为探讨云南白药对血小板活化的影响 ,应用单克隆抗体法 ,并用流式细胞仪对 2 0 6例男性腹股沟斜疝患者血小板活化分子标志物进行检测 ,同时检测血浆凝血物质和 D-二聚体含量。结果显示 :服药组血小板明显活化与对照组比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,凝血物质和 D-二聚体与对照组比较无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :云南白药能增加血小板活化 ,促进局部止血 ,但它不影响凝血物质和 D-二聚体的含量 ,不增加血栓形成的危险。  相似文献

Bone marrow stromal cells (MSCs) increase vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and promote angiogenesis after stroke. Angiopoietin-1 (Ang1) and its receptor Tie2 mediate vascular integrity and angiogenesis as does VEGF and its receptors. In this study, we tested whether MSC treatment of stroke increases Ang1/Tie2 expression, and whether Ang1/Tie2 with VEGF/ vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) (Flk1), in combination, induced by MSCs enhances angiogenesis and vascular integrity. Male Wistar rats were subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo) and treated with or without MSCs. Marrow stromal cell treatment significantly decreased blood-brain barrier (BBB) leakage and increased Ang1, Tie2, and occludin (a tight junction protein) expression in the ischemic border compared with MCAo control. To further test the mechanisms of MSC-induced angiogenesis and vascular stabilization, cocultures of MSCs with mouse brain endothelial cells (MBECs) or astrocytes were performed. Supernatant derived from MSCs cocultured with MBECs significantly increased MBEC expression of Ang1/Tie2 and Flk1 compared with MBEC alone. Marrow stromal cells cocultured with astrocytes also significantly increased astrocyte VEGF and Ang1/Tie2 expression compared with astrocyte culture alone. Conditioned media from MSCs alone, and media from cocultures of MSCs with astrocytes or MBECs, all significantly increased capillary tube-like formation of MBEC compared with control Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium media. Inhibition of Flk1 and/or Ang1 significantly decreased MSC-induced MBEC tube formation. Knockdown of Tie2 expression in MBECs significantly inhibited MSC-induced tube formation. Our data indicate MSC treatment of stroke promotes angiogenesis and vascular stabilization, which is at least partially mediated by VEGF/Flk1 and Ang1/Tie2.  相似文献

Glial glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1) plays an essential role in removing glutamate from the extracellular space and maintaining the glutamate below neurotoxic level in the brain. To explore whether GLT-1 plays a role in the acquisition of brain ischemic tolerance (BIT) induced by cerebral ischemic preconditioning (CIP), the present study was undertaken to observe in vivo changes in the expression of GLT-1 and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in the CA1 hippocampus during the induction of BIT, and the effect of dihydrokainate (DHK), an inhibitor of GLT-1, on the acquisition of BIT in rats. Immunohistochemistry for GFAP showed that the processes of astrocytes were prolonged after a CIP 2 days before the lethal ischemic insult, which could protect pyramidal neurons in the CA1 hippocampus against delayed neuronal death induced normally by lethal ischemic insult. The prolonged processes extended into the area between the pyramidal neurons and tightly surrounded them. These changes made the pyramidal layer look like a 'shape grid'. Simultaneously, the prolonged and extended processes showed a great deal of GLT-1. Western blotting analysis showed significant upregulation of GLT-1 expression after the CIP, especially when it was administered 2 days before the subsequent lethal ischemic insult. Neuropathological evaluation by thionin staining showed that DHK dose-dependently blocked the protective role of CIP against delayed neuronal death induced normally by lethal brain ischemia. It might be concluded that the surrounding of pyramidal neurons by astrocytes and upregulation of GLT-1 induced by CIP played an important role in the acquisition of the BIT induced by CIP.  相似文献

Spectral slope of vowels produced by tracheoesophageal speakers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Spectra of vowels were analyzed to determine whether differences exist between the spectral slope of vowels produced by tracheoesophageal (TE) speakers and normal speakers and, if so, to quantify such differences. The linear predictive autocorrelation method was used to calculate smoothed spectra and the spectra were normalized with respect to a low frequency component. Comparisons between normalized spectral energy within a selected high frequency range revealed that energy within this frequency range for vowels produced by TE speakers was significantly higher than that produced by normal speakers. A least-square distance matching procedure was used to quantify speaker group differences in the spectral slope of vowels. Average spectra of vowels produced by the normal speakers could be matched to average spectra of vowels produced by the TE speakers by decreasing the spectral slope of their vowels by 2-3 dB/octave.  相似文献

Nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) plays a key role in inflammation, which is involved in the development of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). In the present study, we assessed the potential role of NF-kappaB in regulation of cerebral vasospasm. Nuclear factor-kappaB DNA-binding activity was measured in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) treated with hemolysate and pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC, 80 micromol/L), an inhibitor of NF-kappaB. Forty-two rabbits were divided into three groups: control, SAH, and PDTC groups (n=14 for each group). The caliber of the basilar artery was evaluated. Nuclear factor-kappaB DNA-binding activity and the gene expression levels of cytokines and adhesion molecules in the basilar artery were measured. Immunohistochemical study was performed to assess the expression and localization of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha, intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM)-1, and myeloperoxidase (MPO). It was observed that NF-kappaB DNA-binding activity was significantly increased by treatment with hemolysate in cultured VSCMs, but this increase was suppressed by pretreatment with PDTC. Severe vasospasm was observed in the SAH group, which was attenuated in the PDTC group. Subarachnoid hemorrhage could induce increases of NF-kappaB DNA-binding activity and the gene expression levels of TNF-alpha, interleukin (IL)-1 beta, ICAM-1, and vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM)-1, which were reduced in the PDTC group. Immunohistochemical study demonstrated that the expression levels of TNF-alpha, ICAM-1, and MPO were all increased in the SAH group, but these increases were attenuated in the PDTC group. Our results suggest that NF-kappaB is activated in the arterial wall after SAH, which potentially leads to vasospasm development through induction of inflammatory response.  相似文献

米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕药物流产已被广泛应用于临床,其完全流产率达90%以上,有效、安全、对身体损伤轻,许多妇女愿意选择药物流产。但药物流产存在阴道流血量多,持续时间长,易发生不全流产及致贫血、休克等弊端。笔者2003年8月~2006年10月,在口服米非司酮的第1天使用自拟中药益母煎治疗早期妊娠药物流产50例,起效快,排出孕囊完整,出血时间短,加速了流产时间,提高了疗效,现报道如下。  相似文献

The goblet cell density in the nasai inferior fornical conjunctiva was determined in 43 normal subjects (57 eyes). The mean number of goblets per 100 epithelial cells was found to be 10.17 +/- 2.81 in the young averaging 25 years and 5.25 +/- 3.38 in the aged averaging 62 years (P less than 0.01). The relation between the morphological features of the epithelial cells and the number of goblet cells was discussed.  相似文献

目的:回顾心理咨询在中国产生、发展的历史和现状,提出存在的问题和不足,展望21世纪心理咨询发展的前景和趋势。资料来源:通过整理专家专题讲座笔记和手工查阅与心理咨询相关的资料熏检索词“心理咨询”熏并限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取心理咨询文献开始查找全文。纳入与心理咨询相关的研究。资料提炼:根据国内外关于心理咨询的研究资料和印刷品资源中心理咨询相关资料进行归纳和概括,提取相关资料并进行整合。纳入与国外心理咨询历史发展和生态学有关,与中国心理咨询发展与现状有关的资料。资料综合:心理咨询在发达国家虽然已有近百年的历史,但在中国才刚刚起步阶段,广大心理咨询工作者经过近20多年的不懈地努力,心理咨询理论和方法虽然有了雏形,还需要进一步的完善。结论:借鉴国外心理咨询发展的新理论和新方法,是发展中国心理咨询理论与方法的有效途径。可以认为,生态观将成为21世纪心理咨询发展的大趋势之一。  相似文献
