及伤寒、痢疾、病毒性肝炎等影响人民健康最普遍的传染病为重点。反映了建国以来各个时期本教研室对防治这些传染病所作的贡献。所取得的成果，相当一部分通过多年来的验证，已获得广大传染病工作者所认同或列为常规，部分已获得部委级奖励。现在重温这些成果，可能起承前启后的意义。     

维生素E琥珀酸酯诱导人胃腺癌细胞凋亡途径

目的　探讨维生素E琥珀酸酯 (VES)诱导人胃腺癌SGC -790 1细胞凋亡的死亡受体 (Fas)信号转导途径。方法　人胃腺癌SGC -790 1细胞经不同剂量VES(5,10 ,2 0 μg/ml)处理 ,同时做琥珀酸、维生素E和空白对照 ,采用DAPI(4,6-贰脒基 -2 -苯基吲哚 )荧光染色法观察细胞凋亡情况 ,用WesternBlot法检测Fas、带有死亡结构域的Fas相关蛋白 (FADD)和天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶 (caspase -8)蛋白表达情况 ,Fas和FADD反义寡聚核苷分别转染SGC -790 1细胞后 ,用荧光法检测caspase -8活性。 结果　经VES处理后的细胞DAPI染色可见凋亡的形态学改变 ,2 0 μg/mlVES处理 48h后的细胞凋亡率为 89.6% ;VES处理 48h后Fas、FADD和caspase -8蛋白表达明显增加 ,且呈剂量 -效应关系 ;阻断Fas可明显抑制FADD蛋白表达 ,Fas和FADD反义寡聚核苷转染细胞后caspase -8活性明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中阻断Fas的效果高于阻断FADD。结论　维生素E琥珀酸酯诱导人胃腺癌SGC -790 1细胞凋亡过程中启动了Fas信号转导途径 ,VES启动Fas后 ,FADD将Fas和caspase -8联接起来 ,活化caspases级联反应 ,从而构成Fas/FADD/caspase -8的凋亡信号途径     

低强度超短波对小鼠体质及智力的影响

本实验探讨了低强度超短波对小鼠连续三代辐射,对学习、记忆、拉力、运动耐力和周围血象的影响。用81MHz,10～12V/m 的超短波进行辐射,每天辐射2小时,每周6天。结果表明:经过超短波辐射的各代小鼠与对照组相比,学习能力、记忆能力、拉力及运动耐力有明显的降低,且运动耐力有进行性降低的趋势,而经过辐射的三代小鼠红细胞、血红蛋白含量及白细胞数均明显增高,每个红细胞的血红蛋白含量则低于对照组。     

MRI诊断儿童脑白质病变的初步探讨

目的 :初步探讨 MRI诊断儿童脑白质病变的作用和特异征象。方法 :对 MRI诊断为脑白质病变的病例 4 8例进行观察 ,分析病灶的 MRI征象 ,包括病灶出现的部位、形态、范围及其他合并表现。结果 :1病灶发生的部位 ,多位于双侧侧脑室三角部周围的白质内 ,依次为侧脑室前角周围、半卵圆中心 ,偶见于基底节区等。2形态 :多为小斑片状 ,亦有点线状、小点状。 3范围 :以侧脑室三角部周围白质内发生多见 ,常同时出现于多个部位。 4时常伴有其他合并征象 ,如 ,胼胝体发育不良、畸形或脑室扩大等。结论 :MRI扩展了对儿童脑白质病变的认识 ,是一种较好的手段     

Newer antiviral agents and therapeutic approaches for chronic hepatitis b

A new era in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B began approximately a decade ago. Three oral nucleoside or nucleotide analogues—lamivudine, adefovir dipivoxil, and entecavir—are now approved in the United States for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Other new oral agents, including telbivudine, clevudine, and emtricitabine, are in various stages of clinical investigation. This article reviews the efficacy and resistance data of these oral antiviral agents, and the preliminary results of combination therapy for chronic hepatitis B.     

Nucleotide sequence and transcriptional regulation of a positive regulatory gene of Shigella dysenteriae.

A 1,937 bp PstI-HindIII fragment containing the ipaR locus was cloned from the large invasion plasmid of Shigella dysenteriae CG097, and its nucleotide sequence was completely determined. The IpaR protein (35 kDa, calculated from the DNA sequence) was synthesized in Escherichia coli chi 1411 minicells containing the 1,937-bp PstI-HindIII fragment. To determine the regulatory role of ipaR for ipa genes, we applied genetic complementation experiments using chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT) as reporter. Analyses of CAT activity of the recombinant plasmids containing the 5' flanking sequences of the 24-kDa-protein gene and the ippI, ipaB, ipaC, and ipaD genes defined strong promoters upstream of the 24-kDa-protein gene and ipaD gene, weak promoters upstream of the ippI and ipaB genes, and the absence of any promoter activity for the ipaC gene. Complementation analyses showed that the CAT activity only under direction of the ippI promoter region increased 1.8-fold in the presence of IpaR protein. On the basis of our data, we suggest that an operon comprising ippI, ipaB, and ipaC is positively regulated by IpaR protein which has a trans effect on a DNA sequence upstream of the ippI promoter.     

肺螨病的病理观察

本文报道螨类接种豚鼠气管引起的肺部病变,并对5种常见螨类的致病性进行比较。发现螨类接种后6天豚鼠肺部已形成典型的结节性病灶。结节圆锥形淡黄色,直径1～5mm之间。镜下表现为细支气管炎和细支气管周围炎,肺实质内有明显的异物肉芽肿形成,炎症在螨类接种豚鼠20天时,肺部嗜酸粒细胞浸润不明显,但30或40天时则出现明显的嗜酸细胞浸润,细支气管周围小动脉受到损害,部分小动脉内可见到螨体残骸。5种常见螨炎接种于5组豚鼠可引起大致相同的病变。从而证明豚鼠可作为动物模型以供肺螨病的研究,同时也证明5种常见贮藏螨具有相同的致病性。
