随着社会的发展和医学的进步,医学模式从单纯的生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式转变.人类疾病谱亦发生巨大的变化,心理卫生问题越来越突现出来,作为脆弱群体的儿童正处于心身发育成长过程中,面对新旧观念剧烈冲突,生活节奏加快,社会激烈竞争等种种压力,更容易出现心理失衡,导致心理卫生问题.     

妇幼卫生管理信息系统在妇幼卫生信息工作中的应用

介绍了妇幼卫生管理信息系统的系统模型、运行平台、功能特点以及如何构建数据采集、管理、分析功能 ,实现提高部门决策和管理的科学水平与调控能力     

开县开展母子系统保健健康促进与健康传播项目的做法

《母子系统保健健康促进与健康传播项目（2006-2010年）》与《母子系统保健项目（2006-2010年）》同由卫生部／联合国儿童基金会管理／投资，前者运用全国亿万农民健康促进行动（以下简称“行动”）工作机制，结合后者的实施，广泛社会动员，开展针对目标人群的健康教育活动，提高目标人群对母子保健服务的知晓率和利用率，为实现母子系统保健项目的总目标提供支持。开县是全国12个省、市、自治区46个项目县之一，2006年7～8月正式启动该项目。现将项目工作主要做法报告如下。     

Physical development and health of children in Russia

The results of a large-scale study of physical development and health of children denoted the latest related features, which can be referred to as favorable enough. Described are: new approaches to evaluating children's health, specific features of age-dynamics of body's dimensions (smoothing of decussations), dependence of physical development on residence and correlation between body's dimensions at birth, on the one hand, and parameters of health and physical development observed later, on the other hand.     

Oral health behaviour and self-esteem in Swedish children

This study focus on the socio-psychological concept of self-esteem and examines its association with oral health behaviour and with some background variables that have been shown to be of importance in previous studies. In 1995, 3370 12-year-olds answered a questionnaire on social and demographic factors. Questions on attitudes and behaviour were also included. After reducing the number of variables and constructing new variables, multivariate analyses were performed. A polytomous regression on self-esteem showed that having very poor self-esteem as opposed to poor, good and very good self-esteem was associated with being a girl, not living with one's biological parents, poor social support, having less interest in politics, poor adaptation in school and poor oral health behaviour. The results also showed that being a boy, choosing statements reflecting less exemplary behaviour, and being less well adapted in school increased the risk of having poor oral health behaviour, as did ethnic group affiliation and having poor self-esteem. Our results showed that self-esteem is a crucial intervening variable between variables measuring social background and outcome variables, especially oral health behaviour.     

肥胖儿童的精神卫生问题

儿童肥胖已经越来越受到人们的关注,它带来的不仅有生理上的危害,同时也预示各种心理卫生问题的增加,这些心理卫生问题包括情绪障碍、社会适应能力的下降、紧张及退缩的增加、自尊心下降。     

突发公共卫生事件儿童健康传播实践与探讨

在突发公共卫生事件中,儿童作为弱势群体,面临更多的权利缺失风险,而合理的健康传播有助于保护儿童权利。本文以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情为例,以儿童权利为框架,基于传播学经典的"5W"理论,梳理2020年1月22日至4月28日中国卫生和教育行政主管部门政务媒体、部分儿童相关机构自媒体、社会主流媒体关于疫期儿童的相关信息发现,中国儿童健康传播主体多元,传播内容凸现对儿童权利相关(49%)的重视,传播渠道彰显全媒体特点,但将儿童作为传播对象的重视度不够(3%),传播效果经历了从负向到正向的转变。据此提出了社交媒体时代突发公共卫生事件儿童健康传播"知情、有益、参与"原则和"风险评估前置"策略,呼吁儿童健康传播机构重视保护儿童权利,并提升儿童健康素养和媒介素养。
