目的对凉粉草挥发油中的化学成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法对凉粉草中的挥发油进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱法对其成分进行分析,同时采用面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果从凉粉草中共分离分析得到26个成分,经计算机谱库检索鉴定了其中15个化合物的结构,占总组分的98.08%。其中相对含量较高的是正十六酸(59.18%)、亚油酸(12.42%)、亚麻酸(10.12%)。结论该方法快速、灵敏度高,适用凉粉草中挥发性成分的分析。  相似文献

目的分析比较琯溪蜜柚和玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油的化学成分异同,为正确利用不同种类的柚皮提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取福建漳州平和琯溪蜜柚和浙江台州玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油的化学成分,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果从琯溪蜜柚和玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油中分别鉴定出了56和50种化合物,已鉴定挥发油成分占总挥发油含量分别为93.33%和90.91%,其中有34种是它们共同的成分,主要的共同成分有D-柠檬烯,β-月桂烯,努特卡酮,(Z,E)-金合欢醇,β-Panasinsene。结论琯溪蜜柚和玉环文旦柚果皮挥发油主要成分种类较相近,有些成分相对含量有差别。  相似文献

目的:比较分析水蒸气蒸馏法与超临界流体萃取法(SFE)提取佛手挥发油的化学成分和相对含量。方法:运用气相色谱-质谱技术(GC-MS),结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法中鉴定出18种化学成分,SFE中鉴定出16种化学成分,二者的主要成分均含有D-柠檬烯,相对含量前者为57.87%,后者为81.18%;水蒸气蒸馏法提出成分中还含有25.12%的(+)-2-蒈烯,而SFE法未检测到该成分。结论:两种提取方法成分结果有所不同,但都含有主要成分D-柠檬烯,含量以SFE法为高。  相似文献

目的研究黄花蒿种子挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从湖南雪峰山地区野生黄花蒿种子中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定,归一化法测定其百分含量。结果共鉴定出39个成分,占挥发油总成分的52%。其中丁香烯环氧化物(8.99%)、丁香烯(6.89%)、1,6,10-Dodecatriene,7,11-di meth-yl-3-methylene-,(E)-(8.16%)和1,6-Cyclodecadiene,1-methyl-5-methylene-8-(1-methylethyl)-,[s-(E,E)]-(4.01%)等4种成分含量较高,约占鉴定出挥发油成分的47%。结论此方法稳定可靠,重视性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。  相似文献

摘要:目的:研究中药椿皮中挥发油类成分组成,探讨其潜在的抗炎、抗癌等活性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取椿皮挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油中的主要成分进行分析鉴定。结果:从椿皮挥发油中鉴定出46个化学成分,占挥发油总量的67.04%,其中相对含量较高的成分为石竹烯(19.98%)、氧化石竹烯(12.33%)、蛇麻烯(4.78%)、十六醛(3.45%)、十八醛(2.97%)等。结论:采用GC-MS技术可以有效地分离鉴定出椿皮挥发油的成分,不同产地椿皮挥发油成分组成存在较大差异,为椿皮的开发利用和药效物质研究提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Three new C-methylated phenylpropanoid glycosides (1, 2), a new 8–4′-oxyneolignan (3), together with two known analogs (4, 5), were isolated from the rhizomes of Imperata cylindrical Beauv. var. major (Nees) C. E. Hubb. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Compounds 1, 2, and 5 (10 μM) exhibited pronounced hepatoprotective activity against N-acetyl-p-aminophenol (APAP)-induced HepG2 cell damage in vitro assays. Furthermore, their antioxidant activities against Fe2+-cysteine-induced rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation and the effects on the secretion of TNF-α in murine peritoneal macrophages (RAW264.7) induced by lipopolysaccharides were evaluated.  相似文献

目的对中药了哥王的化学成分和药理作用等方面研究做一系统概述。方法通过系统查阅国内外发表的30余篇文献,对其化学成分和药理作用等方面研究进行了总结归纳。结果了哥王主要含有香豆素类、黄酮类、木脂素类等多种化学成分。具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗癌等药理作用。临床用于上呼吸道感染、肝炎、乳腺炎等病症的治疗。结论本文旨在为中药了哥王的进一步开发利用提供一定参考。  相似文献

The chemical composition of the three essential oils obtained by steam distillation of the mastic gum, leaves and twigs of Pistacia lentiscus var. chia, was studied by GC/MS. Sixty nine constituents were identified from the oils. alpha-Pinene, myrcene, trans-caryophyllene and germacrene D were found to be the major components. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of the three essential oils and of the resin (total, acid and neutral fraction) against six bacteria and three fungi is reported.  相似文献

Essential oils obtained by steam distillation from the aerial parts of Achillea fragrantissima (Forssk.) Sch. Bip. and the flower, leaf and stem of A. santolina L. as well as their lipophilic constituents obtained by solvent extraction were analysed using GLC and GLC-mass spectrometry. Nineteen constituents in the essential oil of A. fragrantissima were identified, in addition to 41 compounds from its n-hexane-ether extract. The hydrodistilled oil and the solvent extract contain santolina alcohol, artemisia alcohol, artemisia ketone, cis-thujone and trans-thujone as major constituents. In A. santolina altogether 54 volatile components were detected. The major components were 1,8-cineole, fragranol, fragranyl acetate and terpin-4-ol. Furthermore, the essential oils and the n-hexane-ether extracts of the two plants were screened for their antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The composition of the essential oils from the leaves and twigs of Pistacia lentiscus L., Pistacia lentiscus var. chia (L.), and Pistacia terebinthus L. of Turkish origin were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Seventy-seven constituents were characterized from the essential oil of P. terebinthus leaves with α-cadinol (6.9%), phytol (5.4%), δ-cadinene (5.1%), α-terpineol (5.0%), and bornyl acetate (4.4%) as major constituents. Germacrene D (10%), β-pinene (7.5%), bornyl acetate (6.0%), α-cubebene (5.9%), and cubebol (5.4%) were found to be the main components among the 61 compounds characterized in the essential oil of P. terebinthus twigs. Forty-six compounds were characterized from the essential oil of P. lentiscus twigs with sabinene (23.2%), α-pinene (19.4%), germacrene D (14.1%), limonene (6.9%), β-phellandrene (6.5%), terpinene-4-ol (5.7%), and β-caryophyllene (5.7%) as the main constituents. Terpinene-4-ol (29.2%), β-caryophyllene (29.2%), and p-cymene (7.1%) were identified as the major components among the 64 compounds characterized in the essential oil of P. lentiscus leaves. Sixty-eight compounds were found on the essential oil of P. lentiscus var. chia leaves with germacrene D (20.1%), myrcene (13.9%), β-caryophyllene (10.8%), and α-terpinyl acetate (4.8%) as the major constituents. Myrcene (27.4%), germacrene D (21.7%), and β-caryophyllene (7.2%) were found to be the main components among 50 compounds characterized in the essential oil of P. lentiscus var. chia twigs.  相似文献

Nineteen mono- and sesquiterpenoids were identified in the essential oils of the leaves and fruits of ANNONA SENEGALENSIS var. SENEGALENSIS by means of GC and GC-MS. The major constituents were car-3-ene in the fruit oil and linalool in the leaf volatile oil. 目的研究海金沙[Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.]根的化学成分。方法海金沙的干燥根及根茎用体积分数为70%的乙醇回流提取,经过萃取后正丁醇层采用各种色谱技术进行分离,并结合理化性质,波谱学分析及文献对照鉴定化合物结构。结果从正丁醇层分离并鉴定5个化合物,分别鉴定为:苯甲酸(benzoic acid,1)、芹菜素(apigenin,2)、3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid4-O-(4′-O-methyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、罗汉松甾酮C(makisterone C,4)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯[di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,5]。结论化合物1、2、5均为首次从该科植物中分离得到。  相似文献
