紫花洗剂的抗炎、镇痛、止痒和抗滴虫实验 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:观察紫花洗剂的抗炎、镇痛和止痒、抗滴虫作用.方法:抗炎实验用小鼠耳肿法和大鼠足肿胀法,镇痛实验用小鼠热板法,大鼠搔痒模型用4-氨基吡啶诱发,体外实验观察药物的抗滴虫作用.结果:紫花洗剂对巴豆油所致的小鼠耳肿和甲醛所致的大鼠足肿胀均有明显的抑制作用,能延长热板刺激诱发的疼痛潜伏期,对4-氨基吡啶诱发的大鼠搔痒有抑制作用,体外实验显示该药在一定浓度下能够杀灭阴道滴虫.HT5"H〗结论:紫花洗剂具有明确的抗炎、镇痛、止痒和抗阴道滴虫作用. 相似文献

目的 :对灭滴霉胶囊进行临床及实验研究。方法 :用灭滴霉与洁尔阴治疗阴道毛滴虫病及霉菌性阴道炎 ,进行临床对照观察。实验室进行灭滴霉的抗阴道滴虫、皮肤致敏、动物急性毒性及胶囊崩解时限等实验。结果 :灭滴霉临床疗效显著 ,实验研究结果证实该药对阴道滴虫有抑制作用 ,对皮肤无致敏性 ,动物急性毒性试验未见异常 ,该胶囊可在 2 5分钟内全部崩解。结论 :该药可改善局部环境 ,收敛修复 ,抑菌 ,是治疗滴虫性阴道炎的理想药物。 相似文献

对滴炎洗剂体外抗阴道毛滴虫作用经实践研究,表明在2.25mg/ml中,48小时后对虫体具有抑制作用,在22.5mg/ml中,48小时后对虫体具有杀灭作用,其杀虫作用与浓度成正比,效果与灭滴灵相同。该药是一种具有开发和实用价值的妇科新型中药外用制剂。 相似文献

Extracts, fractions and sesquiterpene lactones from Neurolaena lobata (L.) R. Br. (Asteraceae), a traditional medicinal plant from Guatemala, were tested in vitro against Leishmania spp. promastigotes, Trypanosoma cruzi trypomastigotes and epimastigotes and Trichomonas vaginalis trophozoites. The ethanol extract inhibited the parasite growth of L. mexicana, T. cruzi and T. vaginalis significantly. The pure germacranolides 1 and a mixture of 2 and 3, isolated from the ethonal extract, were highly active against L. mexicana and T. cruzi. 相似文献

目的:探索中药复方对Uu感染的非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)的作用机理,从多角度为中医药治疗本病提供理论依据。方法:63个Uu临床分离株采用肉汤稀释法判定临床耐红霉素和四环素(MIC≥16μg/ml,参照美国国家临床实验室标准委员会1995年标准);经三次传代成纯培养后接种于96孔板小孔中,药液倍比稀释成250mg/ml~0.48mg/ml,37℃培养,加药组以72h后仍不出现培养基由黄→红色变化的最小药物浓度为该药的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:尿路清对63株Uu临床株MIC范围为0.48mg/ml~15.36rag/ml,MIC50≤1.95mg/ml.MIC90≤3.91mg/ml,Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性比对四环素的敏感性高的多(Х^2=18.38,P〈0.01),Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性与对红霉素的敏感性之间无明显联系(Х^2=1.85,P〈0.05)。结论:中药尿路清对63株耐药(四环素、红霉素)菌株Uu显示出了较强的体外抑菌作用,值得进一步研究。 相似文献

目的:观察贯叶连翘提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将昆明种小鼠40只随机分为模型对照组、正常对照组、达菲组(10 mg/kg)及贯叶连翘提取物高、低剂量组,每组8只。除正常对照组外,其余各组以流感病毒鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染小鼠后,分别灌服不同的药物(贯叶连翘提取物高剂量组100 mg/kg、低剂量组50 mg/kg和达菲组3 mg/kg)0.2 m L/次,2次/d,5天后摘眼球放血处死小鼠,摘取胸腺和脾脏并计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数;采用MTT法测定小鼠治疗前后T、B淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞的杀伤活性。结果:贯叶连翘提取物作用于流感病毒感染小鼠后,胸腺和脾脏指数均有所上升,与模型对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);高、低贯叶连翘提取物组T、B淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞的杀伤活性与模型对照组相比上升明显(P0.01)。结论:贯叶连翘提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠机体有一定免疫调节作用。 相似文献

The increasing clinical use of acyclovir, ganciclovir, and foscarnet against herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella-zoster virus, and cytomegalovirus has been associated with the emergence of drug-resistant herpesvirus strains. To develop anti-HSV compounds from plants, 31 herbs used as antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agents in Chinese medicine were screened. Five different preparations (cold aqueous, hot aqueous, ethanolic, acid ethanolic, and methanolic) from 31 herbs were analyzed by plaque reduction assay, and 7 extracts. which showed significant antiviral activities, were further elucidated for their antiviral mechanisms. Our results showed that ethanolic extract of Rheum officinale and methanolic extract of Paeonia suffruticosa prevented the process of virus attachment and penetration. Aqueous extract of P. suffruticosa and ethanolic extract of Melia toosendan inhibited virus attachment to cell surface. Aqueous extract of Sophora flavescens and methanolic extract of M. toosendan showed no effect on virus attachment and penetration. These data indicated that these 4 herbs have a potential value as a source of new powerful anti-HSV compounds. 相似文献

Tetracera loureiri is one of the most valued herbs in Thai traditional medicine. In this study, we describe its in vitro and in vivo antioxidant and hepatoprotective activities. The ethanol extract of T. loureiri possessed potent antioxidant and strong free radical scavenging properties assayed using ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), respectively. The cytoprotective effects of T. loureiri were demonstrated in ethanolic extracts of freshly isolated rat hepatocytes against the chemical toxicants paracetamol and tertiary-butylhydroperoxide. The cells pretreated with the extract maintained the GSH/GSSG ratio and suppressed lipid peroxidation in a dose dependent manner. Pretreating rats with the ethanol extract orally, one hour prior to intraperitoneal injection of toxic doses of paracetamol, significantly prevented elevations of plasma ALT and AST. These results suggest that T. loureiri may be of potential therapeutic value in some liver disorders. 相似文献

目的 探讨中药野菊花、白花蛇舌草、车前草对解脲支原体 (Uu)的抑菌作用 ,为中药应用于临床治疗Uu感染 ,提供实验依据。方法 以水提法制备 3味中药原液 ,以琼脂稀释法测定野菊花、白花蛇舌草、车前草对 71株解脲支原体的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 野菊花、白花蛇舌草对Uu具有明显的抑制作用 ,MIC均为 12 5mg/ml。14株标准菌株中未发现对此 2种中药的耐药菌株。车前草无明显的抑菌作用。三味中药均对细胞无明显毒性。结论 野菊花、白花蛇舌草在体外对Uu均有明显的抑制作用 ,车前草无明显抑菌作用 相似文献
