头皮糜烂性脓疱性皮病1例

报告1例头皮糜烂性脓疱性皮病.患者女,82岁,因右侧头皮颞部反复出现红斑、脓疱、糜烂、结痂3个月就诊.皮肤科检查:右侧头皮颞部见大片红斑、糜烂、结痂,中间部分毛发脱落,皮肤轻度萎缩,浅表疤痕形成.皮损组织病理示:浅表糜烂结痂,表皮不规则增生,部分表皮轻度萎缩,真皮浅层可见以淋巴、组织细胞、浆细胞及少量中性粒细胞为主的混...     

司库奇尤单抗治疗脓疱型银屑病继发湿疹样皮炎1例

患者女,67岁,因周身斑块脓疱伴发热8 d于2019年7月15日就诊。患者8 d前因腹泻、呕吐伴发热于外院消化科住院,诊断为急性胃肠炎,予头孢他啶抗感染期间仍有发热且四肢出现红斑,其上见脓疱,伴疼痛,红斑面积逐渐扩大累及躯干、面部……     

泛发性羊痘一例

患者男,40岁,牧羊人.双手背丘疹、水疱伴瘙痒15 d,皮损泛发至四肢伴剧烈瘙痒、疼痛及口腔溃疡3 d就诊.1个月前患者家中饲养的羊群皮肤、口腔黏膜、口周出现水疱、脓疱、糜烂、溃疡,在当地兽医指导下,患者与其弟弟给病羊涂药治疗,病羊逐渐好转.15 d前患者双手背出现4个黄豆大小的红色丘疹,逐渐发展成水疱、结节、表面破溃、结痂,伴瘙痒,未给予任何治疗.3 d前四肢出现大量水疱、双手肿胀、疼痛、麻木感、瘙痒难忍,左侧颊黏膜出现水疱伴溃疡.其弟手掌也有类似皮损.患者既往体健.     

脓疱性血管炎一例

患者男,62岁,因双下肢红斑、脓疱伴四肢关节疼痛2个月就诊。患者于2个月前无明显诱因双下肢出现红斑、脓疱,皮疹初起于双下肢近踝关节处,为环状暗红色斑片、脓疱,逐渐增多,渐累及双小腿、膝关节,伴掌指关节、跖趾关节疼痛……     

脓疱性血管炎

报告1例脓疮性血管炎.患者女,74岁.双下肢反复红斑、脓疱伴瘙痒1年余.既往类风湿关节炎病史7年.皮肤科检查:双下肢对称分布张力性脓疱丘疹.组织病理检查显示表皮疱,疱液中大量中性粒细胞,疱下方真皮可见中性粒细胞浸润和真皮小血管纤维蛋白样变性,符合脓疱血管炎表现.糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂对该病有效,但减药过快、感染均可造成该病复发.     

头皮糜烂性脓疱性皮病一例

患者男,89岁。因头皮反复出现脓疱、糜烂、结痂、瘢痕4年余,于2014年3月来我科就诊。患者4年余前无明显诱因右侧头顶部头皮出现数个脓疱、结痂,伴轻微痒、痛、灼热感,就诊于外院,疑诊“带状疱疹”,予抗病毒药物治疗未见明显缓解,皮疹逐渐蔓延至双侧头皮,脓疱渐破溃、干燥结痂,痂脱落后遗留萎缩性瘢痕,无头发生长。此后头皮常有瘙痒及灼热感,晒太阳后加重,皮疹亦间断出现,曾外用莫匹罗星软膏无效,外用神农百草膏（成分不详）后,上述症状和皮疹可缓解,但停药后又复发。1个月前皮疹再次出现,为进一步诊治来我科就诊。患者既往有糖尿病史10余年,平素口服阿卡波糖、格列美脲控制血糖,血糖控制尚可……     

巨大型嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎治愈1例

45岁男性患者，头面部丘疹、脓疱、肿块反复4年，双小腿褐色斑块1月，外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数增高，皮损组织病理显示表皮内毛囊内嗜酸性脓肿，皮质类固醇联合抗生素及抗组胺药治疗疗效显著。     

Eosinophilic pustular folliculitis: the first case associated with hepatitis C virus

Eosinophilic pustular folliculitis is a rare disorder that is characterized by recurrent crops of papules and pustules localized on seborrheic areas of the body. The etiopathogenesis of the disease is still unknown, but it has been related to infections and immunosuppressive states. This report is the first case to be found to be related to hepatitis C virus infection.     

原发性癫痫伴发嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎1例

患者,女性５４岁,有４０年原发性癫痫病史,长期服用卡马西平等抗癫痫药物。皮肤损害表现为面部、躯干、上肢环形扩展的红色斑块,其上可见有一致性丘疹,顶部有脓疱。组织病理变化见表皮及毛开口处为嗜酸细胞性脓肿,毛囊深部及周围有局灶性嗜酸细胞为主的炎细胞浸润。ＰＡＳ阴性。认为本病的发生与卡马西平有一定的关系。     

A case of human orf contracted from a deer

Orf, or contagious ecthyma, is a rare viral dermatosis caused by a member of the genus Parapoxvirus. The typical lesion consists of solitary or multiple papules that progress through a series of stages, terminating in complete resolution. This zoonotic disease is most commonly transmitted to humans from infected sheep or goats. We report a case of human orf, likely contracted from exposure to deer carcasses.     

Generalized pustular psoriasis associated with Epstein–Barr virus

Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare and severe variant of psoriasis. We report a case of a 79‐year‐old woman who presented with generalized pustular psoriasis and significant Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) viraemia. Serial measurements of EBV DNA showed a correlation with the deterioration in her clinical condition. We speculate that EBV reactivation triggered the development of GPP, and propose that further investigation is required into the association between EBV and GPP.     

A case of Pyemotes dermatitis

Acute dermatitis developed in a fisherman after contact with old cherry-wood. A Pyemotes mite, probably P. beckeri, found in the wood, was thought to be responsible--thus illustrating the importance of appropriate laboratory examinations for ectoparasites. Human skin erruptions caused by indigenous, in contrast to imported, Pyemotes species have not previously been reported in Britain. These tarsonemoid mites attack small insect hosts and their possible role in dermatoses is discussed. Dermatitis caused by these mites is probably world-wide in distribution, but during the last century the confusing acarological nomenclature surrounding Pyemotes has resulted in an equally confusing variety of dermatological diagnoses.

舌舔皮炎是患者不自觉地用舌反复舔舐口唇、口周皮肤所引起的一种局部炎症性损害,临床较常见.现将遇到一例在外力下发生的舌舔皮炎,报道如下.     

异维A酸治疗角层下脓疱病一例

临床资料 患者,女,28岁。因全身皱褶部位出现红斑、水疱、脓疱4周,加重7d,于2010年7月就诊于我科。患者4周前无明显诱因颈部、胸部出现红斑,很快发展至双侧上肢近端、腋窝、腹股沟及腹部,并在红斑基础上出现水疱,且水疱很快变为脓疱,伴轻度瘙瘁,脓疱破溃后有轻度疼痛。
