背景:纳米脱钙骨基质具有较大的表面积/体积比,纳米颗粒团聚后在表面自然形成不规则的纳米沟槽,可促进成骨细胞在其表面黏附生长及基质分泌。 目的:评价纳米脱钙骨基质作为骨移植替代物的植骨融合能力。 方法:以改良Urist法制备人同种异体脱钙骨基质,使用液氮冷冻球磨机及MICROS超细粉碎机制备纳米脱钙骨基质。咬除家兔L2-4双侧小关节及双侧椎板和横突表面皮质骨,随机分为3组,分别在腰椎椎板及横突间植入纳米脱钙骨基质、脱钙骨基质及自体骨,术后4,8,12周通过影像学、组织学观察植骨融合效果。 结果与结论:①X射线与CT表现:术后12周,纳米脱钙骨基质组椎板、附件形态已接近正常节段,新生骨与椎板间隙完全消失,新生骨与植骨床骨质密度均匀一致;脱钙骨基质组植骨区域椎板表面有少量新生骨块影,在新生骨与椎板表面尚有一定间隙;自体骨组椎板与植骨融合界面愈合良好,植骨区有新生骨块影,融合骨块质地均匀。②组织学表现:术后12周,纳米脱钙骨基质被新生骨替代,与椎板间形成骨性连接,新生骨内可见大量骨细胞,与自体骨组效果相似;脱钙骨基质组植骨区达到骨性愈合,新生骨内可见板层样骨,也有类骨物质。表明纳米脱钙骨基质具有良好的成骨诱导能力,是自体骨移植的良好替代物。  相似文献

背景:应用预制成形的材料修复不规则骨缺损时,常出现材料与骨缺损形状不匹配的问题,制备可任意塑形骨泥对促进不规则骨缺损的愈合具有重要意义。 目的:构建可塑形脱钙骨基质/透明质酸骨泥,筛选最佳复合比例并评价其细胞相容性。 方法:选取合格供体皮质骨制备脱钙骨基质。分别配置浓度为0.75%,1.5%,3%,4.5%的透明质酸溶液并检测其黏度,以450 mg脱钙骨基质与上述各浓度透明质酸溶液1 mL混合,制备不同比例的脱钙骨基质/透明质酸骨泥。37 ℃条件下将骨泥浸泡在PBS平衡液中,观察其离散时间,筛选最佳复合比例的脱钙骨基质/透明质酸骨泥。应用脱钙骨基质/透明质酸骨泥浸提液培养L-929小鼠成纤维细胞,1,4,7 d采用CCK-8法检测骨泥的细胞毒性。 结果与结论:随透明质酸浓度的增加其溶液黏度增大,脱钙骨基质/透明质酸骨泥的离散时间延长,3%浓度的透明质酸与450 mg脱钙骨基质复合制备的骨泥具有良好可塑形能力,离散时间为8 h,为最佳复合比例。脱钙骨基质/透明质酸骨泥浸提液培养L-929小鼠成纤维细胞1,4,7 d的细胞增殖率分别为93.72%,101.65%,97.68%,细胞毒性级别为0或1级。表明脱钙骨基质/透明质酸复合质量比为15∶1制备的骨泥具有良好的可塑形能力及抗离散能力,细胞毒性轻微。  相似文献

背景:如何构建具有类似天然骨结构组织工程骨的问题是组织工程学发展的一个难题。细胞片层技术的出现,为其提供了新的途径。目的:观察细胞片层与脱钙骨基质的生物相容性及其在脱钙骨基质上的生长情况。设计、时间及地点:体外观察性实验,于2009-06/2009-09在青岛大学医学院附属医院中心实验室完成。材料:利用温度感应培养基制备犬骨髓基质细胞片层;脱脂、脱钙、脱非胶原蛋白方法制备犬脱钙骨基质。方法:将温度感应技术制备刮取的细胞片层铺盖于脱钙骨基质表面,用含体积分数为10%胎牛血清及成骨诱导剂的DMEM培养液浸没培养。主要观察指标:扫描电镜下观察脱钙骨基质的结构及细胞片层在脱钙骨基质上的附着、生长情况。计算脱钙骨基质孔隙率和孔径大小。结果:扫描电镜下观察可见脱钙骨基质呈三维立体网孔结构。材料孔隙率约为75%。平均孔隙直径为(250.11±98.89)μm,成正态性分布。扫描电镜下观察细胞片层在脱钙骨基质上的附着、生长状况良好,增殖迅速。结论:细胞片层与脱钙骨基质有较好的生物相容性,脱钙骨基质/细胞片层复合体能够应用于组织工程骨,为构建类似骨结构组织工程骨起到促进作用。  相似文献

背景:前期实验发现单纯骨基质明胶材料与骨髓间充质干细胞复合后具有较好的成骨能力,修复骨缺损效果较好,但单纯骨基质明胶降解速度快,硬度差,不能用来修复承重区域的骨缺损。 目的:观察骨基质明胶/煅烧骨基质重组人工骨与骨髓间充质干细胞复合培养后细胞成骨潜能的变化。 方法:利用骨基质明胶和煅烧骨基质制备重组人工骨,并与大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞复合培养48 h,用茜素红染色检测复合培养后细胞的成骨潜能。 结果与结论:细胞在复合材料上能够很好的黏附、生长以及增殖,与重组人工骨复合培养后,细胞的成骨潜能和细胞表型无明显变化。表明重组人工骨易于与骨髓间充质干细胞结合,对细胞成骨潜能无影响,生物相容性良好。  相似文献

背景:目前在矫形外科和颅面重建中已有脱钙骨基质和骨髓间充质干细胞的相关应用,但用于乳突腔填塞尚缺乏研究。 目的:探寻异种脱钙骨基质和骨髓间充质干细胞联合植入乳突腔的成骨效能。 方法:全骨髓贴壁培养法分离近交系雌性豚鼠骨髓间充质干细胞,牛股骨头松质骨制备牛髂骨脱钙骨基质。20只豚鼠随机数字表法分为脱钙骨基质与骨髓间充质干细胞联合植入鼓泡腔的实验组和取自体髂骨植入鼓泡腔的对照组。 结果与结论:植入1个月后两组的成骨量差异无显著性意义;植入后2个月实验组成骨量多于对照组,差异有显著性意义    (P < 0.05)。说明异种脱钙骨基质与骨髓间充质干细胞联合植入乳突腔能有效促进乳突填塞后骨的形成。  相似文献

文题释义:脱钙骨基质:主要由93%胶原、5%可溶性蛋白及2%残余矿化基质组成的商业化生物材料,包含不同浓度的骨形态发生蛋白、生长因子及转化生长因子,具备良好的骨传导与骨诱导能力,可以单独或联合其他材料广泛用于骨折、骨不连、骨肿瘤、骨融合、股骨头坏死等治疗中。结构模型指数:是描述骨小梁组成结构中板层结构和杆状结构比例的参数。如果结构中骨小梁主要为板层结构,那么结构模型指数接近于0;如果结构中骨小梁主要为杆状结构,那么结构模型指数接近于3,该值越小骨小梁越成熟。背景:淫羊藿苷可促进骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖与成骨分化,具有良好的促成骨性能。脱钙骨基质具备良好的骨传导与骨诱导能力,可以单独或联合其他材料广泛用于骨修复中。 目的:观察3D打印淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质材料的缓释性能、细胞相容性与体内成骨性能。方法:利用3D打印技术制备淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质材料与脱钙骨基质材料,检测淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质材料的体外缓释性能。将骨髓间充质干细胞分别接种于两种材料表面,以单独培养的细胞为对照,于设定的时间点进行活/死染色、MTT、碱性磷酸酶活性与骨钙素含量检测。取新西兰大白兔30只,建立股骨髁骨缺损模型后分3组处理:对照组不植入任何材料,一组植入脱钙骨基质与同种异体兔骨髓间充质干细胞复合物,另一组植入淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质材料与同种异体兔骨髓间充质干细胞复合物,术后4,12周进行Micro-CT、组织学与力学性能检测。结果与结论:①3D打印淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质材料具有缓释性能,在28 d时淫羊藿苷释放量达总量的(54.9±7.9)%;②活/死染色显示,接种1 d后两组材料表面的细胞数量较少,随着培养时间的延长,细胞数量明显增多,至7 d时细胞形态良好,并且淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质材料表面的细胞更加均匀、数量更多;③MTT检测显示,淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质组培养7,10,14 d的细胞增殖快于其余两组(P < 0.05);④淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质组培养7,10,14 d的碱性磷酸酶活性与骨钙素含量均高于其余两组(P < 0.05);⑤术后12周Micro-CT显示,植入材料两组均可见大量的骨小梁,其中淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质组骨小梁数量更多、骨小梁厚度增加、骨小梁分离度更小;⑥术后12周组织学显示,植入材料两组可见大量骨组织形成,其中淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质组新生骨量最多;⑦淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质组抗压强度高于其余两组(P < 0.05);⑧结果表明,3D打印淫羊藿苷/脱钙骨基质具有良好的缓释性能、细胞相容性与骨诱导性能。ORCID: 0000-0002-5272-812X(张虎雄) 中国组织工程研究杂志出版内容重点:生物材料;骨生物材料; 口腔生物材料; 纳米材料; 缓释材料; 材料相容性;组织工程  相似文献

背景:脱钙骨基质和骨形态发生蛋白已被证实具有良好的骨诱导性,但有关纳米脱钙骨基质的研究较少,其理化性质和生物安全性尚不明确。 目的:在前期实验制备人纳米脱钙骨基质的基础上加载重组人骨形态发生蛋白2,分析人纳米脱钙骨基质复合重组人骨形态发生蛋白2的理化性质及生物安全性。 方法:采用改良Urist法制备人脱钙骨基质,并进行纳米化处理,再将骨形态发生蛋白2与其按特定比例混合,冻干塑型行以下实验:①热源实验:将材料浸提液经耳静脉注入兔体内。②毒性实验:将材料浸提液与生理盐水分别经尾静脉注入小白鼠体内。③植入实验:在兔两侧后肢肌肉内分别植入实验材料和β-磷酸三钙。 结果与结论:冻干塑型后,纳米人脱钙骨基质材料表面致密,孔隙直径100-400 μm,孔隙分布欠均匀,孔隙率小于30%,以碳、氧和氮为主要元素组成。人纳米脱钙骨基质复合重组人骨形态发生蛋白2材料无热源效应,注射后未见兔体温有明显波动。急性全身毒性实验结果表明人纳米脱钙骨基质复合重组人骨形态发生蛋白2材料符合国家相关规定,注射后未见小鼠出现明显毒性反应。人纳米脱钙骨基质复合重组人骨形态发生蛋白2材料植入兔体内的炎症反应明显轻于β-磷酸三钙植入后的反应。结果表明人纳米脱钙骨基质复合重组人骨形态发生蛋白2是一种无毒、组织相容性好、生物利用度高、炎症反应轻的纳米同种异体骨移植替代物。  相似文献

背景:脱钙骨基质作为一种生物衍生骨组织工程支架材料,以其优良成骨性能受到越来越多的关注,然而脱钙骨固有的诱导蛋白较少,骨诱导活性有限。与生长因子复合后诱导骨组织生长的作用明显增强,有利于骨损伤及骨缺损患者的康复。 目的:综述生长因子在脱钙骨基质上的附着方法、研究进展及存在的主要问题。 方法:由第一作者检索PubMed数据库和万方数据库,英文关键词为“Demineralized bone”,“Growth factor”,“Combination”。中文关键词为“脱钙骨”,“生长因子”,“附着”。纳入脱钙骨、生长因子在医学上应用研究的相关文献以及生长因子与脱钙骨附着方法方面的相关文献。 结果与结论:脱钙骨具有良好的生物相容性、生物活性以及生物降解性,并且易于与周围骨融合,支持新骨组织的生长。将生长因子固定于脱钙骨上,能使生长因子准确、均匀到达骨缺损处,促进骨组织生长,更有利于骨移植和骨缺损患者的康复。目前脱钙骨基质与生长因子的复合方法仍存在结合不牢固,生长因子释放不稳定等问题,因此还需进一步加强对生长因子与脱钙骨基质复合方法的研究和探索。  相似文献

背景:前期工作表明TritonX-100处理的脱细胞骨基质已满足组织学和免疫学方面的修复要求。如果细胞能在材料表面很好地生长,将利于进一步进行体内动物实验。 目的:采用细胞培养法在体外评估脱细胞骨基质与诱导后成骨细胞的生物相容性。 方法:第3代骨髓基质干细胞经成骨诱导分化培养液诱导分化为成骨细胞,接种于TritonX-100处理的脱细胞骨基质及羟基磷灰石表面,检测成骨细胞的碱性磷酸酶表达并用扫描电镜观察材料表面的细胞生长情况。 结果与结论:碱性磷酸酶活性分析均表明,TritonX-100处理的脱细胞骨基质在培养48 h之后比羟基磷灰石更利于诱导成骨细胞生长;扫描电镜下可见,成骨细胞在脱细胞骨基质表面呈现立体生长方式,细胞呈球形,并且聚集成簇。体外实验结果显示成骨细胞与脱细胞天然骨基质有较好的生物相容性。  相似文献

微波辅助脱钙技术在猪脱钙骨基质制备中的应用研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以猪后腿骨干骺端为对象,考察微波辅助脱钙技术在脱钙骨基质制备过程中的作用.以脱钙骨的脱钙率考察微波对脱钙效果的影响;利用Micro-CT和显微镜观察脱钙骨的大体三维结构;利用Micro-CT测量其孔隙率,利用显微镜及Digimizer3.1软件测量其孔径大小;利用物性测试仪测量脱钙骨的压缩模量以表征其力学性能.结果表明,脱钙骨脱钙率的测量结果显示,与传统脱钙法相比,微波制备法仅需2h就可使脱钙率达到100%,脱钙时间可缩短82%;且制备的脱钙骨具有良好的孔隙率和互相连通的孔径结构,孔隙率达到85%以上,孔径大小为( 345±76) μm,与传统制备方法无显著差异(P>0.05);并具有良好的力学性能,在脱除90%以上的钙后脱钙骨的压缩模量仍可达到7.11 N/mm2.微波技术可以有效提高脱钙骨基质的制备效率,且制备效果良好,为微波技术在脱钙骨制备领域的应用提供了试验依据.  相似文献

Many studies have shown that certain biomaterials with specific porous structures can induce bone formation in non-osseous sites without the need for osteoinductive biomolecules, however, the mechanisms responsible for this phenomenon (intrinsic osteoinduction of biomaterials) remain unclear. In particular, to our knowledge the type of pore structure suitable for osteoinduction has not been reported in detail. In the present study we investigated the effects of interconnective pore size on osteoinductivity and the bone formation processes during osteoinduction. Selective laser melting was employed to fabricate porous Ti implants (diameter 3.3mm, length 15 mm) with a channel structure comprising four longitudinal square channels, representing pores, of different diagonal widths, 500, 600, 900, and 1200 μm (termed p500, p600, p900, and p1200, respectively). These were then subjected to chemical and heat treatments to induce bioactivity. Significant osteoinduction was observed in p500 and p600, with the highest observed osteoinduction occurring at 5mm from the end of the implants. A distance of 5mm probably provides a favorable balance between blood circulation and fluid movement. Thus, the simple architecture of the implants allowed effective investigation of the influence of the interconnective pore size on osteoinduction, as well as the relationship between bone quantity and its location for different pore sizes.  相似文献

In this study, a slurry foaming method was developed to fabricate porous titanium, and two different surface treatments were applied to investigate their effects on the osteoinduction of the implants. Three types of implants, that was porous titanium with no treatment, with chemical-thermal treatment (CTPT), and with acid-alkali treatment (AAPT), were implanted in the dorsal muscles of adult dogs for 3 and 5 months. After implantation for 3 months, new bone was only found in the inner pores of AAPT by histological analysis and field emission scanning electron microscopy observation. After implantation for 5 months, new bone was also found in CTPT, but it was absent in AAPT. This study not only confirmed that porous titanium with appropriate surface treatments could possess osteoinduction but also showed that its osteoinductive potential was tightly related to the surface treatment. As a simpler method, acid-alkali treatment could endow porous titanium with faster osteoinduction, and AAPT might have potential in clinical application.  相似文献

Biodegradable gelatin sponges at different contents of beta-tricalcium phosphate (beta-TCP) were fabricated to allow bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 to incorporate into them. The in vivo osteoinduction activity of the sponges incorporating BMP-2 was investigated, while their in vivo profile of BMP-2 release was evaluated. The sponges prepared had an interconnected pore structure with an average pore size of 200 microm, irrespective of the beta-TCP content. The in vivo release test revealed that BMP-2 was released in vivo at a similar time profile, irrespective of the beta-TCP content. The in vivo time period of BMP-2 retention was longer than 28 days. When the osteoinduction activity of gelatin or gelatin-beta-TCP sponges incorporating BMP-2 was studied following the implantation into the back subcutis of rats in terms of histological and biochemical examinations, homogeneous bone formation was histologically observed throughout the sponges, although the extent of bone formation was higher in the sponges with the lower contents of beta-TCP. On the other hand, the level of alkaline phosphatase activity and osteocalcin content at the implanted sites of sponges decreased with an increase in the content of beta-TCP. The gelatin sponge exhibited significantly higher osteoinduction activity than that of any gelatin-beta-TCP sponge, although every sponge with or without beta-TCP showed a similar in vivo profile of BMP-2 release. In addition, the in vitro collagenase digestion experiments revealed that the gelatin-beta-TCP sponge collapsed easier than the gelatin sponge without beta-TCP incorporation. These results suggest that the maintenance of the intrasponge space necessary for the osteoinduction is one factor contributing to the osteoinduction extent of BMP-2-incorporating sponges.  相似文献

目的 :探讨经体外扩增、诱导分化的人骨髓间质干细胞(humanbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcells,hMSC)作为组织工程化骨、软骨种子细胞的可行性。方法 :体外分离、培养、扩增hMSC ,以流式细胞仪检测hMSC的表面抗原。诱导hMSC向成骨细胞、软骨细胞分化。以倒置显微镜和电子显微镜观察细胞的形态 ;以组织化学、免疫组织化学和RT PCR ,检测成骨细胞、软骨细胞的特异性标志物。结果 :分离得到的细胞可表达hMSC的特异抗原 ,在体外扩增 15代以上 ,其形态及表面抗原保持不变。成骨诱导培养的细胞上清液中ALP的含量高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。成骨及成软骨诱导的细胞形态均由成纤维样梭形向多边形转变。透射电镜观察可见大量扩张的粗面内质网、高尔基体及线粒体。扫描电镜观察可见经成骨诱导后的细胞表面有钙盐沉积 ,成软骨诱导的细胞表面有胶原样突起。成骨诱导培养后 ,可见碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)染色、Ca结节染色、胶原 Ⅰ (COL Ⅰ )及骨钙素 (osteocalcin ,OC)免疫组化染色阳性 ,同时RT PCR检测COL Ⅰ、OCmRNA表达阳性。成软骨诱导后 ,甲苯胺蓝染色见细胞周围有大量的异染性基质 ,免疫组化和RT PCR检测COL Ⅱ表达阳性。结论 :hMSC在体外可大量扩增。在特定培养液诱导下 ,可向成骨细胞及软骨细胞转化 ,可作为骨、软骨组  相似文献

The study investigated the effect of recombinant human osteogenic protein-1 (rhOP-1) expressed in prokaryocyte, to promote the healing of alveolar socket. A model of rabbit extracted socket into which the composites of rhOP-1 and gelatin sponge was immediately implanted was created and the osteoinduction of rhOP-1 was assessed by histological method, quantitative measurement of calcium content and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity. The result of histology showed that bone healing in rhOP-1 side is 4-6 weeks earlier than that of the control side. ALP activity and calcium content in rhOP-1 side were significantly high compared with that of the control side. rhOP-1 has a satisfactory osteoinduction ability to promote the healing of extracted socket.  相似文献

背景:骨髓间充质干细胞具有自我增殖和多向分化潜能,然而间充质干细胞在骨髓中含量极少,体外纯化、扩增与成骨诱导是进行骨组织工程研究的关键。 目的:拟建立一套简便可靠的成人骨髓间充质干细胞体外培养及鉴定体系,并定向诱导其向成骨细胞分化。 方法:抽取髂前上棘处骨髓,采用密度梯度离心法与贴壁筛选法相结合,对骨髓间充质干细胞分离、纯化、培养并扩增。将地塞米松、β-甘油磷酸钠、维生素C配制成骨诱导液,将细胞分为成骨诱导组和空白对照组进行观察。 结果与结论:成人骨髓间充质干细胞呈典型的长梭形、纺锤状。8-11 d细胞进入快速增殖期,生长曲线呈S型,CD44、CD90均呈阳性表达,而CD34、CD45呈阴性表达。碱性磷酸酶活性随培养时间而增高,并在第12天达到高峰,成骨诱导组各时间点碱性磷酸酶活性均高于空白对照组。说明实验建立的成人骨髓间充质干细胞体外培养、鉴定及诱导成骨细胞分化体系可以获得纯度较高、成骨分化能力较好的间充质干细胞。  相似文献

Many studies have shown that calcium phosphate ceramics can induce bone formation in non-osseous sites without the application of any osteoinductive biomolecules, but the mechanisms of this phenomenon (intrinsic osteoinduction of bioceramics) remain unclear. In this study, we compared the intrinsic osteoinduction of porous hydroxyapatite/β-tricalcium phosphate (HA/β-TCP) implanted in mice at different sites. In 30 mice the left fibula was fractured and the right fibula was kept intact. A porous HA/β-TCP cylinder was implanted into both the left (group 1) and right (group 2) leg muscles of each animal. In addition, two HA/β-TCP cylinders were bilaterally implanted into leg subcutaneous pockets (group 3) in each of the remaining 15 mice. New bone formation was studied in the three groups by histology, histomorphometry and immunostaining. In group 1 new bone was observed at week 6 and bone marrow appeared at week 12. In group 2 new bone was observed at week 8 and bone marrow appeared at week 12. The new bone area percentage in group 1 was significantly higher than in group 2 at both weeks 8 and 12. In contrast, group 3 did not show any new bone within the period studied. These differences were explained based on the location of the implants and thus their proximity to the osteogenic environment of fracture healing. The results support the hypothesis that intrinsic osteoinduction by calcium phosphate ceramics is the result of adsorption of osteoinductive substances on the surface.  相似文献

Porous glass ceramic, which was prepared from Bioglass powder (45S5, U.S. Biomaterials) by foaming with diluted H(2)O(2) solution and sintering at 1000 degrees C for 2 h, was implanted as cylinders (5 mm in diameter and 6 mm in length) in thigh muscles of dogs for 3 months. Histological observation was made on thin un-decalcified sections. Bone formation was histologically found in pores of all implants (X16) retrieved from 16 dogs. The bone tissue was also identified with backscattered scanning electron microscopy observation (BSE) and energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDX). This is the first report of bone induction in soft tissues of animals by glass ceramic that has long been recognized as a bioactive (osteoconductive) biomaterial. The present results justify the impetus to investigate the osteoinductivity of calcium phosphate-based biomaterials, to study the mechanism of bone induction (osteoinduction) by calcium phosphate-based biomaterials, to develop osteoinductive calcium phosphate-based biomaterials, and to examine the relation between osteoinduction and osteoconduction.  相似文献

磷酸钙陶瓷因与骨的无机组成相似,具有良好生物相容性和骨引导性,无抗原性,被广泛应用于骨缺损修复,但一直认为磷酸钙陶瓷是一类仅具有骨引导性,而无骨诱导性的生物活性材料。大量研究表明通过材料自身组成和结构优化,可赋予磷酸钙陶瓷骨诱导性。本文对磷酸钙骨诱导现象发现和确证、骨诱导过程和机制、影响骨诱导性的材料学因素和骨诱导与动物种属关系、骨诱导相关的间充质细胞来源、以及骨诱导性材料的应用研究现状进行综述,并对磷酸钙生物材料骨诱导性及相关的研究方向予以展望。  相似文献

【摘要】近年来,骨组织工程研究虽然取得了明显的进展,但仍存在许多问题尚未解决,其中之一便是缺少理想的具有骨诱导性的生物材料。现已发现具有特殊结构不同化学组成的材料均可表现出骨诱导性,而化学成分相同、结构不同的支架其骨诱导性可能也不同,即生物材料的物理结构较化学成分在骨诱导方面可能起更重要的作用。许多研究表明,材料的微结构在骨诱导中可能起关键作用。就启动材料骨诱导性的关键微结构的研究进展及对材料微结构的骨诱导的可能机制作一综述。  相似文献
