Objective To compare the curative effects of intertrochantefie fractures in aged by two operative methods. Methods 85 cases of elderly patients suffered from intertrechanteric fractures were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Out of the 85 cases,45 cases were treated with dynamic hip screw(DHS) and 40 cases were fixed with Gamma nails. The curative effects and complications were compared simultaneously. The complications of DHS group (11.1%) were significanfly higher than that of Gamma nail group(2. 5%) (X2 =3.94,P<0. 05). Conclusion As long as the physical condition can toler-ate,surgery recommend the use of DHS and Gamma nail surgical techniques in aged patients with intertrechanteric fractures.

中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Objective To investigate the curative effect of western combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into western combined with traditional Chinese therapy group(group A) and western medicine group(group B) ,each group 100 cases.B group was conducted with the general anti - inflammatory, dehydration, nerve pain and nutritional therapy,and A group was given the traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the base of B group.After 3 weeks treatment, the curative effect, VAS score and hospital stay were observed.Results A total effective rate 90.0% in group A was higher than B group 73.0% ( x2 = 3.987 ,P < 0.05); The scores of VAS after treatment 4 weeks[(1.1 ±1.23、0.9 ±0.6)/point]were lower than before treatment[(8.6 ± 1.43,8.8 ± 1.382)/point]in two groups(t =2.301,2.335,all P<0.05) ;The scores of VAS after treatment 3d and 1 week in group A[(5.5 ±0.92) point,(2.7±1.14) point] were lower than group B[(8.2 ±0.59) point,(5.3 ±0.91) point] (t =2.405,2.435,all P<0.05);The hospital days(20.1 ±3.5)d in group A was significantly lower than group B(27.6 ±4.3)d( t = 2.314,P <0.05).Conclusion Western combined with traditional Chinese medicine had better clinical efficacy in teatrent of patients with acute lumbar disc hemiation.     

甲状腺疾病患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1测定的临床意义

Objective To explore the contents and clinical significance of soluble intracellular adhesion molecule-1 ( sICAM-1 ) in patients with single goitre,Graves'and Hashimoto disease. Methods The contents of sICAM-1 in 100 cases of simple goiter group, Graves disease (GD) group 250 cases, Hashimot group 50 cases and 100 normal control were examined by sICAM-1 Radioimmunoassay(RIA) method,and the results were analyzed. Results There were no significant difference of sICAM-1 contents between ( 170.43 ± 34. 23 ) μg/L in normal control group and ( 182.48 ± 40.05) μg/L in simple goiter group( t = 1. 104, P ＞ 0. 05 ); The contents of slCAM-1 in GD group and HT group [( 279.93 ± 86.69) μg/L、 (250.36 ± 81.56) μg/L] were higher than the control group( t = 2.310,2. 210, all P ＜0. 05) ;The sICAM-1 contents in 3 species.methods after treatment [( 178.95 ±59.78) μg/L, ( 185.65 ±53.25)μg/L, (259.41 ± 71.46) μg/L)] were significantly lower than before treatment [(316.53 ± 66.13) μg/L, (277.79±64.30)μg/L,(285.71 ±72.14)μg/L](t=2.312,2.278,2.328,all P ＜0.05);After the Graves'patients were treated and their thyroid function were normal,their serum sICAM-1 levels( 251.92 ± 77.75 )μg/L were lower than that( 329.34 ± 90.47 ) μg/L in relapse Graves'group( t= 2.412 ,P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion sICAM-1 RIA can be used as a parameter in diagnosing autoimmune thyroid diseases and in evaluating effects of therapy,stopping medicine or the relapse of Graves' disease.

目的介绍国内外中药白花前胡提取成分对心血管作用的研究进展 ,为研究和开发中草药提供参考。方法以国内外大量有代表性的文献为基础 ,进行分析、整理和归纳。结果白花前胡提取成分保护心血管作用可能通过以下机制 :a .阻滞钙内流 ;b .抑制血小板聚集作用 ;c .促钾通道开放 ;d .调节心肌细胞动作电位 ;e .抗氧自由基和脂质过氧化作用实现。结论白花前胡及其有效成分在研究和开发防治心血管疾病新药方面具有广阔前景     

A test for the assessment of the duration of the action of neostigmine and of the relative potencies of various anticholinesterases using the pupil of the mouse

The miotic effect of anticholinesterases was used to monitor the duration of their activity and to compare the relative potency of different members of this group. Female albino mice were used and the diameter of their pupils measured with the help of a monocular microscope at a magnification of × 60. After a suitable control period, readings were taken at 30 min intervals. This test was found to be superior to previous tests described for the same purpose.     

半导体激光治疗老年人压疮疗效观察

目的探讨半导体激光局部照射治疗老年人压疮疗效.方法:收集2012年1月-2015年6月48例压疮患者,分为半导体组和常规组各24例.常规组采用常规治疗,半导体组采用半导体激光加常规治疗,10 d为1个疗程,不超过3个疗程.疗程结束后比较两组疗效.结果:半导体组压疮愈显率为83.33％,创面愈合时间为(12.75±5.51)d,常规组分别为54.17％和(19.63±8.65)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组均未见不良反应.结论:半导体激光加常规治疗压疮效果肯定,无明显不良反应,且操作简便.     

GABA-ergic mechanisms of the action of ketamine on the structures of the hippocampo-reticulo-neocortical system of the brain

In freely mobile rabbits with electrodes preliminarily implanted in the brain structures ketamine (5 mg/kg intravenously or 20 mg/kg intramuscularly) exhibited properties of GABA receptor agonist decreasing the direct excitability of the mesencephalic reticular formation and periaqueductal gray matter and reducing their activating effect on the frontal cortex (FC) and dorsal region of the hippocamp (DH). GABA-mimetics (muscimol, baclofen, aminooxyacetic acid) as well as GABA system antagonists (bicuculline, thiosemicarbazide) attenuated ketamine action at the level of DH and especially FC.
