Susan Waterworth argues that adopting a research-based model for clinical practice is necessary both to improve standards and to ensure a more informed approach for the delivery of patient care. She outlines the purposes of research in nursing and goes on to describe how clinical practitioners can identify and carry out relevant research topics. A collaborative approach is, she suggests, often the key to addressing problems successfully, and promoting links with a university nursing department may prove beneficial.  相似文献

目的:了解不同实习指导方法对实习护生的自我效能和临床实践行为的影响,为提高护生的临床实习水平提供理论依据。方法选取某三级甲等教学医院的2008级和2009级本科实习护生413名为研究对象,2008级护生采用常规实习教学指导方法,2009级护生采用以学生为主体的实习教学指导方法,在实习结束后进行一般自我效能及临床实践行为情况的问卷调查,比较其差异。结果2009级本科护生实习后自我效能得分为(2.79±0.46)分,高于2008级实习护生的(2.58±0.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.344,P<0.01)。2009级本科护生实习后临床实践行为总分为(3.84±0.51)分,高于2008级实习护生的(3.69±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.299,P<0.01)。结论以学生为主体的实习教学指导方法可以有效提高学生的自我效能和临床实践行为水平,可广泛应用于实习护生的教育中。  相似文献

目的探讨护生记实习日记对实习效果的影响。方法将2006~2007年度在我院实习的160名学生,随机分为实验组(80名)和对照组(80名),对照组按常规实习带教,实验组增加记实习日记。结果两组实习生实习结束前的护理理论和操作考试成绩比较,实验组显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),老师对两组学生平均满意度比较实验组97.5%,对照组82.5%,P〈0.05,毕业后1年护生所工作医院反馈结果表明,实验组工作总体表现较对照组好,P〈0.05。结论护生记实习日记,提高了学生的主动学习能力、培养了评判性思维能力,使带教老师对学生的满意度明显提升,同时学生的理论、操作考试成绩显著提高,并且对护生毕业后的工作表现还将产生持续影响。  相似文献

There has been a recent increasing interest in reflective practice in nursing. There is a wealth of literature about its apparent advantages and benefits, but very little empirical research into clinical outcomes consequent to reflective practice. This study attempts an initial exploration into this area. A retrospective, three-phase, multi-method study in a single department of nursing was conducted. The research sample comprised students and former students of the department who had previously participated in an assessed reflective practice course or module. Years of experience, speciality or academic level did not have a significant influence, but the effectiveness of the facilitator was an important factor. The results suggest that reflective practice is regarded highly and that most respondents could identify significant, long-term changes to clinical practice resulting from it.  相似文献

In recent years, a wide range of professions have adopted 'reflective practice' as an approach to professional development, and many professions have made it a mandatory dimension of their membership credentialling process. Despite the fact that it has been widely taken up in the professional world, there are many different conceptualizations and ideas about what it is.
