In Vivo Kinematics of Functional Ankle Instability Patients and Lateral Ankle Sprain Copers During Stair Descent

Patients with mechanic ankle instability experience increased tibiotalar and subtalar joint laxity. However, in vivo joint kinematics in functional ankle instability (FAI) patients and lateral ankle sprain (LAS) copers, especially during dynamic activities, are poorly understood. Ten FAI patients, 10 LAS copers, and 10 healthy controls were included in this study. A dual fluoroscopic imaging system was used to analyze the tibiotalar and subtalar joint kinematics during stair descent. Five key poses of stair descent were analyzed. Kinematic data from six degrees of freedom were calculated utilizing a solid modeling software. The range of motion and joint positions in each degree of freedom were compared among the three groups. The tibiotalar joints of FAI patients and LAS copers were significantly more inverted than those of healthy controls during the foot strike (p = 0.016, = 0.264). The subtalar joints of FAI patients were significantly more anteriorly translated (pose 2, p = 0.003, = 0.352; pose 3, p < 0.001, = 0.454; pose 4, p = 0.004, = 0.334), inverted (pose 4, p = 0.027, = 0.234; pose 5,p = 0.034, = 0.221), and externally rotated (pose 4, p = 0.037, = 0.217; pose 5; p = 0.004, = 0.331) than those of healthy controls during the mid‐stance and the heel off. The FAI patients showed excessive tibiotalar inversion and subtalar joint hypermobility during stair descent. Meanwhile, the LAS copers maintained subtalar joint stability, and only showed excessive tibiotalar inversion in foot strike. These data provide insight into the mechanisms behind the development of FAI after initial LAS. © 2019 Orthopaedic Research Society. Published by Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 抓住机遇构建和谐发展的疾病防控体系

近几年，国家加强了对突发公共卫生事件应急反应能力的要求，人民群众的防病意识不断增强，疾病控制中心传统工作模式受到了极大挑战。吉林省疾病预防控制中心作为省直卫生系统人事制度改革试点单位，于2003年11月初开始，历经2个月时间圆满完成了单位人事制度与分配制度改革工作，取得了令人满意的效果。现将我们的做法与体会总结如下。     

输尿管上段结石的微创手术治疗

目的：探讨输尿管上段结石的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石(URSL），后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石(RLU)、经皮肾穿刺取石(PCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。其中URSL组25例，RLU组20例。PCNL组9例。结果：URSL组碎石成功18例；7例不成功，其中3例改为开放手术，1例改为后腹腔镜取石。2例行ESWL术，1例仅留置双J管。术后1个月拔管后自行排出。2例并发输尿管穿孔。RLU组取石成功18例，2例滑入肾内，经配合输尿管镜和腹腔镜直视下经皮肾穿刺取石成功，术后15例有伤口漏尿。PCNL组成功9例，无并发症。结论：USRL创伤小。术后恢复快。是治疗输尿管上段结石的较为满意的治疗方法。PCNL创伤小，取石成功率高，在结石靠近肾盂、儿童输尿管上段结石并同侧肾结石和结石以下输尿管狭窄时应优先考虑。但技术难度较大。RLU可作为URSL不成功后的辅助治疗方法。     

Omega-3 fatty acid treatment fails to alter alpha 1-adrenergic receptor mediated phosphoinositide turnover in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats

1. The effect of omega-3 fatty acid supplementation on alpha 1-adrenergic receptor-mediated phosphoinositide turnover in the hearts of 6-week streptozotocin diabetic rats was studied. 2. The diabetic state was characterized by decreased body weight gain, hypoinsulinemia and hyperglycemia. Omega-3 fatty acid treatment did not have any significant effects on the above parameters. 3. Plasma triglyceride and cholesterol levels were significantly higher in diabetic rats compared with controls. 4. Omega-3 fatty acid treatment reduced the plasma triglyceride levels in the diabetic rats, whereas plasma cholesterol levels remained unaffected. 5. Norepinephrine (10 and 100 microM) stimulated inositol monophosphate (IP1) formation was significantly decreased in the diabetic rat heart compared with controls. Omega-3 fatty acid treatment had no significant effect on the norepinephrine-mediated IP1 formation in these rats. 6. Inositol bisphosphate (IP2) formation in response to 100 microM of norepinephrine was significantly lower in the diabetic rat heart; which was also not affected by omega-3 fatty acid treatment.     

Studies on the chemical constituents of the roots of Rhododendron molle G. don

Summary The compounds from the root ofRhododendron molle G. Don were isolated, purified by various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were identified according to the physical and chemical features and spectral data. Three compounds were separated from the root ofRhododendron molle G. Don and identified as Rhodojaponin-III,taraxerol, β-sitosterol for the first time. 大黄(庶虫)虫丸治疗囊肿性痤疮的临床疗效评价

目的　观察大黄虫丸治疗囊肿性痤疮的临床疗效。　方法　选择囊肿性痤疮患者 33 例做为治疗组,给予口服大黄虫丸治疗,观察并记录结果。　结果　治疗的总有效率为 90 9%,对照组(P<0 05)。　结论　大黄虫丸对囊肿性痤疮有较好的临床疗效。     

Antiproliferative Activity Against MCF‐7 Breast Cancer Cells by Diamino‐Triazaspirodiene Antifolates

Two triazaspirodienes, having similar phenoxy propyloxy side chain, were identified as potent mammalian dihydrofolate reductase inhibitors; one having a 6,5‐spiro bicyclic ring system (IC₅₀ = 2.3 nm ) and the other a 6,6‐spiro bicyclic system (IC₅₀ = 6.9 nm ). They also showed more than 50% antiproliferative activity against the MCF‐7 breast cancer cells at 20 μm . This study demonstrated the potential lead of the diamino‐triazaspirodienes in anticancer chemotherapeutical agents’ discovery.
