A complex study of the effects of Acilact on the immune and interferon status, phagocyte defense, and cytokine balance in sickly children showed that Acilact had a positive effect on the immune system in these patients. The preparation is able to normalize abnormal immune parameters, and does not influence healthy immune system. In some ways Acilact has advantages over IRS 19 vaccine. Simultaneous administration of these two preparations is appropriate in some cases.  相似文献

The analysis of diagnostics and treatment of 602 patients with destructive pancreatitis has shown that definition of etiological and pathogenetic forms of pancreatitis defines strategy of treatment. In this way, patients with biliary pancreatitis require emergency operative treatment with use of endoscopic interventions without dependence from a stage of disease. To patients with alcoholic or alimentary pancreatitis in the stage of enzymatic toxemia conservative treatment should be spent only, until shock and/or delirium won't be reduced. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography + endoscopic papillosphincterotomy with concrement removal from common bile duct--is the operation of choice in case of acute biliary pancreatitis at the first stage. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the operation of choice at the second stage of disease. At destructive pancreatitis of other origin in a stage of the infection or necrotic suppurative inflammation use of open and closed small invasive methods of intervention is most proved. Given tactics of treatment has allowed to lower severity of clinical course, frequency of complications and lethality.  相似文献

Etiological structure of urine microflora was studied in patients with acute and chronic pyelonephritis. Gram-negative microorganisms dominated. Antilysozyme activity of 175 bacterial strains was studied. Detectability and potency of persisting potential were assessed regarding infectious-inflammatory process course. High antilysozyme activity of bacteria was revealed. This indicates potential ability of the bacteria to persist in the patients.  相似文献

Background Lipodystrophies are a heterogeneous group of diseases characterized by abnormal fat distribution. Familial partial lipodystrophy 2 (FPLD2) is due to mutations in the LMNA gene. Previous studies have suggested that LMNA mutations 5′ to the nuclear localization signal (NLS) are more likely to underlie laminopathies with cardiac or skeletal muscle involvement, while mutations 3′ to the NLS are more likely to underlie lipodystrophy and progeroid syndromes. Objective To study the clinical and molecular features of a subject with FPLD. Subjects and methods We carried out mutational analysis of LMNA gene in a woman with FPLD phenotype and in her relatives. Insulin resistance was evaluated by minimal model. Body composition was evaluated by dual‐energy X‐ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Echocardiography was done in affected subjects. 3T3‐L1 preadipocytes were transfected with wild‐type or mutant prelamin A constructs. In transfected cells, lamin A was detected using a Cy3‐conjugated monoclonal anti‐FLAG antibody. Results The patient showed atypical fat distribution, insulin resistance, severe aortic stenosis and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. She has an affected 11‐year‐old son, not yet lipodystrophic but with an incipient aortic disease. LMNA sequencing showed that mother and son were both heterozygous for a novel c.1772G > T missense mutation in exon 11, which causes the substitution of the cysteine at residue 591 by a phenylalanine (C591F). In mouse preadipocytes transfected with the mutant human LMNA gene, the mutant lamin A isoform was mislocated in the nucleus. Conclusions This patient shows a novel clinical form of FPLD2, due to a mutation affecting lamin A only, with cardiac involvement.  相似文献

Treatment results of 1048 elderly patients, operated on the cholelithiasis, were analyzed. The group of minilaparotomic access cholecystectomy numbered 488 (46,6%) patients; the second group consisted of 560 (53,4%) patients, who had the traditional operation. All patients were operated on in a single hospital during 1998-2008 yy. The cholecystectomy from minilaparotomic access proved to be less traumatic and preferable for elderly patients. The rate of postoperative morbidity was 5,7%, mortality - 0,2%. The procedure, though, is subjected to the experienced surgeons.  相似文献

43 patients aged 60-84 years were operated on calculous cholecystitis. Patients were divided according to the operative technique: laparoscopic and traditional. For the first time the venom of recently established viper species Vipera nikolskii was fractionated and two heterodimeric phospholipases A(2) (HDP-1 and HDP-2) were isolated. Isolation of HDP-1 and HDP-2 is the first indication of the presence of two heterodimeric phospholipases A(2) in the venom of one viper species. When tested on the frog neuromuscular junction, isolated proteins affected neuromuscular transmission acting presynaptically. Using RP-HPLC, each heterodimer was separated into two monomeric subunits: basic phospholipase A(2) (HDP-1P and HDP-2P) and acidic component without enzymatic activity (HDP-In). The complete primary structures of subunits were deduced from corresponding sequences of cDNAs. The determined amino acid sequences were homologous to those of vipoxin from Vipera ammodytes and vaspin from Vipera aspis. Similar proteins were not found earlier in the well-studied venom of Vipera berus, the species from which V. nikolskii was recently separated. Our finding supports at the biochemical level the correctness of the establishment of V. nikolskii as an independent species. The finding of similar proteins (HDPs and vipoxin) in geographically remote species (V. nikolskii and V. ammodytes) corroborates the hypothesis about the pre-existence of genes encoding these proteins in all true viper species and their expression under certain conditions.  相似文献

An experimental study in 19 mongrel dogs with myocardial reperfusion demonstrated the pathogenetic role of microcirculatory disturbances, conducive to cardiomyocyte damage. Electron microscopic and biochemical investigation showed that the accumulation of fluid was mainly due to inflated bound-water fraction, and the development of interstitial and, to a smaller degree, intracellular edema was connected with increased permeability of the histohematic border. Ultrastructural changes were more pronounced in the infarcted and marginal zones, while the intact zone showed adaptive changes only.  相似文献
