Gene expression profiles of invasive breast carcinomas have identified a subgroup of tumours with worse prognosis, which have been called "basal-like". These are characterized by a specific pattern of expression, being estrogen receptor (ER) and HER2 negative, and frequently expressing at least one basal marker such as basal cytokeratins or epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Previously, our group characterized basal-like tumours in a series of invasive breast carcinomas using P-cadherin (P-CD), p63 and cytokeratin 5 (CK5). Based on that study, we hypothesized that those high-grade basal-like invasive carcinomas might have a pre-invasive counterpart, which could be identified using the same approach. A series of 79 ductal carcinomas in situ (DCIS) were classified into distinct subgroups according to their ER, HER2 and basal markers expression. Luminal DCIS expressed ER and constituted 64.6% of the series; the HER2 overexpressing tumours did not express ER and represented 25.3% of the cases, whereas 10.1% lack the expression of ER and HER2 and expressed at least one basal marker (P-CD, CK5, CK14, p63, vimentin and/or EGFR). These basal-like DCIS were mostly high-grade, with comedo-type necrosis, and consistently showed expression of P-CD and CK5. In conclusion, DCIS with a basal-like phenotype represent a small percentage in our series, being P-CD and CK5, the most useful adjunct markers to distinguish this subset of carcinomas in situ of the breast.  相似文献

AIMS: The prognostic factors and expression of molecular markers in male breast carcinomas are similar to those in female breast cancers. The identification of distinct cytokeratin (CK) profiles (basal as opposed to luminal cells) helps to identify subsets of tumours with different clinical behaviour. The aim of this study was to investigate CK expression in male breast cancer. METHODS AND RESULTS: Thirty-two cases of male breast cancer were studied. The panel of CKs studied by immunohistochemistry included: 5/6, 14, 17, 18 and 19. Pathological findings and CK expression were analysed in all cases. Histological patterns included ductal carcinoma in situ, invasive ductal carcinoma and mixed patterns. Four cases were positive for CK5/6 and CK14, identifying a basal-like phenotype. CK17 was negative in all but two cases. All cases expressing either CK5/6 or CK14 were invasive carcinomas of high nuclear and histological grade and were also larger compared with the tumours not expressing CK5/6 and CK14. All tumours except three (also negative for CK5/6) expressed CK18 and CK19. The four basal-like tumours were negative for Her-2 expression. CONCLUSIONS: Male breast carcinomas have a basal-like phenotype that is similar in frequency to that of female breast carcinomas. The expression of CK5/6 and CK14 identifies a subset of pathologically aggressive male breast cancers.  相似文献

Recently, the concept of basal-like carcinoma has been proposed. However, there are only a few reports about the relationship between triple-negative cancer and basal-like carcinoma. In this article, we report the study of the expression of basal cell markers in 11 triple-negative cancers. Eight tumors (4 metaplastic carcinomas, 2 invasive ductal carcinomas, 1 invasive papillary carcinoma, and 1 medullary carcinoma) were positive for more than three markers among cytokeratins 5, 14, and 17, and p63. Three tumors (2 invasive ductal carcinomas and 1 apocrine carcinoma) were completely negative for all markers. Among 8 tumors positive for basal markers, cytokeratins 5 and 17 were expressed in all 8 tumors, cytokeratin 14 in 6 tumors, and p63 in 7 tumors. Finally, we conclude that the majority of triple-negative cancer may correspond to basal-like carcinoma, but the two entities are not identical. The use of combination immunohistochemistry including cytokeratins 5, 14, and 17 and p63 may contribute to the detection of basal-like carcinoma.  相似文献

Previous studies have shown conflicting results on prognostic significance of basal-like breast tumors, but hormone receptor is a confusing factor in most of the prognostic evaluations. We aimed to characterize the prognostic features of basal-like tumors without the influence of hormone receptor status in a series of hormone receptor-negative breast tumors. Using tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry methods, according to the expression of HER2 and basal markers (CK5/6, CK14, EGFR), we categorized 713 consecutive hormone receptor-negative invasive breast cancers into 3 subtypes: HER2 (HER2+), basal-like (HER2-, any basal marker+), and null (HER2-, all basal markers-). The HER2 phenotype was subdivided into pure-HER2 (HER2+, all basal markers-) and basal-HER2 (HER2+, any basal marker+) subgroups. Expression of p53, p63, vimentin, and BRCA1 was assessed immunochemically. Basal-like tumors showed significantly higher grade, more frequent recurrence, and higher expression of vimentin and p63 than HER2 and null phenotypes. Basal-HER2 phenotype had significantly younger mean age and expressed a higher level of p53 and vimentin like basal-like and/or HER2 phenotypes. However, unlike all the other hormone receptor-negative phenotypes, they highly expressed BRCA1. No significant difference was found in 5-year survival among basal-like and the other hormone receptor-negative phenotypes, except for basal-HER2, which showed poorer 5-year overall survival than basal-like tumors. In conclusion, although basal-like breast tumors have distinct clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical features, they have similar 5-year survival compared with the other hormone receptor-negative tumors including HER2 and null phenotypes. However, there exists a small group of hormone receptor-negative tumors expressing HER2 and basal markers simultaneously. This small group of tumors showed significantly poorer 5-year overall survival than basal-like breast tumors and might require different treatment strategy.  相似文献

AIM: To assess the expression and coexpression of a range of different biomarkers that have been used to define breast carcinomas with a basal phenotype (BP) and their relationship with prognosis in an attempt to refine the definition of BP and to evaluate the reliability of using a single biomarker to identify these tumours. METHODS AND RESULTS: The expression pattern of basal cytokeratins (CK5/6 and CK14), oestrogen, progesterone and androgen receptors, epidermal growth factor receptor, HER2, BRCA1, P-cadherin and myoepithelial markers (smooth muscle actin and p63) were studied in a well-characterized series of invasive breast carcinoma (1872 cases) with long-term follow-up using immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray. Although the additional markers were associated with basal CK expression, they did not serve to improve recognition of cases with differing outcome when compared with basal CKs alone and, if used to define cases, reduced considerably the proportion of cases allocated to this poor prognostic type of breast cancer. CONCLUSION: BP can be defined based on the expression of basal CKs regardless of the expression of other markers.  相似文献

Cancer arising in carriers of mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes differs from sporadic breast cancer of age-matched controls and from non-BRCA1/2 familial breast carcinomas in its morphological, immunophenotypic and molecular characteristics. Most BRCA1 carcinomas have the basal cell phenotype, a subtype of high-grade, highly proliferating, estrogen receptor- and HER2-negative breast carcinomas, characterized by the expression of basal or myoepithelial markers such as basal keratins, P-cadherin, epidermal growth factor receptor, etc. This phenotype is rarely found in BRCA2 carcinomas, which are of higher grade than sporadic age-matched controls, but tend to be estrogen receptor- and progesterone receptor-positive. The expression of the cell-cycle proteins cyclins A, B1 and E and SKP2 is associated with a BRCA1 phenotype, whereas cyclin D1 and p27 expression is associated with BRCA2 carcinomas. Recent studies have shown that hereditary carcinomas that are not attributable to BRCA1/2 mutations have phenotypic similarities to BRCA2 tumors, but tend to be of lower grade and proliferation index. Somatic mutations in the BRCA genes are rarely found in hereditary tumors; by contrast, BRCA1 and BRCA2 loss of heterozygosity (LOH) is found in almost all BRCA1 and BRCA2 carcinomas, respectively. Furthermore, all types of hereditary breast carcinomas have a low frequency of HER2 expression. Finally, comparative genomic hybridization studies have revealed differences in chromosomal gains and losses between genotypes. The pathological and molecular features of hereditary breast cancer can drive specific treatments and influence the process of mutation screening. In addition, detecting molecular changes such as BRCA1/2 LOH in nonatypical cells obtained by random fine-needle aspiration, ductal lavage or nipple aspirate fluid may help to earlier identify carrier women who are at an even higher risk of developing breast carcinoma.  相似文献

Previously, we showed that pure ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the breast can be divided into 3 subtypes (luminal, basal/stem, and null) based on the expression of 5 cytokeratin (CK) markers: CK5/6, CK14, CK17 (stem/basal), and CK8, CK18 (luminal). The distributions of CK subtypes were associated with nuclear grade and differential expression of estrogen receptor-alpha (ER-alpha), progesterone receptor (PR), HER-2/neu, and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). In this study, we further explore the expression patterns of CK markers, ER-alpha, PR, HER-2/neu, and EGFR by immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis of 99 cases of pure DCIS and 96 cases of DCIS with co-existing invasive ductal carcinoma (DCIS/IDC). We show that between high-grade DCIS and DCIS/IDC, there are differential expression patterns for ER-alpha, PR, and EGFR in corresponding CK subtypes, suggesting that at least some pure DCIS is molecularly distinct from DCIS/IDC. In most cases there is a high degree of co-expression of these markers between DCIS and the co-existing IDC, suggesting that DCIS is frequently a precursor lesion for co-existing IDC. The rate of discordant expression of these markers is low and is more frequently associated with high-grade carcinoma, suggesting that other molecular pathways also may also be present. There are significant differences in the expression of these molecular markers between high-grade and non-high-grade carcinomas, supporting the view that high-grade and non-high-grade carcinomas of the breast are molecularly distinct entities.  相似文献

We evaluated the low affinity neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR) as a marker of breast myoepithelial cells. Immunohistochemical staining for p75NTR was performed on paraffin sections of 122 malignant breast lesions, 28 benign lesions and the adjacent normal breast tissue. The staining pattern was compared to those of myosin heavy chain and p63. p75NTR immunostain was consistently positive and compatible with p63 and myosin immunoreactivity in the myoepithelial cells of the normal mammary gland, benign breast lesions (six usual ductal hyperplasias, six specimens with sclerosing adenosis, eight intraductal papillomas, six fibroadenomas), and carcinoma in situ (18 ductal carcinomas in situ, two noninvasive papillary carcinomas, two lobular carcinomas in situ). The luminal cells were negative for p75NTR, but rare positive cells were noticed in the solid areas of some of the usual ductal hyperplasias. Four of 64 invasive ductal carcinomas (6%) and all metaplastic carcinomas (n = 3, 100%) showed a variable degree of p75(NTR) positivity. No p75NTR expression was found in the malignant cells in all in situ carcinomas, invasive lobular carcinomas (n = 11), tubular carcinomas (n = 10), invasive papillary carcinomas (n = 6), mucinous carcinomas (n = 4), and medullary carcinomas (n = 2). No myosin immunoreactivity was seen in the luminal/tumor cells, but p63 pattern of staining in the luminal/tumor cells was quite similar to that of p75NTR. Although significant p75NTR immunoreactivity was noticed in the vessels, nerves, and stromal component of fibroadenomas, no difficulties in the evaluation of the immunostain of myoepithelial cells were encountered. Our study shows that p75NTR is a useful marker for breast myoepithelial cells and can be used to rule out invasive disease as well as to evaluate difficult for diagnosis sclerosing lesions. Our data suggest a role of neurotrophins in the development of fibroepithelial breast tumors and some of the breast carcinomas.  相似文献

Breast cancer can be classified into several subtypes based on gene expression profiling. Basal-like breast carcinoma (BLC) has a triple negative phenotype, that is, the subtype lacks the estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PgR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). It has been recently reported that CD109, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface protein, is a new breast myoepithelial marker. In the present study CD109 expression was investigated in invasive ductal carcinomas (IDC) of the breast on immunohistochemistry. Eighty-eight formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded breast carcinoma sections were immunostained with anti-CD109, anti-cytokeratin 5/6 (CK5/6), anti-calponin, anti-vimentin and anti-p63 antibodies. CD109 expression was detected in 18 of 30 basal-like breast carcinomas (BLC) but not in other types of 53 IDC (non-BLC) that were positive for ER, PgR and/or HER2. The percentage of CD109-positive tissues (60%) in BLC was similar to that of CK5/6 (63%) and higher than that of other myoepithelial markers including p63 (23%), calponin (33%) and vimentin (33%). Statistical analysis indicated that the CD109-positive group in BLC, but not the CK5/6-positive group in BLC, was associated with reduced fat invasion ( P  < 0.05). These findings indicate that CD109 is a useful diagnostic marker for BLC and that CD109 expression may affect biological properties of cancer cells.  相似文献

The recognition of subtypes of breast carcinomas based on their molecular features has brought new perspectives in breast cancer research. Some key regulators of angiogenesis and tumor infiltration were evaluated in breast carcinomas of basal phenotype (cytokeratin [CK]5+). Immunohistochemical analysis with 14 primary antibodies was performed in 100 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples of invasive ductal carcinomas. CK5 correlated with indicators of poor outcome, including precocious age, high histologic grade, lymph node positivity, advanced pathologic stage, negativity for hormonal receptors, and a high proliferative rate (Ki-67 labeling index). CK5 also correlated with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression but not with the microvessel density. Considering that VEGF-overexpressing neoplastic mammary cells display increased proliferative activity in vitro regardless of the angiogenic effect of VEGF, the differential expression of VEGF might contribute to the more aggressive behavior of these neoplasms. CK5 correlated with tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP)-1, but not matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1, MMP-2, extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer, TIMP-2 or plasminogen activator inhibitor, indicating that antiproteolytic stimuli might be preponderant in these neoplasms.  相似文献

Immunohistochemistry is widely used for pathological diagnosis of breast lesions. Other than hormone receptors and HER2/neu analysis for primary breast carcinomas, several markers may be useful for differential diagnoses, although in limited situations. To decide the malignant potential of intraductal proliferative lesions, analysis for the staining pattern of cytokeratins may be a good reference. Most ductal carcinoma in situ cases are diffusely positive for luminal cell markers (CK8, CK18, CK19), but negative for basal cell markers (CK5/6 and CK14). However, usual ductal hyperplasia may show the mosaic staining patterns for any of these markers, which may indicate a heterogeneous cell population in benign lesions. Myoepithelial markers (α-SMA, myosin, calponin, p63, CD10) are almost consistently positive for benign papillomas but they do not completely distinguish intraductal papillary carcinomas. Preservation of myoepithelial layer is the diagnostic key when looking at benign sclerosing lesions, including carcinoma with pseudoinvasive structures. E-cadherin is mostly positive for ductal carcinomas but negative for lobular carcinomas. Some of the lobular carcinomas are positive for 34βE12, but they are consistently negative for CK5/6. Comparison with histopathological findings of hematoxylin and eosin is essential to make proper diagnosis in the individual case.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the morphological characteristics and immunohistochemical profile of breast carcinomas with basal and myoepithelial phenotypes to obtain a better understanding of their biological behaviour and nature. One thousand nine hundred and forty-four invasive breast carcinomas were examined, using tissue microarray (TMA) technology and immunohistochemistry, to identify those tumours that showed basal and myoepithelial phenotypes, and their immunophenotype profile was characterized using a variety of markers. In addition, haematoxylin and eosin-stained sections of these tumours were studied for several morphological parameters. The findings were correlated with patient and tumour characteristics and outcome data. Tumours were classified into two groups: (1) tumours with basal phenotype [expressing one or both basal markers (CK5/6 and/or CK14)] and (2) tumours with myoepithelial phenotype (expressing SMA and/or p63). Group 1 was further subdivided into two subgroups: (A) dominant basal pattern (more than 50% of cells positive) and (B) basal characteristics (10-50% of cells positive). Group 1 tumours constituted 18.6% (8.6% and 10% for groups 1A and 1B, respectively) and group 2 constituted 13.7% of the cases. In both groups, the most common histological types were ductal/no specific type, tubular mixed and medullary-like carcinomas; the majority of these tumours were grade 3. There were positive associations with adenoid cystic growth pattern, loss of tubule formation, marked cellular pleomorphism, poorer Nottingham prognostic index, and development of distant metastasis. In addition, associations were found with loss of expression of steroid hormone receptors and FHIT proteins and positive expression of p53 and EGFR. The most common characteristics in group 1 were larger size, high-grade comedo-type necrosis, development of tumour recurrence, and absence of lymph node disease. Group 2 tumours were more common in younger patients and were associated with central acellular zones, basaloid change, and positive E-cadherin protein expression. Group 1 characteristics were associated with both reduced overall survival (OS) [log rank (LR) = 22.5, p < 0.001] and reduced disease-free interval (DFI) (LR = 30.1, p < 0.001), while group 2 characteristics showed an association with OS (LR = 5, p = 0.02) but not with DFI. Multivariate analysis showed that basal, but not myoepithelial, phenotype has an independent value in predicting outcome. Breast cancers with basal and myoepithelial phenotypes are distinct groups of tumours that share some common morphological features and an association with poor prognosis. The basal rather than the myoepithelial phenotype has the strongest relationship with patient outcome.  相似文献

目的 研究BRCA1在乳腺癌分子亚型中表达特点及其与雌激素受体的关系.方法 1 452例乳腺癌标本制作组织芯片,免疫组织化学MaxVision快捷法检测ER、PR、HER2、CK5/6、EGFR的表达,按照Nielsen标准进行分子分型.免疫组织化学MaxVision快捷法检测BRCA1的表达水平.结果 腺腔A型,腺腔B型,基底样型,HER2过表达型和裸表达型分别为428例、56例、223例、188例、416例.BRCA1在腺腔A型,腺腔B型,基底样型,HER2过表达型,裸表达型中的表达率分别86.9%(358/412), 87.5%(49/56), 63.0%(136/216), 70.4%(131/186), 60.4%(246/407).BRCA1在基底样型乳腺癌、HER2过表达型和裸表达型中的表达率低于ER阳性乳腺癌腺腔A型(P<0.001)和腺腔B型(P<0.001),BRCA1的阳性表达与ER的阳性表达相关(P<0.001).结论 BRCA1在基底样型乳腺癌和其他ER阴性乳腺癌亚型中的表达下调,其功能异常可能参与ER阴性乳腺癌分子亚型的发生.  相似文献

(2010) Histopathology 57 , 193–201 Centrally necrotizing carcinoma of the breast: clinicopathological analysis of 33 cases indicating its basal‐like phenotype and poor prognosis Aims: To investigate the clinicopathological features and immunophenotype of centrally necrotizing carcinoma (CNC) of the breast to ascertain its relationship to basal‐like phenotype and its prognosis. Methods and results: The clinical and pathological characteristics of 33 CNCs were reviewed. Immunohis‐tochemical study of oestrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, HER2, cytokeratin (CK) 8/18, high‐molecular‐weight CK (34βE12), CK5/6, CK14, CK17, smooth muscle antigen, p63, vimentin and epidermal growth factor receptor was performed. The striking feature of CNC was a central, necrotic or acellular zone surrounded by a ring‐like area of viable tumour cells. The central zone showed three morphological types: predominance of coagulative necrosis (21 cases), predominance of fibrosis and scar tissue (nine cases) and infarction (three cases). Tumour cells displayed invasive ductal carcinoma of high grade. The expression rate of basal‐like markers was higher than that of myoepithelial markers (87.9% versus 46.2%). Basal‐like subtype was shown by 63.6% of cases. The expression rate of CK5/6 (90.5%) was highest among basal‐like markers. Follow‐up data of 19 patients were available. Median progression‐free survival was 15.5 months. In 12 patients (63.2%), local recurrence and/or distant metastasis developed (median time to recurrence and/or metastasis, 14.0 months). Conclusions: CNC has distinctive morphological features, which mostly exhibit a basal‐like immunophenotype and poor prognosis. CNC is a typical representative of basal‐like breast cancer.  相似文献

Human breast carcinomas represent a heterogeneous group of tumors diverse in behavior, outcome, and response to therapy. However, the current system of pathological classification does not take into account biologic determinants of prognosis. The purpose of this study was to classify and characterize breast carcinomas based on variations in protein expression patterns derived from immunohistochemical analyses on tissue microarrays (TMAs). Therefore, 11 TMAs representing 168 invasive breast carcinomas were constructed. Breast tumors were classified into four different subtypes depending on estrogen receptor (ER) and HER2 expression. Basal-type tumors expressed neither of these proteins and represented 7.6% of our series; basal-like HER2-overexpressing tumors did not express ER and represented 17.7%; luminal-type tumors expressed ER and represented 72.8% of this series (luminal A 56.3%, luminal B 16.5%). Moreover, we characterized each subtype based on P-cadherin (P-CD), p63, cytokeratin (CK)5, BCL2, and Ki67 expression. Basal-type tumors were mostly grade III, more frequently P-CD-, p63-, and CK5-positive, and had a high proliferation rate. Conversely, luminal-type tumors rarely expressed basal markers and had a low grade and proliferation rate. Basal-like HER2-overexpressing tumors showed a basal-type profile similar with a high grade and up-regulation of P-CD and CK5. With this study, we show that P-CD, p63, and CK5 are important molecular markers that can be used to distinguish a basal phenotype. In addition, we also demonstrate the usefulness of TMAs in breast carcinoma immunoprofiling.  相似文献

Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) is a group of heterogeneous lesions genetically, morphologically, and biologically. Recently, breast epithelium in the terminal ductal lobular unit has been sub-classified based on the expression of several cytokeratin markers as stem cells (CK5/6 +), luminal cells (CK8, CK18 +), and basal cells (CK14, CK17 +). In this study we describe the relationship between DCIS of different nuclear grades (non-high grade and high grade) and these cell origin markers. Fifty-three cases of non-high grade and 46 cases of high grade DCIS were selected, and representative sections from each case were stained with antibodies to these cytokeratin markers. High grade DCIS showed significantly higher rates of expression with stem and basal cell markers compared with non-high grade DCIS (p <0.05). The majority of DCIS, both high grade and non-high grade, expressed luminal cell markers (67% to 91%) and single type of cell origin marker (72% to 87%). High-grade DCIS more frequently co-expressed all three types of cell origin markers compared with non-high grade DCIS (p <0.05). In summary, a subset of high grade DCIS frequently rises from stem or/and basal cell populations; the subset is associated with poor prognosis in invasive breast carcinoma. Thus, these markers may be used to identify a potentially more aggressive subgroup of breast carcinoma at its pre-invasive stage (DCIS), and to manage it accordingly. Second, most DCIS express luminal cell markers, suggesting that malignant transformation occurs relatively late along the cell differentiation pathway, contrary to the traditional belief that most neoplasms arise from a more primitive stem cell population. Third, the majority of DCIS exclusively express one type of progenitor marker, indicating that in most incidences they may arise from a single progenitor population. Last, triple expression of all types of cell origin marker is frequently associated with high grade DCIS, suggesting that more complicated pathways are involved in these more aggressive lesions. Further studies are needed to delineate the relationships of cell origin markers in DCIS and invasive carcinoma to the clinical outcome.  相似文献

Basal-like carcinomas have recently been identified in gene expression profiling studies as a subtype of invasive breast cancer. These lesions are estrogen receptor (ER)-negative, progesterone receptor (PR)-negative, and HER2-negative (triple negative), and typically express basal cytokeratins, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and/or c-kit. As poorly differentiated invasive ductal carcinomas, they presumably have a ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) precursor with similar cytologic and immunophenotypic features. However, the frequency and even the existence of a DCIS lesion with an immunophenotype analogous to that of invasive basal-like carcinomas have not been previously evaluated. We studied 66 cases of high nuclear grade DCIS using antibodies to ER, PR, HER2, three basal cytokeratins, EGFR, and c-kit to determine the frequency of the triple negative phenotype, and to determine the relationship between the triple negative phenotype and expression of basal cytokeratins and other biomarkers characteristically expressed by invasive basal-like carcinomas. Four cases (6%) exhibited the triple negative phenotype; the remaining cases showed other combinations of ER, PR, and HER2 expression (nontriple negative). Basal cytokeratins, EGFR, or both were expressed by all four triple negative lesions, but by only 21 of 51 (42%) nontriple negative cases (P = 0.04). We conclude that a small proportion of high-grade ductal carcinomas in situ exhibit an ER-negative/PR-negative/HER2-negative (triple negative) phenotype, and these lesions more commonly show expression of basal cytokeratins and/or EGFR than nontriple negative high-grade DCIS. Given that invasive breast cancers typically share immunophenotypic features with the ductal carcinoma in situ from which they arise, our findings raise the possibility that the triple-negative, basal cytokeratin and/or EGFR-positive DCIS lesions we identified represent a precursor lesion to invasive basal-like carcinomas.  相似文献
