Psoriasis is a common and chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with both genetic and environ-mental risk factors. Summary In order to investigate the role of TNF-and ICAM-1 in the pathogenesis of lichen planus, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TNF-and ICAM-1 in skin lesions of the patients with lichen planus and skin tissues of normal subjects. The results showed that positive rates of TNF-α and ICAM-1 expressions in lichen planus were significantly higher than those in normal skins (both P<0.05). Meanwhile, there was a obvious correlation between the increase of TNF-α and that of ICAM-1 in lichen planus. The expression of TNF-α and ICAM-1 might play an important role in the development of lichen planus.  相似文献

目的探讨叉头状转录因子P3(FOXP3)在玫瑰糠疹、扁平苔藓、大斑块型副银屑病及蕈样肉芽肿中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测21例玫瑰糠疹、19例扁平苔藓、17例大斑块型副银屑病、22例蕈样肉芽肿及10例正常人皮肤中FOXP3的表达。结果玫瑰糠疹、扁平苔藓皮损中FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率与正常人皮肤中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大斑块型副银屑病与蕈样肉芽肿皮损中FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率均高于玫瑰糠疹、扁平苔藓及正常皮肤(P<0.05),但其二者之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率在炎症性皮肤病、有肿瘤发展倾向的炎症性皮肤病及皮肤淋巴瘤中的表达有逐步增高的趋势。其增多可能为肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸提供了条件,进而促进了肿瘤的发生、发展。  相似文献

目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)与基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在扁平苔藓发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法和RT-PCR法检测30例扁平苔藓组织和30例正常皮肤组织中MIF与MMP-9的表达情况。结果:MIF与MMP-9在扁平苔藓组织中的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);MIF和MMP-9在扁平苔藓皮损中的表达呈正相关(r=0.636,P〈0.01)。结论:MIF在扁平苔藓基底膜带损坏过程中可能有促进作用,其机制可能与上调MMP-9的表达有关。  相似文献

目的检测扁平苔藓皮损中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达情况,探讨其在扁平苔藓发病中的意义。方法应用免疫组化法和RT-PCR法测定30例扁平苔藓及30例正常皮肤组织中HGF和MMP-9的表达水平。结果扁平苔藓组中HGF和MMP-9的表达率均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且二者在扁平苔藓皮损中的表达呈正相关(r1=0.391,P1=0.032;r2=0.375,P2=0.041)。结论 HGF和MMP-9的高表达可能参与了扁平苔藓的发病。  相似文献

目的:观察银屑病患者及慢性湿疹患者皮损表皮细胞中热休克蛋白(HsP60)的表达情况。方法:通过免疫组织化学(SABC)方法及原位杂交技术检测了33例银屑病皮损及28例慢性湿疹皮损表皮组织中HSP60蛋白及其mRNA的表达,并与16例正常皮肤组织作对照。结果:HSP60蛋白在正常人及慢性湿疹患者皮损表皮细胞中表达很弱或无表达,两者问差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在银屑病患者皮损表皮细胞中表达增强,与正常对照组及慢性湿疹患者皮损表皮相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。HSP60mRNA与HSP60蛋白表达部位较一致。结论:HSP60在不同皮肤疾病的发病机制中发挥着不同作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨扁平苔藓皮损中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及其受体TNFRⅠ的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测TNF-α和TNFRⅠ在32例扁平苔藓皮损中的表达,30例正常皮肤作为对照。结果:扁平苔藓皮损中TNF-α和TNFRⅠ的阳性表达率分别是71.88%和65.63%;30例正常皮肤中,TNF-α无一例表达,TNFRⅠ的阳性表达率为20%;扁平苔藓皮损中二者表达高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.01)。结论:TNF-α和TNFRⅠ高表达可能参与扁平苔藓的发病。  相似文献

In order to study the expression of interleukin-22 (IL-22) and S 100A7, A8, A9 mRNA in the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and their relationship, the biopsies were taken from skin lesions in 35 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and the skin of 16 normal controls, and the expression levels of 1L-22 and S 100A7, A8 and A9 mRNA were detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The results showed that (1) IL-22 and S 100A8, A9 mRNA were positively expressed in the psoriatic skin lesions but negatively expressed in the normal controls; The expression level of S 100A7 was (1.133±0.040) in the psoriatic skin lesions, significantly higher than that in the normal controls (0.744±0.037, P〈0.01). (2) There were significantly positive correlations between the expression of IL-22/S100A7 mRNA, IL-22/S100A8 mRNA, IL-22/S100A9 mRNA in the psoriasis vulgaris (r1=-0.543, r2=0.774, r3=0.621, P〈0.01). It was concluded that IL-22 and S 100A7, A8, A9 might play important roles in the occurrence and progression of psoriasis.  相似文献

目的 探讨高迁移率转移族蛋白(HMGB1)和晚期糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)中的表达及意义.方法 选择经病理确诊的OLP患者和健康体检者各30例,采用免疫组化法观察HMGB1及RAGE蛋白在其口腔黏膜组织中的表达情况;运用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测HMGB1及RAGEmRNA在其外周血中的表达量.结果 在扁平苔藓患者的口腔黏膜组织中,HMGB1和RAGE的蛋白表达水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05).HMGB1与RAGE的蛋白表达水平呈正相关性(r=0.473,P<0.05);在口腔扁平苔藓患者外周血中,HMGB1和RAGE的基因表达水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05);HMGB1与RAGE的基因表达水平呈正相关性(r =0.922,P<0.05).结论 HMGB1和RAGE协同参与了OLP的发病过程,其机制有待于进一步研究.  相似文献

目的:探讨早期生长反应因子-1(Egr-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在扁平苔藓发病中的作用。方法:采用TUNEL原位凋亡检测法检测30例扁平苔藓皮损及30例正常皮肤组织中细胞凋亡情况,并用免疫组织化学法检测该30例扁平苔藓和30例正常皮肤组织中Egr-1和TNF-α的表达情况。结果:扁平苔藓皮损处角质形成细胞和真皮浅层浸润的淋巴细胞中细胞凋亡水平明显高于对照组;在相同部位,Egr-1和TNF-α的表达水平高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且二者在扁平苔藓皮损处的表达呈正相关(r=0.896 7,P〈0.05)。结论 :Egr-1和TNF-α的高表达可能参与了扁平苔藓的发病。  相似文献

目的从mRNA及蛋白质水平研究白介素15(IL-15)在寻常型银屑病患者皮损及非皮损皮肤中的表达,探讨其在银屑病发病中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR和免疫组化法对28例寻常型银屑病患者皮损及非皮损皮肤中IL-15的表达情况进行了检测,同时以10例正常人皮肤作为对照。结果2种IL-15前体蛋白的mRNA在所有皮肤标本中都有表达,银屑病皮损中IL-15 mRNA的表达明显高于非皮损处皮肤(P〈0.001)和正常人皮肤(P〈0.001),非皮损皮肤的表达与正常人皮肤相比差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。免疫组化结果显示:IL-15低表达于非皮损和正常皮肤的基底细胞层,而在银屑病皮损处高表达,且表达范围可达表皮全层及真皮乳头层。皮损处IL-15的表达明显高于非皮损(P〈0.001)和正常皮肤(P〈0.001),非皮损与正常皮肤之间的表达无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病的皮损中高表达IL-15,在疾病的发生中可能起一定的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨寻常型银屑病皮损区Smad泛素化调节因子2(Smadubiquitinationregulatoryfactor2,Smurf2)的表达及其意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RTPCR)和SP免疫组化法分别检测寻常型银屑病皮损和对照正常皮肤中Smurf2的表达情况。结果RTPCR显示,寻常型银屑病皮损中Smurf2表达水平上调。与对照正常皮肤相比,寻常型银屑病皮损区表皮角质形成细胞Smurf2的免疫组化染色显著增强。结论寻常型银屑病皮损区表皮Smurf2表达增强。  相似文献

目的:研究寻常痤疮患者皮肤B防御素-2(hBD-2)的表达情况及丹参酮治疗对其的影响。方法:用免疫组化方法检测40例寻常痤疮患者皮损及非皮损部位hBD-2的表达水平,观察其在丹参酮治疗前、后的变化,同时记录皮损情况及不良反应等,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮效果良好,副作用少。在寻常痤疮患者皮损处hBD-2的表达显著增强,与非皮损部位及正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);丹参酮治疗后皮损好转,局部hBD-2表达减弱,但仍明显高于非皮损部位(P〈0.05);治疗前、后非皮损部位hBD-2的表达水平没有明显变化,与正常对照组比较差异亦无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:hBD-2在寻常痤疮皮损部位的表达显著增加,并随着炎症的减轻而下调,提示其参与痤疮的发病过程。  相似文献

目的:检测热休克蛋白70,90在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变中的表达情况,探讨其在口腔癌中的作用及其意义.方法:采用SABC法免疫组化方法检测42例口腔鳞癌、22例口腔扁平苔藓、20例口腔白斑、10例正常黏膜中HSP70,90蛋白表达的情况.结果:HSP70在OLP组中主要以阳性和强阳性表达为主,占91%(20/22),明显高于正常黏膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞癌组(P〈0.05);HSP90在OLP,OSCC组中主要以弱阳性和阳性表达为主,分别占73%(16/22)和70%(14/20),明显高于正常组和口腔白斑组(P〈0.05).结论:HSP70,90在口腔扁平苔藓中均起着一定的作用;同时HSP90可能还参与口腔鳞癌的发生和发展过程.  相似文献

目的:探讨Toll样受体 (Toll-like receptor,TLR) 2和 TLR4在特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)发病机制中的意义及外用他克莫司软膏(商品名,普特彼)对TLR2和 TLR4表达的影响.方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测9例中至重度AD患者急性发作期炎性皮损与正常对照皮肤角质形成细胞TLR2和 TLR4的表达, 以及外用他克莫司软膏单一疗法治疗AD 3周后TLR2和 TLR4表达的变化.结果:免疫组化检测显示在正常皮肤基底层角质形成细胞胞膜散在表达TLR2和TLR4.TLR2和TLR4在AD急性发作期炎性皮损角质形成细胞胞膜及胞浆过度表达,以细胞膜表达为主,主要定位于基底层至颗粒层;他克莫司治疗3周后改善特应性皮炎皮损角质形成细胞的TLR2和TLR4表达,主要定位于基底或基底上层角质形成细胞膜.结论:正常角质形成细胞表达的TLR2和TLR4是构成皮肤天然免疫系统的组成部分.AD角质形成细胞诱导性过度表达TLR2和TLR4与AD皮肤天然免疫炎症反应有关,外用他克莫司可通过直接或间接作用抑制角质形成细胞的TLR2和TLR4诱导性表达,从而抑制与TLR-细胞核因子κB(NFκB)信号转导和调控途径有关的AD皮肤天然免疫炎症反应.  相似文献
