脑肿瘤伴发精神障碍─—附36例分析

９８例颅内肿瘤经手术和病理检查证实，其中３６例脑瘤伴精神障碍，最常见的精神症状是情感淡漠，情感不稳，遗忘，意识模糊，嗜睡、痴呆。为最常见的部位为额顶部和颞叶部。     

电阻抗扫描成像和高频超声诊断小乳腺癌的对照研究

目的：评价电阻抗扫描成像(electrical impedance scanning，EIS)和高频超声对小乳腺癌的诊断价值．方法：乳腺肿块(直径≤2cm)54例病理证实，行EIS和高频超声检查，时间间隔不超过3d．结果：乳腺癌23例，EIS诊断小乳腺癌17例，敏感性73．9％，特异性80．6％，准确性77．8％，阳性预测值73．9％，阴性预测值80．6％；高频超声诊断小乳腺癌20例，敏感性87．0％，特异性87．1％，准确性87．0％，阳性预测值83．3％，阴性预测值90．0％．二联合诊断，敏感性95．6％，特异性90．3％，准确性92．6％，阳性预测值88．0％，阴性预测值96．6％．结论：EIS对小乳腺癌的诊断有较大实用价值，且与高频超声结合应用，可以提高小乳腺癌的诊断准确奎．     

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF FOUR CHINESE HEMOPHILIACS WITH HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS INFECTION

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is now considered as the causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). A high risk of AIDS has been reported among patients with hemophilia who received lyophilized commercial factor VIII and IX concentrates of American origin. At a prevalent survey from September to December 1985, HIV antibodies were found in all four patients with hemophilia treated with the batch number W87307, 955 I.U. of American commercial factor VIII concentrate supplied by Armour Pharmaceutical Company, USA. One of the sero-positive patients developed AIDS-related complex (ARC) and died of cerebral hemorrhage. The other three sero-positive patients had abnormalities in cell-mediated immunity. Of them two developed left lumbosacral radiculopathy and hemorrhagic herpes zoster and one remained well so far.     

Alkaloidal components ofPanax ginseng

Over twelve alkaloids were delected in the roots ofPanax ginseng C.A. Meyer. Among them three alkaloids were isolated and were identified as N₉-formylharman, ethyl β-carboline-1-carboxylate and perlolyrine on the basis of spectroscopic studies.     

白细胞介素-13功能研究进展

白细胞介素－13主要由活化的Th2(CD4^ )细胞分泌，诱导单核巨噬细胞分化及延长寿命；促进MHC－Ⅱ，CD23表达；抑制炎性和趋化因子产生；诱导B细胞增殖，活化，刺激IgM,IgG的产生和重链的转换；使血管细胞粘附分子－1表达；抑制人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）复制；间接诱导巨噬细胞和NK细胞参与抗肿瘤作用。在变态反应性疾病和哮喘中引起呼吸道高反应性，嗜酸粒细胞性炎症，粘液分泌过多，基膜纤维化等，其受体是与IL－4Rα形成功能复合体而发挥作用。IL－13信号转导途径除了JAK／STAT6以外，尚有IRS－1,Fes，磷酸激酶，BCL－6／SOCS等途径。     

The popularization and application of cold storage red blood cells or whole blood at −80 °C of the Rh(D) negative patients in surgical operation

Summary The efficiency of cold storage red blood cells (CSRBC) or whole blood at −80 °C used in 27 Rh(D) negative patients during surgical operation was reported. The Rh(D) negative patients received the transfusion of CSRBC or whole blood stored at −80 °C for 180 to 360 days. The changes in the indexes, such as blood TB, DB, K⁺, Na⁺, BUN, Cr, urine protein (URPO), UOB, Hb, HCT, serum total protein, relative to hemolytic reaction and blood volume before and after transfusion were observed. The results showed that after transfusion of CSRBC or whole blood 27 cases were negative for urine protein and UOB, and the levels of BUN and Cr were normal (P>0.05). Blood TB, DB, Hb, and HCT were increased, while pH, blood K⁺ and blood Na⁺ was normal with the difference being not significant before and after operation (P>0.05). Plasma protein was decreased, but there was no significant difference before and after operation (P>0.05). It was suggested that CSRBC or whole blood at −80 °C could be safely infused to the Rh(D) negative patients without side effects during the surgical operation. Sonographic appearance of Krukenberg tumor from gastric carcinoma

Sonographic findings in 16 cases of Krukenberg tumor from gastric carcinoma were analyzed. The patients' ages ranged from 25 to 52 years (mean 42 years). The tumor involved both ovaries in 14 patients with asymmetrical masses in 9 of 14 cases. Ascites was noted in 15 cases. Echogenicity of the tumor varied from solid to predominantly cystic: solid in 8, mixed in 6, and predominantly cystic in 2 cases. Solid masses tended to be smaller than mixed or cystic masses. The primary gastric carcinoma had been diagnosed before emergence of the tumors in only 7 cases. The findings suggest that in relatively young patients with ovarian mass, particularly bilateral tumors, careful evaluation for gastrointestinal tract involvement should be done.     

阴道毛滴虫代谢产物体外对精子活力的影响

目的 :研究阴道毛滴虫代谢产物体外对人精子活力的影响。　方法 :阴道毛滴虫体外培养 ,除去虫体 ,留取培养液 ,稀释成三个浓度 ;将 10例正常生育男性的优化精子分为等体积的 4份 ,组成以下 4组 :A组加入未培养滴虫的空白培养液 ,B ,C ,D组依次加入前述浓度梯度的培养液 (1.2× 10 9/L、6× 10 8/L、1.2× 10 8/L) ,分别于 30s、1、2、4和 6h时采用计算机辅助精子分析系统 (CASA)分析精子运动参数。　结果 :阴道毛滴虫浓度在 6× 10 8/L以上时 ,精子的活率和活力与对照组相比都显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并呈浓度依赖性和时间依赖性。　结论 :阴道毛滴虫代谢产物体外能抑制精子活力 ,可能是造成不孕不育的原因之一。
