To identify the clinical and radiological features distinguishing Mycobacterium simiae respiratory infection from pulmonary tuberculosis, the demographics, underlying conditions, and clinical and radiological findings of 121 consecutive patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 102 with M. simiae respiratory infection were compared retrospectively. In the M. simiae group, the patients were older (mean age 69 ± 16 years vs. 47 ± 21 years, p = 0.0001), with a female predominance (62% vs. 45%, p = 0.008). Only 4% were of Ethiopian origin compared to 25% of the tuberculosis group (p = 0.0001). M. simiae infection was associated with significantly higher rates of smoking history, underlying chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, zero human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection compared to 10% in the tuberculosis group (p = 0.001), blunted symptoms, and noncavitary infiltrates in the lower/middle lobes on chest X-ray. HIV-negative patients with M. simiae respiratory infection are distinguishable from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis by several demographic, clinical, and radiological features. These findings have important diagnostic and therapeutic implications.  相似文献

Necrotizing fasciitis is a soft-tissue infection with a high risk of fatality. Infection with Vibrio vulnificus can lead to development of necrotizing fasciitis and primary septicemia, and occurs mostly in immunocompromised host-associated diseases such as hepatic disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal insufficiency, and adrenal insufficiency. Early recognition and treatment of the infection, which are unclear, are vital to patient welfare. We studied the disease epidemiology and reviewed the prognosis and clinical features of patients treated using our developed protocol. Clinical manifestations and outcomes were retrospectively analyzed for 67 patients with V. vulnificus-mediated necrotizing fasciitis and sepsis. All patients who had contacted seawater or raw seafood with positive culture for vibrio were included. Patients were divided into two groups based on the timing of first fasciotomy and injury; within 24 h (group A) and beyond 24 h (group B). Twenty-three of the 67 patients (40%) had hepatic disease, 17 (25.4%) had chronic renal insufficiency, and 12 (17.9%) exhibited adrenal insufficiency. The most common site of infection was the upper extremity (74.7%). Group B presented with more clinical symptoms including fever (p = 0.02), hemorrhagic bullae (p < 0.0001), and shock (p = 0.007). Group A patients exhibited enhanced survival compared to group B (in hospital mortality: 4.9% vs. 23%; p = 0.005). We conclude that early and appropriate diagnosis for V. vulnificus infection should be made, especially in patients presenting with atypical clinical findings. Early fasciotomy within 24 h remains the highest priority and decreases the mortality rate.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the characteristics of infective endocarditis (IE) caused by S. bovis and compare them to those caused by streptococci of the viridans group (SVG). A prospective study was undertaken considering 55 consecutive cases of IE due to S. bovis and 41 to SVG over 18 years. The study was divided into two periods (1988–1996 and 1997–2005). S. bovis caused 24% of the IE in our centre and constituted the main aetiology for this disease, showing an increase of 358% during the second period studied. Biotype I was responsible for 94.5% of cases and there was a high degree of association with colon tumours (53%). Over the period of the study, 107 patients admitted to our hospital had bacteraemia caused by S. bovis and 310 patients had bacteraemia caused by SVG. In the first group, 55 (51%) were endocarditis cases, but only 41 (13%) of the patients with SVG bacteraemia had endocarditis (p < 0.0001). The distinguishing features of endocarditis caused by S. bovis in comparison with those caused by SGV were: a greater increase in cases during the 2nd period studied (from 12 to 43 vs. from 19 to 22, p < 0.01), a higher percentage of males (93% vs. 71%, p < 0.004), patients significantly older (median age 66 vs. 58.5, p < 0.004), less predisposing cardiopathy (42% vs. 76%, p < 0.0009), more bivalvular involvement (42% vs. 22%, p < 0.04), more spondylitis (9% vs. 0%, p < 0.04), a higher association with colonic tumours (53% vs. 5%, p < 0.0001), and a higher percentage of antibiotic resistance: erythromycin 66% vs. 19%, p < 0.0001; clindamycin 67% vs. 11%, p < 0.0001; cotrimoxazole 77% vs. 30.5%, p < 0.0001, respectively. IE due to S. bovis is an emergent disease in our environment, presenting different characteristics to those produced by SVG.  相似文献

Blastocystis hominis is probably the most common protozoan found in the human gut worldwide. In Taiwan, the prevalence of B. hominis infection is yet to be determined but is expected to be relatively higher among foreign workers. No data is available on the prevalence of B. hominis infection in long-term care facilities in Taiwan. This study included 713 subjects (552 residents and 161 care workers) from ten long-term care facilities in Taiwan who completed stool microscopic examinations with Merthiolate-iodine-formalin stain technique. The prevalence rate of blastocystosis was the highest among foreign and domestic care workers followed by residents (12.2%, 4.6%, and 2.7%, respectively). Older age (p = 0.04) and lower educational level (p = 0.008) were significantly associated with blastocystosis among care workers. Among residents, B. hominis infection was negatively associated with prolonged use of antibiotics within 3 months prior to examination (p = 0.05) and positively associated with tracheostomy in-place (p = 0.028). In conclusion, B. hominis infection was the most prevalent intestinal parasitic infection among both care workers and residents of long-term care facilities in Taiwan. Use of antibiotics was negatively associated with B. hominis infection among residents. Additionally, appropriate preventive measures should be implemented to older care workers with lesser educational attainment in order to reduce the risk of blastocystosis infection.  相似文献

In order to elucidate the spectrum of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia pneumonia in cancer patients without traditional risk factors, 44 cancer patients (cases) with S. maltophilia pneumonia in whom S. maltophilia pneumonia risk factors were not present were compared with two S. maltophilia pneumonia risk groups (controls) including 43 neutropenic non-intensive care unit (ICU) and 21 non-neutropenic ICU patients. The case and control patients had similar demographic and underlying clinical characteristics. Compared with case patients with S. maltophilia pneumonia, neutropenic patients had higher exposure to carbapenem antibiotics (58 vs. 41%; p < 0.03), more frequent hematologic malignancy (95 vs. 64%; p < 0.0003), and they presented with concurrent bacteremia more often (23 vs. 0%; p < 0.0005). Patients with S. maltophilia pneumonia in the ICU needed vasopressor therapy more frequently than cases (62 vs. 5%; p < 0.0001). Hospital-acquired S. maltophilia pneumonia was more common among controls than cases (98 vs. 61%; p < 0.000002). Among the cases, 15 (34%) received outpatient oral antimicrobial therapy, while 29 were hospitalized and eight (28%) were subsequently admitted to the ICU. The mean duration of ICU stay, even among these eight patients (19 ± 40 days), was comparable to that of patients with neutropenia (23 ± 26 days) and those who developed S. maltophilia pneumonia during their ICU stay (34 ± 22 days; p = 0.46). The overall infection-associated mortality in the 108 patients with S. maltophilia pneumonia was 25%. Twenty percent of patients without traditional risk factors for S. maltophilia pneumonia died due to progressive infection. In a multivariate logistic regression analysis, only admission to the ICU predicted death (odds ratio 33; 95% confidence interval, 4.51–241.2; p < 0.0006). The results of this study indicate S. maltophilia pneumonia is a serious infection even in non-neutropenic, non-ICU patients with cancer. Lung transplant recipients experience a particularly high incidence of Aspergillus infection in comparison with other solid-organ transplantations. This study was conducted to determine the incidence of Aspergillus colonisation and invasive aspergillosis, and the impact on long-term survival associated with Aspergillus infection. A retrospective study of 362 consecutive lung transplant patients from a single national centre who were transplanted 1992–2003 were studied. Twenty-seven patients were excluded due to incomplete or missing files. A total of 105/335 (31%) patients had evidence of Aspergillus infection (colonisation or invasion), including 83 (25%) patients with colonisation and 22 (6%) patients with radiographic or histological evidence of invasive disease. Most of the infections occurred within the first 3 months after transplantation. Cystic fibrosis (CF) patients had higher incidences of colonisation and invasive disease [15 (42%) and 4 (11%) of 36 patients] than non-CF patients [68 (23%) and 18 (6%) of 299 patients] (P = 0.01). Invasive aspergillosis was associated with 58% mortality after 2 years, whereas colonisation was not associated with early increased mortality but was associated with increased mortality after 5 years compared to non-infected patients (P < 0.05). An analysis of demographic factors showed that donor age [OR 1.40 per decade (95% CI 1.10-1.80)], ischaemia time [OR 1.17 per hour increase (95% CI 1.01–1.39)], and use of daclizumab versus polyclonal induction [OR 2.05 (95% CI 1.14–3.75)] were independent risk factors for Aspergillus infection. Invasive aspergillosis was associated with early and high mortality in lung transplant patients. Colonisation with Aspergillus was also associated with a significant increase in mortality after 5 years. CF patients have a higher incidence of Aspergillus infection than non-CF patients.  相似文献

This review focuses on recent progress in our understanding of Mycobacterium tuberculosis survival in macrophages, the interaction of M. tuberculosis with Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and the establishment of the link between innate and adaptive immunity, and TLRs and interferon-γ-mediated antimicrobial pathways in macrophages. We also propose a paradigm that TLR2 signaling regulates the magnitude of the host Th1 response leading to either M. tuberculosis persistence and latent infection or replication and disease.  相似文献

The epidemiology of 54 episodes of candiduria with respect to clinical risk factors, species of Candida and physician response to the isolation of Candida in urine were studied in an observational survey over 3 months. Candida spp. were isolated from 4.7% of positive urine cultures. Common predisposing conditions included antibiotic use (74.1%), urinary drainage devices (57.4%), surgery (51.9%), intensive care unit (ICU) or high-dependency care unit (HDU) admission (42.6%) and urinary tract (UT) disease (18.5%). Upper UT infection was uncommon (n = 3). Of 65 Candida isolates, C. albicans predominated (85.2%), followed by C. glabrata (27.8%) and other Candida spp. (6.2%). All isolates were susceptible to fluconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole, amphotericin and caspofungin. Indwelling urinary catheters were removed in 76.2% of episodes. Antifungal therapy was initiated in 33.3% of cases independently of patient symptoms, underlying disease or Candida colony count. Patients in ICU/HDUs were significantly more likely to receive antifungal agents than those outside these units (p < 0.001). Fluconazole was the most common drug prescribed (77.8%). Clearance of candiduria occurred independently of antifungal therapy (p = 0.60). Physicians often did not follow up a positive urine result for Candida. Efforts to increase clinician awareness of current recommendations for managing candiduria and further study to elucidate specific risk factors in defined patient populations are warranted.  相似文献

The aim of the study presented here was to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration of isoniazid for strains of isoniazid-resistant or multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from children in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. During the period March 2003–October 2005, 45 INH-resistant M. tuberculosis isolates (21 also rifampicin-resistant) were cultured from children less than 13 years of age. Drug susceptibility testing by the radiometric BACTEC 460 method found 11 isolates resistant at 0.1 μg/ml, 27 resistant at 0.2 μg/ml, and seven resistant at ≥5 μg/ml. Thus, the minimal inhibitory concentration of isoniazid for more than 80% of the isoniazid-resistant strains isolated from children in this study was relatively low and could be exceeded by high-dose (15–20 mg/kg) isoniazid regimens.  相似文献

C57BL/6 mice were infected with Neospora caninum tachyzoites during pregnancy, yielding a transplacental infection of developing fetuses. Subsequently, congenitally infected newborn mice were treated either once or three times with toltrazuril (or placebo) at a concentration of 31.25 mg compound per kg body weight. Both toltrazuril and placebo treatment had no negative effect on newborns, as noninfected treated pups developed normally without differences in mortality and morbidity to matching nontreated control animals. Already one application of toltrazuril was significantly (p < 0.01) able to delay the outbreak of neosporosis in newborn mice, when compared to placebo-treated infected controls. We found significantly higher proportion of surviving newborns in one-time-toltrazuril-treated and three-time-toltrazuril-treated groups (34% and 54%, respectively) when compared to one-time-placebo-treated and three-time-placebo-treated groups (14% and 30%, respectively). There was no significant difference (p = 0.2) in the proportion of surviving pups between one-time-toltrazuril and three-time-toltrazuril treatment. However, the number of diseased and Neospora-positive pups (46% and 47%, respectively) was markedly reduced after three-time-toltrazuril treatment compared to all other groups. Three-time-treatment also resulted in the highest antibody (IgG, IgG2a) response. Pharmacokinetic analyses using individual serum samples revealed that, although toltrazuril was absorbed and metabolized to toltrazuril sulfone by newborn mice, medicated animals exhibited an unexpected rapid turn-over (half-life time) of the compound. Toltrazuril and the metabolite were also found in brain tissues, indicating that passage of the blood–brain barrier occurred. In conclusion, we could show that three times treatment with toltrazuril had a high impact on the course of infection in congenitally N. caninum-infected newborn mice.  相似文献

A sensitive sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) that can detect up to 0.5 ng of culture filtrate proteins (CFPs) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Ra is described. This detection system features several special characteristics: (i) the use of CFPs from the H37Ra strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to generate capture and detection antibodies in rabbits and mice, respectively; (ii) affinity purification of CFP-reactive antibodies and selection of the antibody preparations for best performance in the sandwich ELISA system; and (iii) the use of urine-derived protein preparations for antigen detection. The sandwich ELISA could detect up to 0.5 ng of CFPs of the H37Ra strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The assay did not detect antigens of Escherichia coli, Candida albicans or Saccharomyces cerivisiae but efficiently detected CFP preparations from nine different clinical isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Significant variations, however, were noted in the relative efficacy of the assay to detect CFPs from different clinical isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The procedure was utilized for detecting tubercular antigens in urine samples from 29 patients with confirmed (sputum-positive) tuberculosis and from 25 healthy controls. We conducted a retrospective matched cohort study to examine the impact of isolation of multi-drug-resistant (MDR) Acinetobacter baumannii on patient outcomes. Cases from whom MDR A. baumannii was isolated in a clinical culture (n = 118) were compared with controls from whom MDR A. baumannii was not isolated (n = 118). Cases and controls were matched according to ward, calendar month of hospitalization, and duration of hospitalization before culture. The following outcomes were compared in multivariable analysis: in-hospital mortality, length of stay, need for mechanical ventilation, and functional status at discharge. MDR A. baumannii was determined to be a pathogen in 72% of cases. In 36% of cases, the patient died, versus 21% of controls (odds ratio [OR] 2.21, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.17–4.16, P = 0.014). Median length of stay for surviving cases was 17 days, versus 11 for surviving controls (multiplicative effect 1.55, 95% CI 0.99–2.44, P = 0.057). Fifty-two percent of cases required mechanical ventilation, versus 25% of controls (OR 3.72, 95% CI 1.91–7.25, P<0.001); 60% of surviving cases were discharged with reduced functional status, versus 38% of controls (OR 4.4, 95% CI 1.66–11.61, P = 0.003). In multivariable analysis, clinical isolation of MDR A. baumannii remained a significant predictor of mortality (OR 6.23, 95% CI 1.31–29.5, P = 0.021), need for mechanical ventilation (OR 7.34, 95% CI 2.24–24.0, P<0.001), and reduced functional status on discharge (OR 7.93, 95% CI 1.1–56.85, P = 0.039). Thus, MDR A. baumannii acquisition is associated with severe adverse outcomes, including increased mortality, need for mechanical ventilation, and reduced functional status.  相似文献

The genus Cephalanthera is an excellent plant group for karyotype evolution studies because it exhibits a dysploid series and bimodal karyotypes. With the aim of understanding their chromosomal and phylogenetic relationships, rRNA genes and the Arabidopsis-type telomeric sequence were mapped by fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH), and the rDNA intergenic spacer (ITS) was sequenced for the first time in three European species: C. longifolia (2n = 4x = 32), C. damasonium (2n = 4x = 36) and C. rubra (2n = 4x = 44). One 45S and three 5S rDNA sites are observed in C. longifolia, one 45S and two 5S sites in C. damasonium, and two 45S and one 5S site in C. rubra. Telomeric signals were observed at every chromosome end in all three species and C. damasonium also displays interstitial signals on three chromosome pairs. In agreement with chromosome data, molecular analyses support C. longifolia and C. damasonium as closely related taxa, while C. rubra stands apart. Possible pathways of karyotype evolution are discussed in reference to a previous hypothesis. The results indicate that complex chromosomal rearrangements, possibly involving Robertsonian fusions and fissions, loss of telomeric repeats, gain or loss of rDNA sites and other heterochromatic sequences and inversions, may have contributed to generating the present-day karyotypes. Various studies have shown that the Asian fish tapeworm, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi causes great economic loss in hatcheries, fish farms as well as in lakes. In order to understand the seasonal variation of infection in a nutrient-enriched lake, parasitological investigation was carried out in the indigenous cyprinid fish, Schizothorax niger Heckel 1838 from September, 2008 to August, 2009. Overall, this study revealed definite seasonality of infection (p < 0.05), with greater infection in summer (prevalence = 39.5%) and lesser in winter (prevalence = 8.1%). The prevalence among different seasons revealed significant differences (p < 0.05). Sex was not an important factor influencing the prevalence of the Asian tapeworm. A strong positive correlation (Pearson’s correlation, r = 0.7; p = 0.02) between total length of S. niger and number of Asian fish tapeworms was observed. Similarly, a strong positive correlation existed between weight of fish and number of tapeworms (Pearson’s correlation, r = 0.7; p = 0.005). Prevalence and mean abundance were positively and significantly correlated with water temperature (r = 0.8, p < 0.01 and r = 0.8, p < 0.01, respectively). Thus seasonal dynamics, total length and weight of the host significantly influenced the tapeworm infection. The above findings will be useful in devising the appropriate control strategies for the Asian tapeworm in wild fish in Kashmir valley as well as in similar climatic zones of other parts of the world. Also, information from this study will be used to assess the spread and extent of B. acheilognathi which is a potential threat to the indigenous fish fauna of Anchar Lake.  相似文献

Our aim was to characterise by molecular techniques group A streptococci isolated from invasive infections in Hungary in 2004–2005. Twenty-six nonduplicate invasive GAS isolates were selected and examined. The mortality rate proved high (52.3%) for those cases (n = 21) where data were available. Predominant emm types were emm1 (n = 13, 50%) and emm80 (n = 5, 19.2%), but other M types (emm4, emm28, emm66, emm81.1, emm82, emm84) were also identified. Eight different PFGE types were distinguished, and each emm type showed an individual PFGE pattern. Our results show that—similarly to results obtained in several other countries—emm type 1 strains predominate among invasive GAS isolates, and that emm 1 type strains recovered from severe streptococcal infections were associated with the presence of the speA gene. The rate for macrolide resistance proved low: only two isolates showed elevated MICs for erythromycin.  相似文献

Recent studies have shown that hormones could induce anti-parasitic functions of the host immune system; thus, the aim of the present study was to estimate the seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii antibodies by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in a Polish population of women and men with hyperprolactinaemia (n = 234) and hypoprolactinaemia (n = 41) and in a control group (n = 281) with the physiological level of prolactin (PRL). Women with hyperprolactinaemia revealed lower seroprevalence than those with normal PRL level (33.90% and 45.58%, respectively; p = 0.025). Detailed analysis of the results showed that twofold, threefold, fourfold and fivefold increase of the PRL concentration above the normal was correlated to the decrease of the T. gondii seroprevalence, but only in the group of women with a very high PRL level (>86 ng/ml) seroprevalence (12.50%) was significantly lower (p = 0.0004) than in the control subjects. These results confirm previously described suggestions on the relationship between hyperprolactinaemia and parasitic infection frequency. We postulate that a high level of PRL may be one of the important factors preventing T. gondii infection in women.  相似文献

Mycobacterium avium is the most commonly encountered mycobacterium species among non-Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (nontuberculous mycobacteria) isolates worldwide and frequently causes lymphadenitis in children. During a multi-centre study in The Netherlands that was performed to determine the optimal treatment for mycobacterial lymphadenitis, concern was expressed in the media about the possible role of birds as sources of these M. avium infections, referred to as ‘bird tuberculosis.’ To examine the involvement of birds in mycobacterial lymphadenitis, 34 M. avium isolates from lymphadenitis cases were subjected to IS1245 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) typing. This genotyping method enables the distinction of the subspecies M. avium subsp. hominissuis and the ‘bird-type’ M. avium spp. avium. Highly variable RFLP patterns were found among the lymphadenitis M. avium isolates, and all belonged to the M. avium hominissuis subspecies. A relation to pet birds in the etiology of mycobacterial lymphadenitis could not be established, and the source of the infections may be environmental.  相似文献

Streptococcus pneumoniae is an uncommon cause of skin and soft tissue infections, yet the incidence and clinical significance of its isolation in samples of skin or soft tissues in unselected hospital samples is poorly understood. In the present study, a review was conducted of the records of all patients with skin and soft tissue infections due to S. pneumoniae at a university hospital between January 1994 and December 2005. The isolates were identified by standard methods and were serotyped, and susceptibility testing was performed by the broth microdilution method following the guidelines of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute. During the study period, 3,201 isolates of S. pneumoniae were recovered from several sources. Of these, 69 (2.2%) were from skin and soft tissue samples (69 patients). Complete information could not be obtained for 13 patients. Of the 56 patients remaining, 36 (64.3%) were infected and fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The following types of infections were observed: surgical wound infection (n = 11), burn infection (n = 7), pyomyositis (n = 6), cellulitis (n = 4), perineal or scrotal abscess (n = 3), and other (n = 5). Thirty-one (86%) patients had a favorable outcome, and 5 (13.8%) patients died. Mortality was directly attributable to S. pneumoniae infection in three of the five fatal cases. Of the 39 S. pneumoniae isolates obtained (36 from skin and soft tissues, three from blood cultures), 58.9% were penicillin nonsusceptible, 7.7% were cefotaxime nonsusceptible, and 20.5% were erythromycin resistant. The most frequent serotypes were 3, 19, 11, and 23. Of the overall number of isolates of S. pneumoniae recovered in a general institution, 2.2% involved skin and soft tissues (of which 64% were clinically significant). Biofilm production was assessed in 52 Staphylococcus epidermidis isolates from the catheters of 52 patients with catheter-related bloodstream infections (CR-BSI) and compared with 14 isolates from the skin of healthy volunteers by spectrophotometry. The isolates were classified as non- (G1), weak- (G2) or strong- (G3) slime producers based on optical density, and as producers and non-producers based on the results of the Congo red agar test. Differences (p = 0.012) in the proportion of G1, G2 and G3 among the isolates were found between catheter and healthy skin strains: there was a higher percentage of G1 types among the healthy skin strains (35.7 vs. 11.5%; p = 0.046) and a higher percentage of G3 types among the catheter isolates (44.2 vs. 0%; p = 0.001). No significant differences were found with the Congo red agar test. G3 is a phenotypic marker for CR-BSI.  相似文献

Ryukyu spiny rats (genus Tokudaia) are indigenous species that are confined to three islands of the Nansei Shoto archipelago, Amami-Oshima, Tokunoshima and Okinawa-jima, Japan. Tokudaia tokunoshimensis from Tokunoshima Island and Tokudaia osimensis from Amami-Oshima Island are closely related taxonomically, although their karyotypes are quite different: the diploid chromosome numbers and sex chromosome constitution are 2n = 45, X0/X0 for T. tokunoshimensis and 2n = 25, X0/X0 for T. osimensis. We conducted comparative chromosome painting with chromosome-specific DNA probes of the laboratory mouse (Mus musculus) to molecularly examine the chromosome homology between T. tokunoshimensis and T. osimensis, and deduced a possible ancestral karyotype of Tokudaia species and the process of evolutionary chromosome rearrangements. The proposed ancestral karyotype with the diploid number of 2n = 48, XX/XY was similar to the karyotype of T. tokunoshimensis, and the karyotype of T. osimensis would then have been established through at least 14 chromosomal changes, mainly centric fusion and tandem fusion, from the ancestral karyotype. The close karyological relationship between the ancestral karyotypes of Tokudaia and Apodemus also suggests that the chromosomal evolution in the Tokudaia-Apodemus lineage has been very slow and has accelerated only recently in the branch leading to T. osimensis.  相似文献
