目的研究cyclin E、p16ink4、ki67在宫颈脱落细胞中的表达水平及其与HPV16/18感染的相关性,探讨其对宫颈癌高危人群筛查的意义.方法采用免疫组织化学方法对78例官颈脱落细胞标本进行cyclin E、p16ink4、ki67检测,同时应用多重引物PCR技术检测HPV16/18.结果cyclin E、p16ink4、ki67在宫颈癌细胞中的表达水平均较鳞状上皮非典型增生(ASCUS)差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);各级宫颈癌细胞中HPV16的阳性率均较ASCUS差异有统计学意义(x2=25.27,P<0.005),且随着宫颈上皮细胞损伤程度加重阳性率升高,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01).p16ink4和ki67在宫颈癌细胞中的表达水平与HPV16高度相关(rs=1.0,P<0.05);而cyclin E的表达与HPV16相关性较小(rs=0.4,P<0.05).HPV18阳性例数较少,在各项分析中差异均无统计学意义(x2=3.68,P>0.05).结论官颈癌细胞中cyclin E、p16ink4及ki67的高度表达与HPV16感染有关;它们均可能作为有价值的诊断指标应用于宫颈癌高危人群筛查,且cyclin E对宫颈癌的早期诊断意义更大.  相似文献

目的 探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)分型检测在宫颈细胞学诊断为不典型鳞状细胞意义不明确(atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance.ASCUS)分层处理中的意义.方法 对184例宫颈细胞学诊断为ASCUS的患者,分别进行HPV检测和阴道镜下宫颈组织活检.结果 184例宫颈细胞学诊断为ASCUS的患者中,经组织病理学证实炎症112例(60.87%),CIN Ⅰ级33例(17.93%),CIN Ⅱ级17例(9.24%),CIN Ⅲ级8例(4.35%),宫颈鳞癌4例(2.17%),宫颈湿疣10例(5.43%).其中124例经检测呈高危型HPV(high-risk types HPV,HR-HPV)阳性,阳性率为67.39%(124/184),随后经病理学证实炎症66例(53.23%),CIN Ⅰ级22例(17.74%),CIN Ⅱ级16例(12.90%),CIN Ⅲ级8例(6.45%),宫颈鳞癌4例(3.23%),宫颈湿疣8例(6.45%).HPV阳性组CIN以上病变检出率明显高于HPV阴性组(P<0.003).结论对宫颈细胞学诊断为ASCUS的患者,建议作HPV检测,若HR-HPV阳性,则需进一步阴道镜下宫颈活检;若HPV阴性,酌情处理.  相似文献

探讨不能明确意义的非典型鳞状细胞患者发生CINⅡ 及其以上宫颈病变的影响因素。方法 通过完善设计的调查量表对我院门诊就诊行宫颈液基细胞学检查(TCT)为ASCUS的236例患者进行回顾性资料收集,同时行人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)基因型检测,和阴道镜检查+宫颈活检,对相关危险因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 236例ASCUS病变中,病理证实CIN共68例(28.81%),其中CINⅡ及以上检出36例,占总病例数的15.25%。236例ASCUS病例中,高危型HPV阳性率为55.51%,高危型HPV阳性及高危型HPV阴性组CINⅡ及以上病变检出率分别为25.19%、2.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危型HPV检测CINⅡ及其以上的敏感性达91.67%,阴性预测值达97.14%。单因素分析中年龄、初次性生活年龄、流产次数、HR-HPV与CINⅡ及其以上密切相关。Logistic多因素回归分析的结果表明初次性生活年龄、流产次数、HR-HPV是宫颈CINⅡ及其以上的高危因素。结论 高危型HPV检测是ASCUS患者分流的重要指标,尤其是年龄在30~50岁。初次性生活年龄≤20岁、流产次数>2次、HR-HPV是ASCUS患者发生宫颈高度病变的独立的高危因素。  相似文献

DNA replication and centrosome duplication have to be strictly synchronized to guarantee genomic stability. p53, pRb, cyclin E, and cyclin A are reported to be involved in the synchronizing process. We investigated the relationship between papillomavirus infection, centrosome aberration and aneuploidy during genesis of cervical carcinoma. The number of centrosomes found in cells from normal cervical epithelium (n = 5), condyloma acuminata (n = 5), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) I, II, and III (n = 14) and invasive cervical carcinoma (n = 5) was analyzed by gamma tubulin immunofluorescence staining. The nuclear DNA content was investigated by image cytometry and human papillomavirus (HPV) infection was determined by polymerase chain reaction. Normal epithelia and condyloma acuminata showed cells with one or two centrosomes, whereas CIN lesions showed cells with an increasing number of centrosomes. This abnormality was found to be lowest in CIN I lesions, increased with advancing grade of CIN and was highest in lesions of invasive carcinomas. In parallel, an increasing number of cells with aberrant DNA content was seen. All carcinomas and all except one of the CIN III lesions showed aneuploidy. Three CIN II cases were aneuploid and two cases with CIN I were tetraploid. Normal epithelia and condyloma acuminata showed diploidy. All invasive carcinomas and lesions with CIN were positive for high-risk HPV types 16, 18, or 31, except one invasive carcinoma and one CIN II lesion positive for universal primers only. Three condyloma acuminata were HPV 16-positive and one HPV 6-positive. The results suggest that high-risk HPV infection is correlated to a progressive numerical disturbance of centrosome replication followed by progressive chromosomal aberrations in CIN lesions and invasive carcinomas.  相似文献

Cyclin D1, E‐cadherin and beta‐catenin expression in FIGO Stage IA cervical squamous carcinoma: diagnostic value and evidence for epithelial–mesenchymal transition Aims: Immunohistochemistry is helpful in distinguishing cervical neoplastic lesions from their histological mimics, but has contributed less towards the sometimes problematic distinction of in‐situ and superficially invasive tumours. Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) may be a mechanism of invasion in cervical neoplasia and expression of EMT‐associated proteins could prove useful in this diagnostic setting. Methods and results: Immunohistochemical expression of cyclin D1, E‐cadherin and beta‐catenin was assessed in 22 biopsy specimens from FIGO Stage IA cervical squamous carcinomas, all of which also included foci of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 3, nine biopsies of CIN 3 adjacent to carcinoma, and 10 cases of CIN 3 only. Most invasive tumour cells expressed cyclin D1 and showed a reduction in E‐cadherin and beta‐catenin staining. Nuclear beta‐catenin expression was not observed. Cyclin D1 staining was reduced or showed altered distribution in most cases of CIN 3, while adhesion protein expression generally was preserved. However, altered protein expression similar to that of invasion was seen in some CIN lesions. Conclusions: Most superficially invasive cervical squamous carcinomas show immunophenotypical changes consistent with EMT. These alterations, particularly cyclin D1 expression, may be useful diagnostically. Similar changes in CIN 3 lesions may indicate the acquisition of increased invasive potential.  相似文献

目的 研究细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)、抗原Ki-67在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和宫颈鳞癌发生发展中作用及其与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染转归的关系.方法 2002年1月至2006年12月广州医学院第一附属医院HPV阳性患者104例,分2组:(1)研究组:82例,即病理确诊CIN Ⅰ组17例、CINⅡ组19例、CINⅢ组23例、宫颈鳞癌组23例.(2)对照组:柱状上皮异位22例.应用EnVision法检测宫颈病变组织中cyclin D1、Ki-67蛋白的表达,杂交捕获试验检测宫颈分泌物或阴道残端中HPV感染情况,随访各组患者术后1年内的HPV变化.结果 (1)cyclin D1在各组宫颈组织细胞核内均有表达.其阳性率CINⅢ组[82.61%(19/23)]、宫颈鳞癌组[86.96%(20/23)]与对照组[27.27%(6/22)]、CINⅠ组[58.82%(10/17)]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在宫颈鳞癌组与CINⅡ组[68.42%(13/19)]阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)Ki-67在各组宫颈组织细胞核内均有表达,其对照组阳性率[31.82%(7/22)]与CINⅢ组[86.96%(20/23)]、宫颈鳞癌组[91.30%(21/23)]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在宫颈鳞癌组与CINⅠ组[58.82%(10/17)]、CIN Ⅱ组[63.16%(12/19)]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)术后1年内各组HPV的转阴率分别与cyclin D1、Ki-67的表达强度呈负相关(rs=-0.299,rs=-0.367,P<0.05).结论 cyclinD1和Ki-67在CIN和宫颈鳞癌的细胞增殖活动中起作用,且两者可能与HPV感染转阴率有关.  相似文献

Importin-β, exportin-5, p16, Ki-67, Mcl1, PDL1, and cFLIP are each over-expressed in the majority of CIN 1 lesions. These biomarkers, plus HPV E6/E7 RNA, were analyzed in carcinoma-in-situ (CIS), microinvasive, and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the uterine cervix and cervical carcinoma cell lines. Only p16 and Ki-67 continued to be over-expressed in CIS, with a concomitant marked increase in E6/E7 RNA. There was a highly significant increase in PDL1 expression and decrease in Ki-67 (each p < 0.001) in microinvasive cancer compared to CIS whereas p16 and E6/E7 remained stable. As the lesion progressed to SCC, p16 and E6/E7 RNA remained strongly overexpressed with a concomitant over expression of importin-β and Ki67. HPV positive Caski cells showed significant elevations of p16, importin-β, exportin-5 and PDL1 compared to the HPV negative cervical cancer cell line C33A, consistent with viral induction of these biomarkers. The data suggest that PDL1 may be a useful biomarker to differentiate CIS from microinvasive cancer and, thus, anti-PDL1 therapy may inhibit the progression of CIS to the invasive stage.  相似文献

目的对子宫颈癌及癌前病变中HPV感染和增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67表达情况进行研究。方法对45例子宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌、5例子宫颈腺癌、35例子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和5例正常宫颈组织采用免疫组化EnVision法进行HPV16和Ki-67表达的检测。结果HPV16阳性率为78.9%(71/90),其中HPV16阳性率在子宫颈癌组织中为76.0%(38/50),在CIN病变中为94.3%(33/35),在正常子宫颈黏膜上皮组织中为阴性(0/5)。Ki-67阳性细胞在正常子宫颈、CIN和子宫颈癌组织中表达逐级增加,显示Ki-67表达程度与组织学类型有关。HPV和Ki-67在CIN和癌组织中的表达呈显著相关(P〈0.005)。结论瑞安地区子宫颈癌及癌前病变组织中存在HPV感染,HPV感染可能在子宫颈癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。联合应用Ki-67与HPV可作为筛选子宫颈癌高危个体有价值的生物学标记。  相似文献

目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染阴性的宫颈癌及其癌前病变中p16^INK4A蛋白表达和DNA倍体分析的临床病理学意义。方法应用PCR方法筛查出HPV感染阴性的20例慢性宫颈炎、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、3例宫颈腺上皮内瘤变(CGIN)、38例浸润性鳞状细胞癌(鳞癌)和15例浸润性腺癌作为研究对象。应用免疫组织化学(LSAB)染色方法检测p16^INK4A蛋白在这些病变组织中的表达,并结合流式细胞仪DNA倍体分析探讨HPV阴性的宫颈癌的早期诊断和预后判定。结果p16^INK4A蛋白特异性地表达在CIN和CGIN病变、鳞癌以及腺癌细胞的胞核和胞质中,而在正常鳞状上皮和腺上皮中没有任何阳性表达信号。另外,DNA异倍体在浸润性鳞癌和腺癌中的表达率明显高于CIN病变组(P〈0.01)。在有淋巴结转移的浸润癌中DNA异倍体存在的百分率高于无淋巴结转移组,但尚未发现差异有统计学意义。在8例p16^INK4A表达阴性的浸润性鳞癌中有2例表现为DNA异倍体。结论p16^INK4A蛋白检测可以作为HPV感染阴性的宫颈鳞癌及腺癌的早期诊断指标,结合DNA倍体分析将对宫颈恶性肿瘤的诊断有重要的辅助意义。  相似文献

Background: The objective of this study was to investigate the expression of human papilloma virus (HPV) L1 capsid protein in abnormal cervical cytology with HPV16 infection and analyze its association with cervical histopathology in Korean women.Material and Methods: We performed immunocytochemistry for HPV L1 in 475 abnormal cervical cytology samples from patients with HPV16 infections using the Cytoactiv® HPV L1 screening set. We investigated the expression of HPV L1 in cervical cytology samples and compared it with the results of histopathological examination of surgical specimens.Results: Of a total of 475 cases, 188 (39.6%) were immunocytochemically positive and 287 (60.4%) negative for HPV L1. The immunocytochemical expression rates of HPV L1 in atypical squamous cells of unknown significance (ASCUS), low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), and cancer were 21.8%, 59.7%, 19.1%, and 0.0%, respectively. LSIL exhibited the highest rate of HPV L1 positivity. Of a total of 475 cases, the multiple-type HPV infection rate, including HPV16, in HPV L1-negative cytology samples was 27.5%, which was significantly higher than that in HPV L1-positive cytology samples (p = 0.037). The absence of HPV L1 expression in ASCUS and LSIL was significantly associated with high-grade (≥cervical intraepithelial neoplasia [CIN] 2) than low-grade (≤CIN1) histopathology diagnoses (p < 0.05), but was not significantly different between HPV16 single and multiple-type HPV infections (p > 0.05). On the other hand, among 188 HPV L1-positive cases, 30.6% of multiple-type HPV infections showed high-grade histopathology diagnoses (≥CIN3), significantly higher than the percentage of HPV16 single infections (8.6%) (p = 0.0004)Conclusions: Our study demonstrates that the expression of HPV L1 is low in advanced dysplasia. Furthermore, the absence of HPV L1 in HPV16-positive low-grade cytology (i.e., ASCUS and LSIL) is strongly associated with high-grade histopathology diagnoses. The multiplicity of HPV infections may have an important role in high-grade histopathology diagnoses (≥CIN3) in HPV L1-positive cases.  相似文献

Context.-Cervical cancer screening in women younger than 30?years relies on cervical cytology because of the poor performance of human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA testing in this age group. Objectives.-To determine the performance of in-cell HPV E6, E7 mRNA quantification (HPV OncoTect) for the detection of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in women younger than 30?years. Design.-We analyzed 3133 cytology specimens from a screening population of women aged 19-75?years investigate HPV OncoTect as a triage/secondary screening test for atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) cytology in women younger than 30?years. Test results were compared to histology in 246 cases. Results.-The sensitivity of E6, E7 mRNA was 89% for CIN 2+ and 100% for CIN 3+ lesions in women 30?years and older. In women younger than 30?years, the sensitivity of E6, E7 mRNA for CIN 2+ lesions was 88% for CIN 2+ and 92% for CIN 3+ lesions. Abnormal cytology (≥ASCUS) exhibited a sensitivity of 89% for CIN 2+ and 100% for CIN 3+ in women 30?years and older and 96% sensitivity for CIN 2+ and 93% sensitivity for CIN 3+ in women younger than 30. The specificity of E6, E7 mRNA was >80% for CIN 2+ and CIN 3+ in both groups of women compared to a specificity of abnormal cytology of <10% for CIN 2+ and CIN 3+ in both groups. Conclusions.-HPV OncoTect demonstrates a performance that would be effective for ASCUS/LSIL triage in women including those younger than 30?years.  相似文献

目的研究不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)与人乳头瘤病毒(Human papil-lomavirus,HPV)基因型分布之间的关系。方法收集321例经组织病理学诊断确定为CIN2及以上(CIN2+)病人的宫颈分泌物标本,其中CIN2 67例,CIN3/ACIS 247例,浸润性宫颈癌7例。采用深圳亚能生物技术有限公司的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测试剂盒对所选标本进行HPV检测及基因分型。结果在所有321例标本中,HPV阳性300例,阳性率93.5%,两型及两型以上感染138例,占比43.0%。HPV16最常见,检出率为41.1%(132/321),其次为HPV31,33,52,18和51。HPV16和33的单型感染在CIN3+中比CIN2更常见,具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。在包含有HPV16或HPV33的多型感染中,含有HPV16或HPV33的多型感染在CIN3+中比CIN2更常见,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 HPV16和HPV33比其他型别HPV具有更强的潜在致癌性。  相似文献

The diagnosis of ASCUS (atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance) was introduced in the 1988 Bethesda System for reporting cervical/vaginal cytologic findings. Outcome and appropriate management of patients with this diagnosis is not presently established. Criteria defining ASCUS are nuclear enlargement (2.5–3.0 times normal intermediate cell nucleus), mild nuclear hyperchromasia, smooth nuclear outlines with mild variation in nuclear size and shape, or else two, but not all three, cytologic criteria for human papilloma virus (HPV) cytopathic effect. All 668 cases reported as ASCUS from February 1992–December 1993 from our cytology laboratory were reviewed. These ASCUS cases represented 4.5% of all gynecologic cases diagnosed in that same time period. Of these, 284 (41%) had a subsequent colposcopic biopsy and/or endocervical curettage. The biopsied cases included 101 (36%) with condylomata, 38 (13%) with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) I, 17 (6%) with CIN II, and 9 (3%) with CIN III. No cases of carcinoma were detected. Of patients with a cytologic diagnosis of ASCUS and subsequent cervical biopsy, 49% had low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (LGSIL), either condyloma or CIN I. Nine percent had high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, either CIN II or CIN III. These findings indicate that ASCUS defines cytologically a group of patients who may have either a concurrent or subsequent development of a squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL). Current cervical screening uses a combination of cytology and high‐risk human papillomavirus (HR‐HPV) analysis in cases of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and atypical squamous cells cannot exclude high‐grade intraepithelial lesion (ASC‐H). These diagnoses are subject to interobserver variability and HR‐HPV analysis can be limited by sampling inadequacy. This study correlates immunoexpression of P16 and Ki‐67 in residual cervicovaginal material against cytology category and HR‐HPV status. Eighteen pap tests were selected: 8 ASCUS, 4 ASC‐H, and 6 controls (2 LSIL and 4 HSIL). Digene Hybrid Capture II test was used to detect HR‐HPV. The cytospins were stained for P16/Ki‐67. Pap tests, P16, Ki‐67, HR‐HPV result and available biopsies were correlated. P16 expression correlated with HR‐HPV status in 15/17 cases. Discordant cases (1 ASCUS and 1 ASC‐H) were +P16/–HR‐HPV. Ki‐67 correlated with HR‐HPV in 8/15 cases. Discordant cases were +HR‐HPV/– Ki‐67 (HSIL, LSIL, and ASC‐H one each), and –HR‐HPV/+Ki‐67 (3 ASCUS, 1 LSIL, 1 ASC‐H). Two cases were + P16/+ Ki‐67/– HR‐HPV. None were ‐ P16/– Ki‐67/+ HR‐HPV. Histologic follow‐up in 13 cases varied from benign to CIN III. Two cases of +P16/ – Ki‐67/– HR‐HPV had benign cervical biopcies. Although a small sample size, our findings show a utility for adjunct P16/ Ki‐67 in addition to HR‐HPV testing in cases of squamous atypia when HR‐HPVs are non‐detected due to low DNA copies, or missed lesions in cervical biopsies. Cervical carcinomas and their precursors (cervical dysplasia, CIN1-3) are associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infections. Epidemiological and in vitro-studies have shown that some of the genital HPV types, the high risk-types 16, 18, 31 etc., code for proteins (E6/E7) which strongly influence the cell cycle and genome stability. Progression from weak to severe dysplasia and to invasive cancer is associated with increasing expression of these viral oncogenes. Which additional cofactors contribute to progression of some dysplasias to carcinomas is still a matter of investigation. Recent results point to genetic predisposition (p53 polymorphism), cellular immune reaction, and cytokine expression. For HPV detection in cervical swabs and biopsies two highly sensitive and reliable systems (PCR, Hybrid Capture system) are available. Although classical histological methods are sufficient for the diagnosis of high-grade lesions and invasive cancer, HPV testing might give valuable diagnostic and prognostic clues especially in cases of unclear cytology (ASCUS) or weak dysplasia.  相似文献

Interaction of human papilloma virus oncoproteins E6 and E7 with cell cycle proteins leads to disturbances of the cell cycle mechanism and subsequent alteration in the expression of some proteins, such as p16INK4a, cyclin D1, p53 and KI67. In this study, we compared alterations in the expression of these proteins during several stages of intra-epitelial cervical carcinogenesis. Accordingly, an immunohistochemical study was performed on 50 cervical biopsies, including negative cases and intraepithelial neoplasias. The expression patterns of these markers were correlated with the histopathological diagnosis and infection with HPV. The p16INK4a, followed by Ki67, showed better correlation with cancer progression than p53 and cyclin D1, which recommends their use in the evaluation of cervical carcinogenesis. These monoclonal antibodies can be applied to cervical biopsy specimens to identify lesions transformed by oncogenic HPV, separating CIN 1 (p16INK4a positive) and identifying high-grade lesions by an increase in the cellular proliferation index (Ki67). In this way, we propose immunomarkers that can be applied in clinical practice to separate patients who need a conservative therapeutic approach from those who require a more aggressive treatment.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine the usefulness of human papillomavirus (HPV) testing for predicting cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 1 and 2 to 3 on cervical biopsies in women who had atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) on Papanicolaou tests. In this prospective cohort, 167 women with abnormal cytologic examination (ASCUS and LSIL) were evaluated by colposcopy-directed biopsy and endocervical curettage. Colposcopy was performed on all study participants to obtain cervical tissue for histologic examination for detection of underlying CIN in patients with an initial cytologic test result of ASCUS and LSIL. A sample for HPV DNA detection by polymerase chain reaction was obtained. The HPV type 16 was positive in 35.4% of the 167 women with abnormal cytologic examination result in our gynecologic outpatient's clinic. Histologic diagnosis of CIN 1 was found in 45 of 135 women with ASCUS and in 17 of 32 women with LSIL. According to the cytologic findings, the frequency of CIN grade 2 or 3 in patients classified as ASCUS and LSIL was 12.5% (17/135) and 18.7% (6/32), respectively. Of the ASCUS smears, 9.6% were positive for HPV type 16. The sensitivity of the HPV type 16 using polymerase chain reaction technique threshold in detecting CIN 1 and CIN 2 to 3 was 57% and 46% in ASCUS-LSIL cytologic examination, respectively. The positive predictive value of HPV type 16 ranged from 60% in patients with CIN 1 and 42% in CIN 2 to 3 in ASCUS-LSIL. By contrast, negative predictive value was 58% in patients with CIN 1 and 80% in CIN 2 to 3. The low positive predictive value of HPV testing with ASCUS smears suggests that HPV positivity could be not used for predicting the presence of CIN 2 to 3.  相似文献

目的:探讨组蛋白去乙酰化酶6(HDAC6)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测63例宫颈癌组织、38例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织和63例正常宫颈上皮组织中HDAC6蛋白的表达,并分析其与宫颈癌患者临床病理参数之间的关系。采用Westernblotting随机检测4例宫颈癌组织及自身相对应正常宫颈上皮组织中HDAC6蛋白的表达。结果:宫颈癌组织中HDAC6蛋白表达的阳性率显著高于CIN组织和正常宫颈上皮组织(P<0.05)。HDAC6蛋白表达与宫颈癌患者年龄和组织学分化无关(P>0.05),但与临床分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。进一步的Westernblotting结果表明宫颈癌组织中HDAC6蛋白的表达均显著高于正常宫颈上皮组织(P<0.05)。结论:HDAC6有望成为评价宫颈癌恶性程度和预后的指标。  相似文献
