目的 考察进口维药白花丹与国产白花丹的区别.方法 收集了10批进口维药白花丹和6批广西产白花丹,从药材的性状、显微鉴别、含量测定等方面进行了比较.结果 国产白花丹与进口维药中所用的白花丹为同一药材,国产白花丹药材中白花丹醌含量普遍高于进口白花丹.结论 为国产白花丹可作为维药白花丹的来源提供了一定的依据.  相似文献

目的改进维药白花丹药材的质量标准。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别及TLC法对维药白花丹药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定白花丹中白花丹醌的量。结果建立的性状鉴别、显微鉴别及薄层色谱图清晰;水分低于9.0%;总灰分不超过9.0%;醇溶性浸出物在10.0%以上;白花丹醌在0.028 60.457 6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为100.37%,RSD为1.15%,12批白花丹药材中白花丹醌的量为0.007 1%0.457 6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为100.37%,RSD为1.15%,12批白花丹药材中白花丹醌的量为0.007 1%0.052 2%。结论建立白花丹药材质量标准研究方法可行,重复性好,能有效控制该药材质量。  相似文献

目的:通过对蓝雪科蓝雪属植物白花丹叶进行生药鉴别试验和抗菌实验,为临床用药提供参考。方法:组织解离,显微观察,水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花丹醌并做体外抑菌实验。结果:确定白花丹叶的性状,显微特征,并测定了白花丹醌的含量为鲜重的0.13%,抗皮肤病真菌的浓度≤1mg/mL。结论:该实验操作方法可行,实验结果可靠,为进一步开展研究抗皮肤病真菌药物提供了依据。  相似文献

白花丹为白花丹科植物白花丹(PlumbagozeylanicaL.)的全草或根。其味辛、苦、涩,性温,有毒;能祛风除湿,行气活血,消肿解毒。白花丹为多民族药材,民间应用广泛。常用治跌打损伤,痈疮肿毒,肝脾肿大,风湿疼痛、骨质增生,胃腹胀痛及牛皮癣等症。近年来,白花丹的化学和药理作用方面取得一定的进展,其抗肿瘤和抗肝纤维化等方面的药理作用逐渐引起人们的关注。  相似文献

目的:研究白花丹Plumbago zeylanicaLinn.地上部分的化学成分。方法:对白花丹95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分进行色谱分离,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从白花丹中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为白花丹醌(Ⅰ),isoshinanolone(Ⅱ),白花丹酸(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ),对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅴ),反式桂皮酸(Ⅵ),香兰子酸(Ⅶ),2,5-二甲基-7-羟基-色原酮(Ⅷ),3-吲哚甲醛(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ和Ⅸ为首次从白花丹属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

 目的分析不同产地白花丹药材中白花丹醌含量的差异。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温:30℃,流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长:213nm,流速:1mL·min-1。结果白花丹醌在0.0104~0.3328μg,峰面积与进样量具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=-22.32+9527.9X,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.7%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于控制白花丹药材质量。  相似文献

目的:建立白花丹药材中白花丹醌的含量测定方法并考察白花丹不同药用部位中的含量。方法:色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),柱温30 ℃。流动相甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长213 nm,流速1 mL·min-1。结果:白花丹醌在0.020 8~0.104 μg,峰面积与进样量具有良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=-14.29+9 138.9 X,r= 0.999 9,平均回收率为98.7%。白花丹各部位中白花丹醌的含量分别为:根0.394%,茎0.050%,叶0.031%。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于控制白花丹药材质量。  相似文献

目的:建立同时测定白花丹中白花丹醌和香草酸含量的方法,为药材的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.15%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果:白花丹醌在9.95~199μg范围内与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.52%;香草酸在10.1~202μg范围内与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.58%;白花丹中白花丹醌平均含量为0.0310%,香草酸平均含量为0.0124%。结论:本法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于控制白花丹药材的质量。  相似文献

目的 研究白花丹的化学成分.方法 利用硅胶柱层析分离纯化白花丹乙醇提取物,并通过理化性质和TLC,UV,IR,1HNMR,MS等分析鉴定化合物结构.结果 分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为白花丹醌(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、香草酸(Ⅲ).结论 为建立白花丹药材的品质评价、临床用药安全和新药开发提供了实验数据.  相似文献

Plant-based therapeutic preparations are cyclically returning to complement dermatologic therapy, however, data on the toxicity profile of such plants are lacking. In the present study, Plumbago zeylanica, a medicinal plant commonly used in Ethiopia for skin diseases was subjected to a systematic dermatotoxicity study. To this effect, the dermatotoxicity of 80% methanol extract of the root part of Plumbago zeylanica was investigated in animals following standard procedures for irritation, sensitization, acute toxicity and repeated toxicity tests. Extraction of plant material with 80% methanol resulted in 9.45% of crude extract of Plumbago zeylanica. The skin irritation test on rabbits showed Plumbago zeylanica extract to be a moderate irritant, with a primary irritation index of 2.00. Sensitization test on mice by the Mouse Ear Swelling Test method revealed the extract to be non-sensitizer in a dose range of 4-10mg/ml and the percent responder was zero. Acute dermal toxicity test on rats did not produce any overt signs of toxicity, except that there was a weight gain difference between the test and control groups of female rats. This was not, however, supported by other parameters, like the absolute and relative organ weights. Repeated dose toxicity test was associated with increased relative testis weight (P<0.05) as well as higher values for Blood urea nitrogen and K+ (P<0.05) in both sexes with the highest dose (1000 mg/kg) group, although histopathological analyses failed to lend support to these observations. Taken together, the dermatotoxicity test results from this study suggest that Plumbago zeylanica toxic effects might be limited to effects like moderate irritation.  相似文献

The metabolic effect of crude and ethanol extracts of the root of Plumbago zeylanica was investigated in rats. The treatment of rats with crude Plumbago zeylanica and its ethanol extract resulted in an increase in the activities of serum lactate dehydrogenase, acid phosphatase and liver alkaline phosphatase. The blood sugar concentrations increased significantly while liver acid phosphatase and total nucleic acids were drastically reduced. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The effects of a 50% ethanol extract of the root of Plumbago zeylanica (P. zeylanica) were investigated on locomotor behaviour and central dopaminergic activity in rats. The effects on the ambulatory behaviour were assessed along with the levels of dopamine (DA) and its metabolite homovanillic acid (HVA) in the striatum after a single oral dose (100, 200 and 300 mg/kg body weight) of the extract. The extract significantly increased the spontaneous motility in animals. The ambulatory and rotatory behaviour in the treated groups were higher than in the control group (p < 0.05). There were marked differences in the ambulatory behaviour between 100 and 300 mg/kg, indicating that the responses were stimulatory and dose-dependent. The stereotypic behaviour which is characteristic of a dopamine agonist showed biphasic effects. However, there was no significant difference between the groups (p > 0.05). The results showed that the extract of the root of P. zeylanica specifically enhanced the spontaneous ambulatory activity without inducing stereotypic behaviour. The neurochemical estimations revealed elevated levels of DA and HVA in striatum compared with the control rats (p < 0.01). The levels were higher for the 100 mg/kg treated group than the other groups. The levels declined by increasing the dosage of the extract to 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg, however, these levels remained higher than the control group. The relationship between motor activity and levels of dopamine are not parallel. These behavioural and biochemical results indicated stimulatory properties of the extract of the root of P. zeylanica, which may be mediated by dopaminergic mechanisms in the rat brain.  相似文献

该研究通过分析多途径来源的新疆桑属植物及药材样本的ITS2,psbA-trnH序列,为药材分子鉴定提供依据。以51个新疆桑属植物及药材为样本,对其ITS2,psbA-trnH序列进行PCR扩增和测序,用MEGA 6.0计算其种内、种间Kimura 2-parameter(K2P)距离,分析变异位点,并构建NJ鉴别树。ITS2序列分析结果显示,桑Morus alba、鞑靼桑M.alba var.tatarica、黑桑M.nigra种内无变异;桑与鞑靼桑种间无变异;桑与黑桑种间存在13个变异位点,种间平均KP2遗传距离为0.04;桑与药材样本间无信息变异位点,NJ鉴别树可将桑及鞑靼桑与黑桑区分。psbA-trnH序列分析结果显示,桑与黑桑种内各有1个变异位点,3种植物种间存在插入/缺失变异,可相互区分;种间变异与药材样本内变异一致。因此,ITS2序列可将来源于桑、鞑靼桑的药材样本与黑桑区分,psbA-trnH序列可将来源于三者的药材样本区分,为维吾尔药材真伪鉴别及市场监管提供依据。  相似文献
