目的探讨抑郁症患者和精神分裂症患者的脑干听觉反应(ABR)的特点。方法应用NTS-2000型ERP仪及Click短声刺激,测查43例抑郁症(抑郁症组)、43例精神分裂症(精神分裂症组)和50名健康成人对照(对照组)的ABR。结果抑郁症组、精神分裂症组及对照组在绝对潜伏期波Ⅴ(Pz脑区)、绝对波幅波Ⅲ(Pz脑区)、波Ⅴ(Pz脑区)上的差异有显著统计学意义(P均<0.01)。与对照组和抑郁症组相比,精神分裂症组的绝对潜伏期波Ⅴ(Pz脑区)显著延迟(P均<0.01),绝对波幅波Ⅲ(Pz脑区)和绝对波幅波Ⅴ(Pz脑区)亦显著降低。结论 ABR对临床鉴别抑郁症和精神分裂症有参考价值。  相似文献

We use immunohistochemistry to show the existence of verotoxin receptor in small sensory neurons in DRG of human, rabbit, rat and mouse. In capillary in nervous system, the verotoxin receptor exists in human and rabbit, but the receptor could not be demonstrated in rat and mouse, by this method. The receptors in sensory neuron of rat and in capillary in rabbit brain are determined as galactosylglobotriaosylceramide (GalGb3) and globotriaosylceramide (Gb3,), respectively. Although verotoxin was reported to bind to glycolipid receptors that possess the terminal disaccharide Galalpha1-4Galbeta (galactobiose), the binding to toxin to galabiosylceramide was half of that of GalGb3 which has galactobiose internally.  相似文献

The processes involved in value evaluation and self‐control are critical when making behavioral choices. However, the evidence linking these two types of processes to behavioral choices in intertemporal decision‐making remains elusive. As the ventromedial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC), striatum, and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlPFC) have been associated with these two processes, we focused on these three regions. We employed functional magnetic resonance imaging during a delayed discounting task (DDT) using a relatively large sample size, three independent samples. We evaluated how much information about a specific choice could be decoded from local patterns in each brain area using multivoxel pattern analysis (MVPA). To investigate the relationship between the dlPFC and vmPFC/striatum regions, we performed a psychophysiological interaction (PPI) analysis. In Experiment I, we found that the vmPFC and dlPFC, but not the striatum, could determine choices in healthy participants. Furthermore, we found that the dlPFC showed significant functional connectivity with the vmPFC, but not the striatum, when making decisions. These results could be replicated in Experiment II with an independent sample of healthy participants. In Experiment III, the choice‐decoding accuracy in the vmPFC and dlPFC was lower in patients with addiction (smokers and participants with Internet gaming disorder) than in healthy participants, and decoding accuracy in the dlPFC was related to impulsivity in addicts. Taken together, our findings may provide neural evidence supporting the hypothesis that value evaluation and self‐control processes both guide the intertemporal choices, and might provide potential neural targets for the diagnosis and treatment of impulsivity‐related brain disorders.  相似文献

The development of adsorbents by using the byproducts or waste from large-scale industrial and agricultural production is of great significance, and is considered to be an economic and efficient strategy to remove the heavy metals from polluted water. In this work, a novel chitin/EM@Fe3O4 nanocomposite hydrogel was obtained from a NaOH/urea aqueous system, where the proteins of egg shell membrane and Fe3O4 nanoparticles were chemically bonded to chitin polymer chains with the help of epichlorohydrin. Due to the existence of a large number of –NH2, –OH, –CONH–, –COOH and hemiacetal groups, the adsorption efficiency for Pb2+ into the absorbent was dramatically enhanced. The experimental results revealed that the adsorption behavior strongly depends on various factors, such as initial pH, initial Pb2+ concentration, incubation temperature and contact time. The kinetic experiments indicated that the adsorption process for Pb2+ in water solution agreed with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. The film diffusion or chemical reaction is the rate limiting process in the initial adsorption stage, and the adsorption of Pb2+ into the nanocomposite hydrogel can well fit the Langmuir isotherm. Thermodynamic analysis demonstrated that such adsorption behaviors were dominated by an endothermic (ΔH° > 0) and spontaneous (ΔG° < 0) process.

A novel kind of chitin/EM@Fe3O4 nanocomposite hydrogel derived from the biowastes of egg shell membrane and chitin was successfully prepared for efficient removal of Pb2+ from wastewater solution.  相似文献

A highly precise temperature-feedback photothermal therapy platform in deep tissue is proposed based on all-fiber fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) thermometry, which provides a promising route to realize real-time temperature monitoring in the minimally invasive treatment of tumors. Highly disordered double perovskite Li2Zn2Mo3O12 (LZMO) phosphors doped with rare earth ions were prepared and intense green upconversion emissions were observed with an ultra-low excitation power. The thermal enhancement of the upconversion luminescence was achieved up to 423 K, which is very beneficial to achieve a good signal-to-noise performance during the temperature-rise period. Superior temperature sensing performance was demonstrated with the maximum absolute sensitivity of 89.9 × 10−4 at 423 K. The strong upconversion emissions and high temperature sensitivity result in a small temperature error (±0.4 K). The integrated bifunctional needle could simultaneously realize temperature measurement and laser heating, which was exhibited in the denaturation of egg white and laser ablation of the porcine liver in vitro.

Pd–Pd/PdO nanoclusters well dispersed on intercalated graphene oxide (GO) (denoted as GO@PPD–Pd) were prepared and characterized. GO@PPD–Pd exhibited high catalytic activity (a TOF value of 60 705 h−1) during the Suzuki coupling reaction, and it could be reused at least 6 times. The real active centre was Pd(200)–Pd(200)/PdO(110, 102). A change in the Pd facets on the surface of PdO was a key factor leading to deactivation, and the aggregation and loss of active centres was also another important reason. The catalytic mechanism involved heterogeneous catalysis, showing that the catalytic processes occurred at the interface, including substrate adsorption, intermediate formation, and product desorption. The real active centres showed enhanced negative charge due to the transfer of electrons from the carrier and ligands, which could effectively promote the oxidative addition reaction, and Pd(200) and the heteroconjugated Pd/PdO interface generated in situ also participated in the coupling process, synergistically boosting activity. Developed GO@PPD–Pd was a viable heterogeneous catalyst that may have practical applications owing to its easy synthesis and stability, and this synergistic approach can be utilized to develop other transition-metal catalysts.

Pd(200) and the Pd(200)/PdO(102, 110) interface generated in situ participated in coupling reactions via a synergistic effect, boosting the catalytic activity to a high level.  相似文献

目的:探讨心理干预对膀胱肿瘤病人手术前的影响.方法:对2004年1月至2006年8月我科共收治经临床确诊为膀胱肿瘤病人80例,随机分干预组和对照组各40例,干预组在手术前2d接受心理干预,对照组除了接受心理干预外,其余手术前准备工作与干预组基本无差别.结果:焦虑情况,干预组明显优于对照组.两组病人手术前30min血压、脉搏比较,干预组病人手术前的收缩压和脉搏明显优于对照组.结论:心理干预有助于缓解膀胱肿瘤病人术前心理、生理反应,使病人保持良好的心理状态.  相似文献

大肠癌E-cadherin,β-catenin,MMP-7表达及其临床意义   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2  
目的:探讨大肠癌(CRC)中上皮钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)、β-连接素(β-cat)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的表达水平,并分析三者的相互关系.方法:应用免疫组化方法检测60例CRC肿瘤组织标本和8例正常大肠组织标本中E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7的表达水平,分析E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7在二者中表达的差异,并结合其临床病理资料进行综合分析.结果:E-cad、正常β-cat、异常β-cat和MMP-7在CRC中的阳性表达率分别为73.3%(44/60),66.7%(40/60),63.3%(38/60)和73.3%(44/60).E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7的阳性表达率与患者的年龄、性别和肿瘤的大小、部位及分化类型均无关.而与肿瘤的侵犯深度和转移与否密切相关.E-cad和β-cat正常表达之间呈明显正相关(r=0.359,P=0.005).β-cat正常表达和β-cat异常表达之间呈明显负相关(r=-0.324,P=0.012).β-cat异常表达和MMP-7之间呈明显正相关(r=0.487,P=0.000).结论:E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7的表达与CRC的侵袭转移和预后密切相关,可作为判定CRC预后的有效指标.  相似文献
