[目的]客观全面了解全国部分中职卫生学校<内科护理学>授课教师的师资队伍情况.[方法]自行设计问卷对全国43所中等职业卫生学校基本情况和<内科护理学>授课教师师资队伍结构进行调查和分析.[结果]中职卫校<内科护理学>授课教师年龄以30岁~40岁的中青年教师为主;学历以本科为主,占76.0%,硕士占7.4%,博士为0;授课教师的专业以护理和临床专业为主,且临床专业与护理专业教师人数比例将近2∶1;教师中初中级职称占67.7%,高级职称占32.3%;该学科授课教师有兼课的占46.1%;专职授课老师比例远远低于兼课老师.[结论]<内科护理学>授课教师在学历、职称和专业结构等方面都有待于改善和提高,才能更好地促进临床护理的教学质量. 相似文献

[目的]探讨递进式模拟教学方法在《护理学基础》课程中的应用及效果.[方法]对57名学习《护理学基础》的在读护理本科生进行递进式模拟教学方法研究;递进式模拟教学分为两个阶段:第一阶段为低仿真模块训练阶段,第二阶段为临床情景模拟阶段;整个学习过程结束后,采用自行设计问卷对模拟教学效果进行评价.[结果]学生在模拟教学方法有效有用,模拟教学提供多种资源促进了学习,模拟教学提供多种学习方法,促进独立解决问题能力的培养,模拟教学提供了自我学习评价等方面表示满意.[结论]递进式模拟教学方法在适应学生学习能力的基础上,循序渐进地培养学生对护理操作技能的理解及应用,为规范模拟教学在《护理学基础》课程中的应用提供了思路. 相似文献

[目的]探讨我国护理学博士研究生教育内外部影响因素,为制定护理学博士研究生教育最佳发展策略提供参考。[方法]应用SWOT方法分析国内护理学博士研究生教育的自身优势、劣势及其外部机遇和威胁。[结果]优势:护理学博士研究生教育促进了护理学科发展,护理博士就业前景与发展空间巨大;劣势:护理学博士研究生课程设置不完善,培养目标单一,理论与实践脱节;机遇:护理学升级为一级学科带来政策支持,有国外完善的培养方案提供借鉴;威胁:无护理学博士研究生教育质量评价标准,整体师资力量薄弱,招生方式较为单一,培养机制不够健全,目前社会对高层次护理人才的认同和接受程度不高。[结论]我国护理学博士研究生教育处于起步阶段,尚需综合考虑自身内部优势、劣势、外部机遇及威胁来制定发展策略。 相似文献

[目的]用计量学方法统计分析科学引文索引(SCI)和社会科学引文索引(SSCI)源期刊中的护理期刊,促进我国护理专业发展.[方法]检索SCI/ SSCI源期刊中护理期刊并进行统计分析.[结果]2007年SCI收录46种护理期刊,分别由美国和英国出版,影响因子(IF)最高的期刊是Birth-Issues in Perinatal Care(IF=2.217).IF≥1的期刊21种.近5年SCI收录护理期刊数量及影响因子不断提高.[结论]国际上护理学已成为一门独立学科,国内护理学科需调整定位,护理研究及相关期刊要进一步提高国际化程度. 相似文献

BACKGROUND OF STUDY: The European Nurse Directors Association (ENDA) was founded in 1996. Members agree on an annual action plan based on the three main aims of the Association to strengthen the nursing contribution to policy making within Europe, further nursing leadership and to establish a communication network of experts Nurse Directors across Europe. This study supports the above aims by examining issues relating to the job of Nurse Directors across Europe. AIM: The aim of the study was to identify shared aspects of the job from which further work could emerge to support the three aims of the Association and, in particular, to further nursing leadership across Europe. METHOD: An action centred research method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats [SWOT] analysis) was chosen which gave the opportunity for respondents to expand on key points. The texts were submitted in French, German and English with opportunities built in to individually discuss statements in order to minimize inaccuracies which could have emerged during translation. RESULTS: Nurse Directors of today give a clear indication of 'can-do' mentality and the strengths and weaknesses which are demonstrated indicate that there are areas which need to be further explored and supported. The findings were presented at the 5th Congress of ENDA in Rotterdam in 2001 and were well received. Funding has been obtained from the National Nursing Leadership Centre to expand the research. LIMITATIONS: This study is a snapshot only of those working at the leading edge in nursing. The responses also reflect feedback from nurses working in mainly acute hospitals and further work needs to be undertaken to include additional European countries. CONCLUSION: It has been demonstrated how Nurse Directors in Europe are taking and making opportunities to lead influence nursing and healthcare. 目的调查浙江省部分护理人员法律知识认知水平的现状,分析其中存在问题并提出解决方法,旨在为构建系统、专业的护理相关法律教育体系提供参考依据。方法采用自制问卷对浙江省杭州市、温州市、台州市、金华市4所医院251名临床护士的护理相关法律知识水平及其需求进行调查并对结果进行分析。结果251名护理人员对相关法律法规的认知水平大多处于一般程度,在职护士对相关法律法规的掌握情况较实习护士好(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);同时,护理人员对其中《护理管理条例》、《医疗事故处理条例》、《医患法律关系》、《医患双方的权利和义务》、《护理工作中患者权利侵犯与保护》等法律法规的需求度相对较高。结论护理人员的相关法律法规知识水平有待进一步提高,部分相关法律法规应予以普及。 相似文献

[目的]确立分级护理的决策主体。[方法]在确立分级护理决策主体层次结构模型后,请医生和护理专家就指标间相对重要性程度进行两两比较,建立判断矩阵,最后得出分级护理的最佳决策主体。[结果]护士组以护士独立决策合成权重最高,医生组以医护共同决策合成权重最高,医护组以医护共同决策合成权重最高。医生决策的合成权重在三组结果中得分均最低。[结论]医生尚不能认为是分级护理的最佳决策主体;在决策分级护理的方式选择上,护理专家认为是护士独立决策,医生专家认为是医护共同决策。 相似文献

目的:比较整体护理病历两种记录方法,探索一种较为理想的记录方式。方法:选择12个整体护理病区,其中6个病区采用PIO记录,另6个病区采用记叙文式记录,1a后采用自行设计的量表,对相关病区的护士、医生、医院行政管理工作者及社会政法工作者进行调查。结果:记叙文式较PIO式记录范围全面、连贯,反映病人生理状况全面,能有效提供法律依据;医生认为记叙文式记录内容明确,对治疗方案有重要参考作用;PIO式记录版面整齐、美观。结论:记叙文式记录优于PIO式记录,但PIO式记录版面书写方式对于记叙文式记录的完善有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

This article describes the most recent efforts by the Quad Council of Public Health Nursing organizations to review and revise the competencies for PHN practice, and highlights the implications of these competencies for practice, education, and research. The Quad Council is a coalition of four nursing organizations with a focus on public health nursing and includes the Association of Community Health Nursing Educators; the Association of Public Health Nursing (known prior to July 1, 2012 as the Association of State and Territorial Directors of Nursing); the Public Health Nursing section of the American Public Health Association; and the Council on Economics and Practice of the American Nurses' Association. The Quad Council competencies are based on the Council on Linkages competencies for public health professionals and were designed to ensure that public health nursing fits in the domain of public health science and practice. 相似文献

Aims The aim of this study was to explore new nursing and midwifery roles and associated levels of practice from the health care providers' perspective. This paper will present findings relating to the perceived cost effectiveness of these roles and their impact on patient care.
Background Profound changes in the way the health care systems are organized, managed and financed have resulted in the proliferation of new nursing and midwifery roles. However, the evidence base for these workforce developments is limited, especially with regard to health care providers' perspectives on cost effectiveness and patient outcomes.
Method Qualitative interviews were carried out with all Directors of Nursing in the 18 Health and Social Services (HSS) Trusts and the Chief Nurses and Directors of Primary Care in the four HSS Boards in Northern Ireland.
Results Key findings were as follows: there was widespread support for the development of these roles, they are perceived to have a positive impact on patient care; however, the need for support was recognized to ensure the continuation of such roles. Securing funding was problematic and this was influential on the kind of new roles that were developed.
Implications for Nursing Management Issues relating to effective implementation and the need for further research into the efficacy and effectives of such initiatives is required. 相似文献
