检测66例急性闭合性颅脑外伤患者红细胞C3b受体花环率(RC3bRR),红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RICR),红细胞免疫粘附促进百分率(RFER)及红细胞免疫粘附抑制百分率(RFIR)。观察各型脑外伤后免疫变化的规律与病情转归的关系。结果证明,各组脑外伤患者RC3bRR和RFER均明显降低(P〈0.01),而RICR和RFIR均明显升高(P〈0.01);上述指标伤情越重,变化越明显,恢复越慢。讨论了  相似文献

本文测定了41例急性脑梗塞患者红细胞滤过指数(RBC-IF)。红细胞C3b花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)观察红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能变化对红细胞变形性(RCI)的影响,结果显示脑梗塞患者RBC-IF增高,RBC-C3bRR下降,RBC-ICR上升,表明脑梗塞患者RCD和红细胞免疫粘附功能下降,且RBC随着RCIA功能下降其变形能力也有所降低。提示脑梗塞  相似文献

对30例急性缺血性脑血管病患者进行红细胞免疫功能和丙二醛测定,发现丙二醛升高的同时,红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)低于正常对照组(P<0.001),而红细胞免疫复合物受体花环率(RBC-ICR)高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。RBC-C3bRR与RBC-ICR变化成负相关。提示氧自由基除对脑有直接损害外,还影响患者红细胞免疫粘附能力,使清除循环免疫复合物的能力下降,进而使免疫复合物沉积于血管内皮,造成损害。这一结果为临床治疗拓宽了思路。  相似文献

本文观察了34例脑梗塞患者紫外线辐射自血回输疗法(UIB)治疗前后红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能的变化,同时与对照组(27例)比较。结果为:UIB治疗后红细胞C3b受体(RBC-C3b-R)花环率升高(P<0.01),红细胞免疫复合物(RBC-IC-R)花环率下降(P<0.01),而对照组在基础治疗前后变化不显著(P>0.05),两组治疗后比较差异显著。提示UIB对脑梗塞患者红细胞免疫功能有改善作用  相似文献

本文对54例急性脑血管病患者进行了红细胞免疫功能测定,发现红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)低于正常对照组,而红细胞免疫复合物受体花环率(RBC-ICR)高于正常对照组。RBC-C3bRR与RBC-ICR变化成负相关。说明急性脑血管病患者红细胞免疫粘附能力下降,从而清除循环免疫复合物的能力下降,使免疫复合物沉积于血管内皮,造成损害。这一结果为临床治疗拓宽了思路。  相似文献

为了探讨急性脑梗塞患者红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能的变化,测定了41例急性脑梗塞患者的红细胞C_3b受体花环率(RBC-C_3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR),并对可能影响RCIA变化的红细胞脂质过氧化物(RBC-LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(RBC-SOD)含量进行了分析和相关研究。结果显示,急性脑梗塞患者RBC-C_3bRR降低,而RBC-ICR增高,同时,RBC-C_3bRR降低与RBC-LPO呈显著负相关,与RBC-SOD呈正相关。研究结果提示,急性脑梗塞患者RCIA功能确受到影响,RCIA功能的下降与体内抗氧化能力下降有关。由此,脂质过氧化造成细胞膜损伤,改变红细胞表面的抗原性。  相似文献

本文将新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)分成轻、中、重3组,观察红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)、血清中红细胞免疫促进因子(RFER)、抑制因子(RFIR)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果显示:3组HIE的RBC-C3bRR及SOD均显著下降,且二者呈正相关;轻度组RBC-ICR显著升高;RFER在中、重度组显著下降;RFIR3组均显著升高。说明HIE时红细胞免疫功能降低,其参与了SOD在HIE发病机制中的作用。  相似文献

A laser diffraction system was used to study the deformation of RBC. This work indicated: 1. There was a decreased tendency accompanied with age increased, especially at pre-elderly period. 2. The deformability of patients with acute ischemic stroke was significantly decreased. This result emphasized that DI value should be considered as a peculiar index for diagnosis and treatment. 3. Abnormal calcium accumulation in RBC may play a crucial role in governing RBC deformability. It provided one of the basis of potential therapy of calcium antagonist. 4. Very long-chain fatty acids accumulate in both adrenoleukodystrophy and Zellweger's syndrome. Plasmalogen content is decreased in Zellweger's syndrome. We therefore analyzed plasmalogen in erythrocyte membrane glycerophospholipids of three patients with adrenoleukodystrophy and eight normal controls. There was no significant difference in the ratio of plasmalogen and diacyl forms in the phosphatidylethanolamine class of the patients and controls. This observation suggests that plasmalogen metabolism differs in adrenoleukodystrophy and Zellweger's syndrome.  相似文献

Erythrocyte deformability was demonstrated to be influenced by platelet activation. Deformability of erythrocytes suspended in autologous platelet poor plasma (PPP), obtained from platelet rich plasma (PRP), was significantly reduced when PRP had previously been incubated with a platelet activating substance (arachidonic acid, adrenaline or ADP). The possibility of a direct influence of the activating substance on erythrocyte deformability was examined and malondialdehyde formation was determined as an indicator of platelet activation. Erythrocyte deformability was not impaired when endoperoxide formation in platelets was blocked by an inhibitor of cyclooxigenase (acetylsalicylic acid). Plasma viscosity was not influenced by platelet activation as demonstrated by filtration and viscosimetry. Recent studies showed that prostacyclin (PGI2) increases erythrocyte deformability (1). The antagonistic action between prostacyclin released by vessel walls and products of platelet metabolism being well known, we discuss possible mechanisms of this effect and pathophysiological relevance of our results.  相似文献

Enhanced erythrocyte aggregability in occlusive cerebrovascular disease   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
We measured the rate of erythrocyte aggregation using our whole-blood aggregometer in 80 patients with occlusive cerebrovascular disease during the acute and chronic phases. We compared the data with values for 38 age-matched healthy controls. Mean +/- SD erythrocyte aggregability of the patients during both the acute phase (0.145 +/- 0.21/sec, n = 35) and the chronic phase (0.139 +/- 0.21/sec, n = 45) was higher than that in the controls (0.123 +/- 0.21/sec, n = 38; p less than 0.01). Erythrocyte aggregability was positively correlated with the plasma concentration of globulin and fibrinogen and inversely correlated with the albumin:globulin ratio. However, these correlations did not necessarily exclude the possibility that some unknown substance(s) released from ischemic tissue might enhance erythrocyte aggregability.  相似文献

The authors have studied the clinical response, EMG and EEG changes in 12 depressed patients after 28 days of lithium carbonate treatment of 1,200 mg daily. The findings confirm: (1) a high correlation between the degree of improvement and the RBC lithium: plasma lithium ratio on the 28th day; (2) a slight decrease in motor conduction velocity (m.c.v.) and increase of M-response duration during lithium treatment; (3) no correlation between EEG and lithium levels and percentage of improvement.  相似文献

In four of six patients with myotonic dystrophy whom we studied 51Cr labeled erythrocytes were found to have a biphasic survival kinetic. After in initial significantly more rapid disappearance than in controls, about 80% of the labeled cells reappeared in circulation, and were thereafter eliminated at a significantly faster rate than normal. This type of biphasic survival pattern may partly be related to reduced sialic acid concentration of the erythrocyte membrane in patients with this disease.  相似文献
