细胞间粘附分子在鼻息肉组织中的表达及意义   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 探讨以嗜酸粒细胞浸润为病理特征的鼻息肉组织中局部细胞间粘附分子的表达及其意义。方法 对9例正常鼻粘膜和19例鼻息肉组织冰冻切片,用细胞间粘附分子1和淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1单抗进行免疫组织化学及其与MGG双染,光镜观察,结果 与对照组相比,鼻息肉组织ICAM-1和LFA-1的表达均显著增加,组织局部ICAM-1的表达与大量LFA-1阳性的嗜酸粒细胞浸润密切相关。结论 鼻息肉组织ICAM-1和L  相似文献

目的探讨鼻息肉组织中嗜酸粒细胞浸润与白细胞介素-5(interleukin-5,IL-5),粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulation factor,GM-CSF)水平关系及其意义.方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法检测38例鼻息肉组织匀浆中IL-5和GM-CSF水平,同时观测鼻息肉组织中嗜酸粒细胞的浸润程度.以行鼻中隔手术患者中鼻甲粘膜作为对照.结果鼻息肉组织中IL-5,GM-CSF水平均明显高于中鼻甲组织(P<0.05),且两者含量分别与组织中的嗜酸粒细胞数呈正相关(前者r=0.75,后者r=0.71).结论提示IL-5,GM-CSF存在于鼻息肉组织的微环境中,它们对鼻息肉中嗜酸粒细胞的聚集起重要作用.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the concentration of interleukin-5 (IL-5) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulation factor (GM-CSF) in nasal polyps and its significance. METHODS: The concentration of IL-5, GM-CSF was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in a total of 38 cases, and the number of eosinophils were counted in the same tissues. RESULTS: The statistical analysis showed that the concentrations of IL-5 and GM-CSF have significant difference (P < 0.05) between the nasal polyps and the control group. There is a positive correlation between the quality of IL-5/GM-CSF and the extent of eosinophils (r = 0.75/0.71). CONCLUSION: This study demonstrated that there are inductive compartments, namely the microenvironment, in which immune-effector and inflammatory cell function is modulated in nasal polyps. A special discussion has been made of eosinophils and IL-5/GM-CSF in the formation of nasal polyps, and the effect of the IL-5/GM-CSF in the accumulation of eosinophils.  相似文献

目的了解CD137在鼻息肉(NP)组织浸润的炎性细胞中的表达及分布情况,研究CD137与嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)积聚及与NP病变范围的关系,探讨其在炎症反应和在NP生长中的作用.方法选择NP住院手术患者44例,按慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床分型分期标准分为A、B两组;选择因鼻中隔偏曲而行下鼻甲部分切除的标本11例作为对照组.采用免疫组织化学染色法对息肉石蜡切片进行CD137染色,对其染色情况进行观察.结果CD137阳性染色可见于EOS、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞等炎性细胞中,为胞膜染色;CD137阳性染色A、B两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论CD137可在NP组织的EOS、淋巴等细胞中表达,与NP组织的EOS化和病变范围相关,可能参与炎症反应,影响EOS释放炎性递质及细胞因子的释放而在NP生长中起重要作用.  相似文献

目的:探讨鼻息肉组织里程酸性粒细胞,巨噬细胞和浆细胞中血管通透性因子(VPF)的表达及意义。方法:12例鼻息肉标本行VPF的免疫组化染色,双重免疫酶染色以及免疫组化和MGG(may-grunwald giemsa)双重染色,光镜观察。结果:VPF在鼻息肉组织嗜酸性粒细胞,巨噬细胞及浆细胞中均有表达。结论:VPF可能是嗜酸性粒细胞,巨噬细胞及浆细胞发挥促息肉形成作用的途径之一。  相似文献

目的 探讨鼻息肉上皮细胞的分化状态及其病理学意义.方法 采用免疫组化染色法检测鼻息肉组(29例)和下鼻甲组(11例)上皮细胞CK14、CK18 和CK13蛋白的表达.结果 ①鼻息肉组上皮细胞CK14阳性指数,CK18阳性指数,CK13区域性表达率均大于下鼻甲组(P<0.01).②鼻息肉上皮下微腺体上皮细胞CK18 高表达,并与鼻息肉上皮CK18 阳性细胞呈连续渐变的显微解剖学关系.结论 ①鼻息肉上皮基底细胞具有多向分化潜能,可以分化为假复层纤毛柱状上皮、非角化复层鳞状上皮和间质腺上皮,形成鼻息肉上皮种类的多样性.②鼻息肉鳞状化生现象较为多见,这可能是鼻息肉合并内翻性乳头状瘤和鼻息肉上皮存在原位癌区的病理学基础.  相似文献

催乳素在鼻息肉巨噬细胞中的表达及意义   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression level and distribution of prolactin (PRL) in nasal polyp and to find out the significance of the mechanism of PRL in the invasion of nasal polyp. METHODS: Twenty-five polyp tissues were obtained from the patients who were subjected to nasal polypectomy in our Department. Inferior turbinate mucosa was used as control obtained from 12 patients with rhinogenous snoring. HE staining was performed for routine histopathologic examination. The expression of PRL in nasal polyps was observed by immunohistochemical staining, and six polyp tissues were estimated through double staining for determining cells which expressed PRL. RESULTS: (1) Positive expression of PRL was significantly stronger (t =4.004, P < 0.01) in 25 nasal polyp tissues (2.05 +/- 0.88) than that in 12 normal inferior turbinate mucosa (0.96 +/- 0.50). Positive expression of macrophage (CD68) was significantly stronger (t = 3.519, P < 0.01) in 25 nasal polyp tissues (1.85 +/- 0.83) than that in 12 normal inferior turbinate mucosa (0.93 +/- 0.52). (2) The PRL expressing cell mainly was the macrophage as demonstrated by double immunohistochemical method. CONCLUSION: PRL derived from macrophages of nasal mucosa may participate in the formation of nasal polyp through its local immune modulation.  相似文献

为估价雌二醇(estradiol,E2)对鼻息肉发生的作用,对84例鼻息肉(男40例,女44例)、6例慢性肥厚性鼻炎(男2例,女4例)和4例正常鼻粘膜(男2例,女2例)的病理蜡块标本行免疫组化染色,以检测E2受体在各组织内的表达,并以子宫内膜组织作为对照。同时对鼻息肉标本行甲苯胺蓝染色,以检测肥大细胞的分布。结果发现61例鼻息肉组织有E2受体阳性细胞,且与性别无关。慢性鼻炎和正常鼻粘膜有E2受体阳性细胞者分别为2例和1例。E2受体阳性细胞与肥大细胞的形态、分布颇为类似,可能为同一细胞。结果提示E2对鼻息肉的发生有值得注意的作用。  相似文献

目的观察鼻息肉组织中RANTES及嗜酸性粒细胞表达的变化,探讨糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的可能机制。方法对40例鼻息肉患者分别采用布地奈德1 mg或2 mg鼻腔雾化治疗,并以20例生理盐水治疗作为对照,通过免疫组化方法测定鼻息肉治疗前后的RANTES表达及嗜酸性粒细胞数量的变化。结果经布地奈德治疗后鼻息肉中RANTES的表达较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),以布地奈德2 mg组为明显,且嗜酸性粒细胞也随之下降,二者有相关性;而对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RANTES是诱导嗜酸性粒细胞在鼻息肉中浸润的重要趋化因子,布地奈德可能通过下调RANTES的表达,发挥抗嗜酸性粒细胞炎症的作用。  相似文献

More mast cells were found in the base of nasal polyps and most of them showed varying degrees of degranulation. There were three types of granules in the cytoplasm, namely: high electron-dense granules with crystalline structure; low electron-dense granules with netlike structure and some granules containing a mixture of components of different electron density. The appearance of cell degeneration in nasal polyps and granules broken away from mast cells through the dissolved cellular membrane were noted. These findings suggested that mast cells degranulation in nasal polyps might be in some way different from the more rapid changes found in cells activated by the classical IgE-mediated pathway and showed that mast cell degranulation may play a part in formation and growth of the nasal polyps.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of interleukin-6,8 in nasal polyp formation and to search into the effect of allergy in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps (NP). METHODS: The expression and significance of interleukin-6,8 were studied in 36 nasal polyps and 36 serum samples of NP patients by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The mean value of IL-6 and IL-8 was (2.7658 +/- 0.3797) ng/L and (4.1877 +/- 0.1758) ng/L in all nasal polyp tissue homogenates. As compared with serum of NP patients, IL-6 and IL-8 were over expressed in nasal polyp tissue homogenates. No relation was found between the expression of IL-6/IL-8 and patients' gender, age and clinical stage. The expression of IL-6 and IL-8 in patients' serum, cord blood and normal serum showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION: IL-6 and IL-8 are strongly correlated with the formation of nasal polyp. Neither allergy nor infection play a role in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.  相似文献
