There are lots of methods for curing stroke now but the effect of function al rehabilitation is different.This paper deals with the rehabilitation effect of blood therapy after laser magnetization on patients with stroke.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of blood therapy after laser magnetization on patients with stroke.UNIT:Department of Internal Medicine,Central Hospital of Jinzhou City.RESULTS:In treatment group,62 cases achieved recovery (64.6%),10cases achieved obvious effect(10.4%),18 cases achieved effect(18%) and 6 cases achieved no effect(6.3).The total effective rate was 93.8%;In control group,38 cases achieved recovery(39.6%),19 cases achieved obvious effect(20.0%),27 cases achieved effect(28.1%) cases achieved no effect(12.5%).The total effective rate was 87.5%.There were obvious differences between two groups(P&;lt;0.01).DISCUSSION:The blood therapy after laser magnetization can accelerate erythropoiesis,quickly improve saturation of blood oxygen and partial pressure of oxygen and improve state of anoxia of brain and factilitate recovery of cerebral function.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the effects of contralaterally controlled functional electrical stimulation (CCFES) on upper limb functions in subjects with stroke.; Method: Sixty subjects with stroke were randomly assigned to treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Subjects in treatment group received CCFES to the affected wrist extensors, while control group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES). The parameters of two kinds of electrical stimulation were square wave with pulse width of 200μs and frequency of 60Hz, and these electrical stimulation treatments lasted for 20min per session, 5 sessions per week for 3 weeks. The two groups all received traditional rehabilitation therapy in addition to the electrical stimulation treatment. The stimulation intensity of CCFES was based on myoelectric value got from the unaffected side while subjects voluntarily extended their wrist with minimal contraction (less than 10% maximal voluntary contraction[MVC]), moderate contraction (about 50% MVC) and complete contraction (=MVC). The myoelectric intensities of these 3 kinds contractions were recorded. Then during treatment, the unaffected wrist extended voluntarily to trigger affected wrist 3 contractions with the same amplitude by regulating the stimulation. Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) for upper limb function, upper limb motricity index (MI), FTHUE-HK score and active ROM (AROM) of wrist extension were measured before and after 3 weeks treatment.; Result: After treatment, subjects in treatment group showed significant improvements in all the measurements (P<0.05); subjects in control group showed obviously improvements in upper limb FMA, MI and FTHUE-HK scores (P<0.05). And subjects in treatment group showed significant higher FMA and FTHUE- HK scores than those in control group(P<0.05).; Conclusion: The CCFES could facilitate the improvement of upper limb function in stroke subjects, and had better effects than NMES. ©, 2014, Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine. Objective To observe the effect of allicin on the action potential duration (APD) and L-type calcium current (ICa, L) in the ventricular myocytes of rabbits with heart failure in order to explore the mechanisms of therapeutic effect of allicin on cardiac arrhythmias complicated with heart failure. Methods Forty-five New Zealand White male rabbits were randomly (random number) assigned to 3 groups (n=15 in each group): sham operated group (sham group), heart failure group (HF group), and heart failure treated with allicin group (HF+AU group). The rabbit heart failure model was established by abdominal aortic constriction coupled with aortic regurgitation, the ventricular myocytes were obtained by enzyme double digestion, and the whole cell clamp was used to record action potential and calcium current.The action potential duration (APD), ICa, L and gating mechanism were observed during heart failure and allicin administered. Data were processed with pCLAMP version 10.2. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0. Comparisons among groups were carried out using ANOVA, and SNK-g was used for multiple comparison as post-hoc. Results (1) Prolonged APD was found during heart failure, APD50 was prolonged from (93.4±4.7) ms in sham group to (115.5±6.2) ms in HF group (P<0.01). After administration of allicin 30 umol/L, APD50 was shortened to (105.2±5.5) ms (P<0.05). (2) The density of ICa, L increased during heart failure, peak current density increased increased from (-8.4±0.6) pA/pF in sham group to (-15.1±1.1) pA/pF while 0 mV attained at depolarizations (P<0.01). After administration of allicin 30 μmol/L, the current density reduced to (-10.1±0.8) pA/pF (P<0.01). The effect of allicin presented in both voltage dependent and consentration dependent manner. (3) According to the gating mechanism study, the main mechanism of lowering the density of ICa, L by allicin after heart failure was the acceleration of the steady inactivation of the channel, and the de-escalation of the recovery kinetic after the inactivation of the channel. Conclusions Allcin can be used to reduce the calcium current of ventricular myocytes in animal heart failure model, it has the potential of clinical use in treating cardiac arrhythmias during heart failure. © 2018 Chinese Medical Association.
