The patterns of total protein synthesis by the mouse early embryos during the peri-implantation period and by the uterine tissue from the 2-cell to the blastocyst stages were analysed.There were large quantities of acid proteins in the developing embryos.Two specific proteins were found with PI5.5 in the blastocyst and PI9.0 morula and blastocyst.On the other hand,2 specific proteins with PI5.05 and 5.70 were found only in the pregnant uterine tissue and flushings,but not in non-pregnant samples. Based on the results of the present investigation,it is reasonable to assume that changes of protein synthesis both in the embryos and in the uterine tissue during the peri-implantation period may be required for the establishment of a successful and normal pregnancy. 相似文献

目的:研究细胞间粘附因子-1(ICAM-1)在着床期外周血淋巴细胞(PBLC)、子宫内膜及蜕膜细胞(EC/DC)中的不同表达特点及动态变化规律。方法:以着床期小鼠为动物模型,细胞分析采用单抗免疫荧光标主多参数流式细胞术分析技术。结果:发现ICAM-1在PBLC、EC/DC中的均存在明显的动态变化;其中ICAM-1的表达在PBLC中于妊娠第2天(D2)达最低小平,而在EC/DC中于妊娠第4天(D4) 相似文献

本文研究了RU486对体外着床前不同时期小鼠胚胎的RNA聚合酶活性及糖蛋白合成的影响。RNA聚合酶活性以~3H-尿嘧啶核苷(~3H-尿苷)的掺入率为指标,糖蛋白合成以~3H-氨基葡萄糖的掺入量为依据。实验发现:10~(-7)M~10~(-5)MRU486使各期胚胎~3H-尿苷及~3H-氨基葡萄糖掺入降低(P<0.05~0.01);在10~(-6)MRU486处理同时加入10~(-7)M~10~(-5)M孕酮,则各期胚胎两种前体的掺入有不同程度的恢复(P<0.05)。实验结果说明RU486可直接作用于着床前小鼠胚胎,而且这种作用与孕酮相拮抗,为RU486抗早孕提供了一种理论依据。 相似文献
