香附乙醇提取物微囊化前后的解热效应比较   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的观察香附乙醇提取物微囊化前后的解热效应。方法以阿司匹林为阳性对照,用细菌内毒素致大鼠发热为发热模型,比较观察香附乙醇提取物微囊化前后的解热效应。结果香附乙醇提取物微囊化前后均有明显的解热效应,但微囊化后解热效应不及微囊化前。结论香附乙醇提物(乙醇提取总成分)微囊化后其解热作用强度降低。  相似文献

α-香附酮的分离及其解热镇痛作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的研究香附有效成分α-香附酮的解热镇痛作用。方法通过乙醇提取、硅胶柱层析分离、核磁共振等手段进行结构解析,确定中药香附中具有解热镇痛作用的有效成分为α-香附酮。再采用内毒素致家兔发热模型、小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板法实验,考察α-香附酮的药效作用。结果与模型组比较,α-香附酮能降低内毒素致家兔发热的体温(P<0.05),对醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应有抑制作用(P<0.05),但是对热板法所致的小鼠痛阈反应时间无明显作用(P>0.05)。结论α-香附酮是香附发挥解热镇痛作用的有效成分之一,α-香附酮可能通过外周机制发挥镇痛作用。  相似文献

目的确定香附治疗痛经的有效部位。方法观察香附有机溶剂系统分离的提取部位对缩宫素所致小鼠痛经模型的影响。结果香附的石油醚、乙酸乙酯部位能明显减少缩宫素所致的小鼠扭体次数,与模型组对照有极显著性或显著性差异。结论香附的石油醚、乙酸乙酯部位是治疗痛经的有效部位。  相似文献

目的 研究黄桂灌肠剂的抗炎与解热镇痛作用。方法 用黄桂灌肠剂给大鼠灌肠,观察其对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀,大鼠痛阈值的影响。用黄桂灌肠剂给家兔灌肠,观察其对家兔发热的影响。结果 黄桂灌肠剂能明显抑制大鼠足跖肿胀,提高大鼠痛阈值,抑制家兔的发热反应。结论 黄桂灌肠剂具有抗炎与解热镇痛作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨热毒宁注射液解热镇痛作用。方法:SD大鼠背部皮下注射酵母复制发热模型,尾静脉注射热毒宁注射液,剂量分别为10.16 g?kg-1、5.08 g?kg-1、2.54 g?kg-1,观察不同时间动物体温变化;ICR小鼠连续7日尾静脉注射热毒宁注射液,剂量分别为20.30 g?kg-1、10.15 g?kg-1、5.08 g?kg-1,采用扭体法、热板法和小鼠爪痛测试进行镇痛实验。结果:热毒宁注射液高剂量和中剂量可以明显降低发热动物的体温(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时均可明显降低醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),明显提高小鼠热板和爪痛的痛阈值(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:热毒宁注射液具有较好的解热镇痛作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨地锦草提取物的镇痛作用.方法 采用热板法和醋酸扭体法致痛.观察大、小剂量的地锦草水提物和醇提物灌胃给药的镇痛作用.结果 大剂量地锦草醇提物对小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法致痛有非常显著的镇痛作用,与生理盐水对照组比较和自身给药前比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);大剂量地锦草水提物对小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法致痛有显著的镇痛作用,与生理盐水对照组比较和自身给药前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);小剂量地锦草提取物的镇痛作用与生理盐水对照组比较和自身给药前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论 地锦草提取物具有镇痛作用.  相似文献

目的 考察香附抗抑郁活性提取物及其量效关系.方法 通过三种动物模型,即小鼠悬尾实验(TST)、强迫游泳实验(FST)和开场实验(OFT)模型,首次测试香附95%乙醇提取物(醇提物,XF-E)及其水提物(XF-W)的抗抑郁活性.结果 ①在抗抑郁活性提取物筛选方面:XF-E (2 g/kg)可使小鼠在TST及FST的不动时间均显著性缩短(P<0.05),而XF-W(2g/kg)对此均无显著性差异(P>0.05);各组小鼠OFT穿格次数比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05).②在活性提取物量效关系方面:XF-E(1,2g/kg)均可使小鼠在TST及FST的不动时间显著性缩短(P<0.05),XF-E (0.5 g/kg)对此亦有缩短趋势(P>0.05).结论 首次证实XF-E为香附具有抗抑郁作用的活性提取物,且XF-E呈现出良好的量效关系.  相似文献

 目的:比较茵陈蒿汤乙醇提取物与水提取物对CCl4导致的肝损伤小鼠的保肝效果。方法:以CCL4造小鼠肝损伤模型,用比色法检测两者对肝体比、总胆固醇(CH)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、甘油三酯(TG)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标的抑制作用。结果:茵陈蒿汤乙醇提取物对以上诸指标的抑制作用明显优于水提取物(P<0.05),并呈剂量依赖。结论:茵陈蒿汤乙醇提取物的抗肝损伤效果优于水提取物。  相似文献

Austroplenckia populnea (Reiss.) Lund. is a Brazilian Cerrado plant belonging to the Celastraceae family. Hexane and methanol extracts of leaves were investigated for their antiulcerogenic (ethanol and indomethacin/bethanecol induced gastric damage) and analgesic (writhing and tail-flick tests) activities in mice. Acute toxic effects also were evaluated. Oral administration of both extracts at a dose of 1000 mg/kg significantly reduced the total area of the lesion, the relative area of lesion and the ulcerative index in ethanol-induced gastric damage, but both extracts were inactive in the indomethacin/bethanecol-induced gastric damage test. A dose dependent effect was determined with the hexane extract in the ethanol-induced lesions test. The hexane and methanol extracts reduced the number of contortions in the writhing test, but both extracts were inactive in the tail-flick immersion test.  相似文献

目的:研究乌梢蛇提取液各部位的抗炎及镇痛作用,为乌梢蛇临床应用提供科学依据。方法:采用热板法、冰醋酸刺激致痛法研究乌梢蛇提取液各部位对小鼠痛阈的影响,利用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症模型和腹腔染料渗出法测定乌梢蛇提取物的抗炎作用。结果:乌梢蛇提取物水溶性部位250mg/kg、375mg/kg能明显延长小鼠热板痛阈时间,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸致腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均有明显的抑制作用。结论:乌梢蛇提取物水溶性部位有一定的抗炎及镇痛作用。  相似文献

This study aimed to assess the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Fructus Rosae Multiflorae (FRM, hips of Rosa multiflora Thunb.). FRM was extracted with 75% ethanol and the dried extract (FRME) was administered intragastrically (i.g.) at 100, 200 and 400mg/kg. The anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated in four experimental animal models and analgesic effect in two animal models. Pretreatment with a single dose of FRME produced significant dose-dependent anti-inflammatory effects on carrageenin-induced rat hind paw edema, xylene-induced mouse ear edema and acetic acid-induced mouse vascular permeation. In a 7-day study, daily administration of FRME suppressed cotton pellet-induced rat granuloma formation. Pretreatment with a single dose of FRME also produced dose-dependent anti-nociceptive effects in thermally- and chemically induced mouse pain models. In addition, a single dose of FRME at 2.4g/kg body weight (equivalent to 87.6g of dried hips per kg body weight) produced no observable acute toxicity in mice within seven days. These results demonstrate that FRME possesses anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and has no obvious acute toxicity, which advanced our understanding of the folk use of FRM in treating various inflammatory disorders.  相似文献

Aim of the study

This study evaluates the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of the ethanol and aqueous extracts of a Tibetan herb Pterocephalus hookeri (C.B. Clarke) Höeck to provide experimental evidence for its traditional use such as cold, flu and rheumatoid arthritis.

Materials and methods

Investigations on the analgesic effects of P. hookeri (C.B. Clarke) Höeck were carried out, including hot-plate test and acetic acid-induced writhing. The anti-inflammatory activities were observed by utilizing the following models: carrageenin-induced edema of the hind paw of rats, cotton pellet-induced granuloma formation in rats, acetic acid-induced permeability, and xylene-induced ear edema in mice. The effects of the administration of indomethacin were also studied.

Results

It has been shown that the ethanol and aqueous extracts significantly increased the hot-plate pain threshold and reduced acetic acid-induced writhing response in mice. The ethanol and aqueous extracts remarkably inhibited the increase in vascular permeability induced by acetic acid and ear edema induced by xylene. The ethanol extract also significantly decreased the carrageenin-induced rat paw edema perimeter and inhibited the increase of granuloma weight.

Conclusion

The results show that the ethanol and aqueous extracts have both central and peripheral analgesic activities and as anti-inflammatory effects, supporting the traditional application of this herb in treating various diseases associated with inflammation and pain.  相似文献

Crude ethanol and water extract of leaves and barks from Cassia alata were tested in vitro against fungi, (Aspergillus fumigatus and Microsporum canis), yeast (Candida albicans) and bacteria (Staphylococcus aereus and Escherichia coli). C. albicans showed concentration-dependent susceptibility towards both the ethanol and water extracts from the barks, but resistant towards the extracts of leaves. The degree of susceptibility varied, the water extract from barks showed bigger inhibition zone than the ethanol extracts (12-16 and 10-14 mm, diameter respectively). The growth of Aspergillus fumigatus and Microsporum canis were not affected by all types of the plant extracts. Results were comparable to standard antifungal drug Tioconazole (18 mm diameter) at equivalent concentration. The anti-bacterial activity of C. alata extracts on S. aureus was detected with only the leaves extracts using water and ethanol. The water extract exhibited higher antibacterial activity than the ethanol extract from leaves (inhibition zones of 11-14 and 9-11 mm, respectively). E. coli showed resistance to all types of extracts. Based on the current findings, it can be concluded that this plant has antimicrobial activity, which is as potent as standard antimicrobial drugs against certain microorganisms.  相似文献

To compare Transcutaneous Nerve Stimulation Analgesia (TNSA) with Electroacupuncture Analgesia (AA), we observed their effect and mechanism parallelly. The results are as follows: 1. Both TNSA and AA can produce significant current-dependent analgesia. The latency of AA is shorter than that of TNSA. 2. Under the present condition (lower-frequency, lower-intensity) naloxone can antagonize partly AA but not TNSA. 3. TNSA effect could be blocked partly by deep or intradermal injection of procaine into points. However, AA effect could be almost blocked completely by deep injection and not by intradermal injection of procaine.  相似文献
