多层螺旋CT低剂量与图像质量相关性的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
近年来CT的广泛应用提高了临床诊断的效果。CT机在使用中的主要问题是剂量过大。国家质检总局于2007年8月2日发布JJG1026-2007《医用诊断螺旋计算机断层摄影装置(CT)X射线辐射源》,CT机检定时必须首先满足剂量上限值的要求。从诊断上来说,只有具有较好质量的CT图像才具有诊断意义,不能为达到低剂量的目的而无限地降低扫描条件,而目前我国还没有机构对这一问题开展相关工作。本文为评价CT机的医学诊断性能,讨论了不同的扫描参数(包括kV、mAs、层厚、螺距因子以及准直宽度)对剂量指数和图像质量的影响,达到使患者在受照剂量最少的条件下,实现最优化的图像质量。这一问题更值得有关专业和技术部门参考,从而对病人的辐射剂量控制和医疗诊断质量控制进行有效评估。 相似文献

目的:为加强急诊医生对急诊就诊患者流向的掌控,提高急诊患者就诊安全,研制急诊患者流向系统的医疗软件。方法:在普通门诊系统的基础功能上,扩充患者列表的分类,增加患者流向的记录、展示和医生交接班等功能,在医院信息系统(HIS)的平台上研制开发能够记录急诊患者就诊流向与就诊行为的信息系统软件。结果:研制开发的急诊患者流向系统能够记录患者在急诊就诊时的流向及全部就诊行为。结论:通过应用急诊患者流向系统,能够实现急诊医生对急诊患者全程就诊状态的掌控,可较为圆满地达到预期目的。 相似文献

为了提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率,本文提出了一种多波长近红外乳腺血氧影像检测系统,该系统利用三种图像增强算法对乳腺图像中病灶信息进行增强处理,从形态学角度为医生提供诊断依据.此外,为了提高早期病变的检测阳性率,采用了血氧成像算法对所采集的乳腺图像进行血氧功能成像.对门诊180例已触摸到肿块的乳腺疾病女性患者检测结果表明,良性或恶性肿瘤患者手术病例与术后病理诊断符合率为94.7%.因此,多波长近红外乳腺血氧技术对乳腺癌诊断具有一定的临床指导价值. 相似文献

The intention of this paper is to give an overall view of. (a) The part a computer-based hospital information system (HIS) might play in a hospital. (b) The consequences of this part as to requirements for the contents (components, structure) of a hospital information system. This intention takes shape as follows: (1) Characteristics of data and their use in a hospital are considered including sensitivity, poor standardisation, high availability and long term storage required, incompleteness. (2) An outline is given of which part a HIS might play in this context and how a HIS can achieve this. Quantitative as well as qualitative improvements are described to be realised by checking the input, fast accessibility, improved standardisation, improved exchange of data, improvement of coordination of activities in the hospital. The concept of integration is shortly described. The logical structure of most HISs is introduced: a central databank with a huge storage capacity, accessible for authorised users by means of various application-packages (software) and a large number of terminals (hardware). (3) As an example of an operational HIS, the Leiden University Hospital HIS is described. Real-time video pictures can be transmitted inexpensively via a broadband connection using the DVTS (digital video transport system). However, the degradation of video pictures transmitted by DVTS has not been sufficiently evaluated. We examined the application of DVTS to remote consultation by using images of laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries. A subjective assessment by the double stimulus continuous quality scale (DSCQS) method of the transmitted video pictures was carried out by eight doctors. Three of the four video recordings were assessed as being transmitted with no degradation in quality. None of the doctors noticed any degradation in the images due to encryption by the VPN (virtual private network) system. We also used an automatic picture quality assessment system to make an objective assessment of the same images. The objective DSCQS values were similar to the subjective ones. We conclude that although the quality of video pictures transmitted by the DVTS was slightly reduced, they were useful for clinical purposes. Encryption with a VPN did not degrade image quality. 相似文献

The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the spectrum of interpretations that can be related to the implementation and use of a healthcare information system (HIS). The empirical part of this paper is based on a qualitative case study of a Swedish healthcare provider, called “Alpha”, where a HIS was implemented. By studying how different actors interpret technological and organizational changes in a healthcare case, we mirror different images of the implementation project. Put together, this diversity of images provides an illustration of the complexity associated with the process of implementing a HIS. We apply an adjusted version of Orlikowski's practice lens, with its roots in Structuration Theory, in order to study technology in organizations (focusing inertia, application and change). The implementation process of a HIS is much too complex to be judged as being either entirely positive or negative; instead it offers an illustration of the multi-faceted and reciprocal relation between IS and organization. This challenge literature on critical success factors. This study illustrates several images of HIS implementation and use. Highlighting images is one way to illustrate reluctance, support, complexity and power that are present in HIS implementation and use. This is one important contribution from this article. The complexity in the implementation is linked to healthcare organizations as professional bureaucracies, being highly politicized and institutionalized and to the IT artefact as an integrated HIS. Viewing images as rational myths is also discussed in this paper as an original approach to understand HIS implementation. 相似文献
