对药理学开放性实验的思考

药理学是基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,在七年制的医学教学及培养高素质的医学专业人才中发挥着重要作用。武汉大学医学院药理学系为了进一步培养学生们的能力,开展了药理学的开放性实验教学,这不仅是对学生的考验,也是对老师的一次挑战。简要探讨了作为学生在这次实验教学中的收获、体会以及一些想法,希望对类似实验教学的进一步开展有一定的指导意义。     

Opening address

At the opening of the symposium ‘Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences: towards a university-industry partnership’, the view is expressed that universities should openly discuss their function in modern society. The distinction between fundamental and applied research has not been very fruitful. Although universities should still pursue knowledge for knowledge's sake, the university researcher is obliged to think of application of this knowledge.     

早期卵巢癌筛查研究新进展

由于卵巢癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,而且有大量的数据证实卵巢癌的预后和早期发现存在着明显的关系.早期诊断卵巢癌是降低其死亡率的主要措施,所以卵巢癌的筛查已经成为了妇科肿瘤学界关注的焦点.应用肿瘤标志物检测、经阴道彩超检查等方法结合临床症状、体征,在高危人群中进行筛查,对提高早期卵巢癌的临床诊断率具有一定的价值.     

Early intervention for problem drinking in New Zealand hospitals

Early intervention programs for problem drinkers in New Zealand hospitals are discussed. Preliminary studies indicated a high rate of unrecognised and untreated alcohol problems in general hospitals. A screening instrument, the CAST, was devised and is now routinely used throughout New Zealand general hospitals. A survey of 263 non-paediatric patients screened as problem drinkers showed that referral to counselling can be beneficial for less serious problem drinkers and that follow-up itself can be helpful.

五四新文学早期,大量的青年作家在小说创作中关注爱情主题,试图探索爱情中情感与欲望的新关系,主要的区别在于对欲望的态度,大致可以分为三种无助的精神逃避,扭曲的欲望表达和真实的欲望书写.文章阐述这三种思考与表达,分析这三种表达所内蕴的作家的思想意识,并由此指出作家们的总体追求的意义所在.
