空肠绦虫病伴穿孔1例报告

1临床资料患者男性,42岁,藏族,农牧民.因右上腹部疼痛10 h,门诊以"胃穿孔"于2007年4月18日收住入院.患者自诉在院外自行服胃药未见好转.否认"肝炎、结核"等传染病史及久居他地及疫源、疫水接触史,无药物及食物过敏史.     

Jejunal perforation secondary to metastatic bronchogenic carcinoma.

A case of peritonitis secondary to the perforation of a bronchogenic small bowel metastasis is reported. To our knowledge this is only the fourth case in which peritonitis was the presenting feature of a squamous cell carcinoma of the bronchus. The publications to date are reviewed and the need to biopsy every small bowel perforation found at laparotomy is stressed.

Jejunal diverticulosis

Although often incidentally found in the radiological examination of the small intestine, some patients with diverticula suffer from complications, that may lead to surgical intervention. Contrast study of the small intestine by enteroclysis is the method of choice to determine jejunal diverticula. We report a case of symptomatic proximal jejunal diverticulosis in a 74 year old patient who presented with diffuse abdominal pain. The clinical significance, diagnostic evaluation and treatment of jejunal diverticulosis are reviewed.
