非布司他是一种新型选择性黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂,主要用于具有痛风症状的高尿酸血症患者的治疗。非布司他的推荐起始剂量为40 mg,1次/d。目前尚无充分依据证实非布司他降尿酸的临床疗效优于别嘌醇,但有研究提示在合并糖尿病或年龄≥65岁的痛风患者中,非布司他80 mg/d组的治疗效果更佳。非布司他常见的不良反应包括肝功能异常、腹泻、头痛、恶心及皮疹等,心血管系统不良反应与别嘌醇比较尚未发现差异有统计学意义。 相似文献

目的 研究非布司他的降解产物。方法 强制降解后以LC-MS测定,根据质谱测定结果结合结构及反应机制推测降解产物结构。结果 推测降解产物为2-[3-氰基-4-(2-异丁氧基)苯基]-4-甲基噻唑-5-羧酸甲酯、2-[3-氨基甲酰基-4(2-异丁氧基-)苯基]-4-甲基噻唑-5-羧酸、2-[3-氰基-4-(2-异丁氧基)苯基]-4-甲基-1-氧化噻唑-5-羧酸甲酯以及非布司他的二聚体。结论 该法为研究非布司他的稳定性及其可能的降解途径提供了参考。 相似文献

利用Sephadex LH-20、ODS C18以及硅胶等柱色谱方法,对广东紫珠化学成分进行分离与纯化.根据理化性质以及波谱方法(1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS等)对化合物进行结构鉴定.从中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为1,3-二咖啡酰基奎尼酸(1)、1,5-二咖啡酰基奎尼酸(2)、3-咖啡酰基奎尼酸(3)、2-羟基-5-甲氧基苯甲酸(4)、2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(5)、对羟基苯乙醇(6)、香草酸(7)、连翘酯苷B(8)和金石蚕苷(9).化合物1~7为首次从该属中分离得到. 相似文献

目的对红接骨草进行生药学研究,为临床和进一步开发利用提供鉴别依据。方法用传统的方法对药材性状进行鉴定;用滑走切片法和徒手切片法对茎、叶进行切片,用常规的显微技术观察组织构造和显微特征;用一般理化方法进行理化鉴定。结果发现茎横切面中皮层和髓部宽广,其中含有较多草酸钙方晶和淀粉粒;韧皮部和木质部较窄;叶横切面中上下表皮具大量的,由4-6个细胞组成的结节状非腺毛;中脉维管束8-12束,排列成半圆形;侧脉维管束明显,紧挨栅栏组织下方。茎、叶粉末中纤维梭形,多单个存在,先端钝,壁厚,孔沟明显。结论运用以上方法进行鉴定具有快速、简便、省时、准确的优点。 相似文献

Abstract A new sesquiterpene lactone (1) was obtained from the cytotoxic fraction of 95% ethanol extract of root barks of Tsoongiodendron odorum Chun together with two known sesquiterpene lactones, costunolide (2) and parthenolide (3). The structure of 1 was elucidated as 5α, 6α, 7β, 10β-11α, 13-dihydro-4(15)-eudesmene-12, 6-olide on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence including X-ray diffraction analysis. Costunolide showed cytotoxic activity against human leukemia (HL-60) cell line. Parthenolide showed promising cytotoxic activities in vitro against HCT-8, Bel-7402, SKOV3, KB, HELA and EJ cell lines. Also, the cytotoxic ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract of the root barks from which three chemical components were isolated showed promising cytotoxic activities in vitro against KB, BGC-823, Bel-7402, HCT-8, HL-60 cell lines. 相似文献

Chun Mee tea is a kind of green tea produced in China mainly for export purposes. Foam quantity is usually used as an index for evaluating the quality of Chun Mee tea. In the current study, we compared the concentrations of total saponin and flavonoids between foamy and low-foam Chun Mee tea. Our research confirmed that the total saponin and O-glycosylated flavonoid concentrations were related to the foam quantity of Chun Mee teas. We also studied the short-term safety effects of extract supplementation with foamy and low-foam Chun Mee tea in rats by routine blood tests and analysis of liver and kidney function, and blood lipids. Our results showed that both types of tea extract supplementations did not cause any observable adverse effects or impair either liver or kidney function. Additionally, this study confirmed the beneficial effects of Chun Mee tea extract supplementation on the decrease of total plasma cholesterol. 相似文献

目的:建立微乳液相色谱法同时测定广东紫珠中5,4′-二羟基-3,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮、鼠李秦素、华良姜素、岳桦素、毡毛美洲茶素5种黄酮成分。方法:微乳体系组成的流动相为:2.2% (w/w)SDS -1.5%(w/w) 正辛烷-7.75% (w/w)正丁醇- 0.5%(v/v)三乙胺(用H3PO4调节pH3.7),色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)柱;检测波长350nm;流速0.8mL.min-1;进样量10μL;柱温为30℃。结果:广东紫珠中5种黄酮成分在30min内达到完全分离,在1.520-72.25μg.mL-1范围内,5个黄酮成分的线性相关系数r≥0.9995,平均回收率99.6%-100.5%。结论:本方法可应用于中广东紫珠中5种黄酮成分的质量分析。 相似文献

目的 研究超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法 采用正交试验,考察提取压力、温度、时间以及夹带剂用量对广东紫珠中总黄酮化合物提取率的影响。结果 超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠总黄酮化合物最佳工艺条件为:压力40 MPa、温度40 ℃、时间1 h、夹带剂用量为4.5 mL·g^-1,最佳条件下总黄酮提取率为6.27%,含量为65.21%。结论 超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠总黄酮工艺简单、提取率高。 相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取法提取广东紫珠低极性成分,应用气相色谱-质谱法分析提取物的化学组成,结合计算机检索技术初步鉴定所分离的化合物,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量,并考察各分离釜提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的体外抗菌活性。结果从超临界CO2流体萃取分离釜Ⅰ提取物中初步鉴定了27个化合物,占总离子流图峰面积的81.12%;超临界CO2流体萃取分离釜Ⅱ提取物初步鉴定了20个化合物,占总离子流图峰面积的74.60%。广东紫珠超临界CO2萃取分离釜Ⅰ、Ⅱ提取物及二者1︰1混合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌显示出抗菌活性。 相似文献
