目的:制备一种以洛美沙星与四苯硼钠缔合物为活性物的PVC膜洛美沙星选择性电极。方法:用此电极以标准曲线法对盐酸洛美沙星及二种制剂进行含量测定。结果:电极的响应范围10^-1-10-5mol/L,斜率为51.4mV/pC,测得平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=2.6%(n=8)。结论:方法灵敏度高,操作简便,结果与HPLC法相符。 相似文献

In this paper, PVC membrane electrodes were prepared with thiopental-hexadecyltrioctylammonium iodide (HTOA) and thiopental-hexadecyltriphenylphosphonium iodide (HTPP) ion-pair associates as electroactive materials. The effects of the nature of associate counterion and its concentration in the membrane phase have been studied. The electrode based on thiopental-HTOA membrane shows Nernstian response range from 1 × 10-1 to 1 × 10-4M, with an average slope of 56.0 mV/pC. The limit of detection is 1.2 × 10-5M. The potentiometric selectivity coefficients of various common inorganic and organic ions including those which are similar to thiopental in structure were determined. The 0.01 M NaOH is selected as measuring medium for potentiometric measurements. The electrode was used for determining the thiopental sodium content in some injection preparations. The method is quicker and simpler than the pharmacopeia procedure. 相似文献

包衣颗粒体外溶出试验证明在释放量达66%以前为零级恒速释放,此后释放速率降低为非零级释放。颗粒在室温下密闭贮存21个月后,释放速率增快,但仍为零级释放,也是在释放量达66%以后转变为非零级释放。用尿药排泄速率法研究了包衣颗粒的体内动力学并与常规片剂作比较,并测出两者的消除速率常数。常规片剂所得药物t 1/2=3.21h,而包衣颗粒剂所得半衰期约延长2.5倍。通过吸收百分率与体外溶出百分率在不同时间下数值的比较得到线性关系,相关系数r=0.9886。说明体外溶出数据可以作为控制吸收率的依据。按一级吸收一室模型公式计算了一定剂量下的血药浓度,在13h以内血药浓度都在治疗浓度范围(5~20μg/ml)以内。最高浓度为10.5μg/ml,达峰时间为3.27h。本品一次服1.1g可延效12h。 相似文献

本工作对黄连素离子选择电极进行了研制。用这种电极测定黄连素有简便快速的特点。膜用聚氯乙烯为基体,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,黄连素—四苯硼盐为电活性物质。所制成的电极对药根碱,小蘗胺及其它一些生物碱具有一定的选择性,可不经预先分离直接测定片剂中黄连素的含量。 相似文献

The PVC membrane selective electrode for benzalkonium bromide was studied. It is based on the use of benzalkonium tetraphenylborate ion pair complex as the active material. The PVC membrane electrode showed Nernstian response over the concentration range from 10-3 mol/L to 5×10-6mol/L with a slope of 53~57 mV/pC, and the detection limit was found to be 3×10-6 mol/L. The electrode showed rapid response and good reproducibility. The selectivity coefficients of 16 substances were determined. Using direct potentiometric determination, the recovery of pure benzalkonium bromide was 101.8%. The present method is more rapid and simpler than the volumetric method given in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. 相似文献
